Holiday rentals with beach access in Portoferraio

Amazing place to spend holiday with family, great position in front of the porto azzurro marina. A lot of restaurants near by. Highly recommended!

We were very warmly welcomed by Stefania and Luigi. We had a wonderful week. The apartment is very nicely furnished, the terrace is large and the view is a dream. Every evening we enjoyed the great sunset from the terrace or at the beach. If you are looking for peace and quiet, Nisportino is the place to be. The path to the beach can be described as "steep", but it was no problem for us. Small note: There is no supermarket, bakery or the like in Nisportino. No problem for us either: we have connected the purchases with our excursions.

What a great place to relax an recharge!

Staying with Mauro was just great! The location and the view are unique. The apartment has a very special charm and is perfect for two people. There is a lot of loving details. It was very clean and we were very comfortable right away. We also liked the bar next door very much, a place that seems to be very popular. It was perfect, as it was very quiet in the morning and lively in the evening and not too loud with the windows closed. Mauro was always easy to reach and very helpful. We are already planning our next longer stay! Thank you, Mauro!

We had a very nice stay at Marianna's, especially the view and the proximity to the beach were great. The communication was also great and Marianna always answered us quickly.

Rosella’s place was as stated in her description. The views from your door and your area are stunning to say the least. It is totally private and quiet. Rossella was so kind, helpful, and available for any questions. We will definitely be back to see Rosella!

Recently renovated and furnished apartment, very well equipped. Impeccable cleanliness. It has a pleasant fenced outdoor area with table and sun loungers, sheltered from the confusion because the house returns with respect to the main road. An excellent solution for us who had electric bikes, as there is the possibility of keeping them repaired, recharging them with an external outlet and washing them from the mud with the water pipe. The only small drawback is that with the windows open you can hear a bit of the traffic noise from the provincial road. Excellent communication with Stefania and Luisa, the point of contact on the island, who went out of their way to solve any problem.

Understandable and welcome for us: the price is for the location. For us, too much luxury would put it in the shade. A few renovations, especially the furnishings of a cozy corner, where you can get together and sometimes cuddly, would still not hurt. We had a very good time either way and thoroughly enjoyed the nature encounters, the view, the starry sky, the sea and last but not least the away from crowded beaches.

Fede and Rosy are wonderful hosts – warm, helpful and simply likeable. We felt completely comfortable from the first moment! The location of the apartment is fantastically beautiful, and the view is breathtaking. We could hardly get enough of it. The beach is just a few minutes away and looks like something out of a picture book - quiet, idyllic and totally romantic. The house is well equipped, very well maintained and sparkling clean. We really lacked nothing. I'm sure we'll be back and look forward to next time!

The vacation home was a real marvel, with attention to every detail, cozy, very clean and equipped with everything you need to relax and feel right at home. They made us feel welcome from the first moment and were always attentive and present with discretion. It's rare to meet such genuine and warm people! The location of the house is excellent: quiet, immersed in the beauty of Elba but very convenient for reaching the center of Capoliveri and the most beautiful beaches in the area. A true oasis of peace! If you are looking for a holiday home on the Island of Elba that combines quality, tranquility and authentic hospitality, this is the right place. You can only find homes like this there. We will be back soon, we already miss this wonderful island.🙏🏻

Diana and her family are very quick and friendly to everything, very good service. The apartment is located slightly above the beach on a street, which you hardly hear at all and therefore does not disturb it. The beach is a 1-2-minute walk. The apartment is very well equipped, nothing is missing. We grilled in the garden, which also worked great. We had a nice cat in front of the door or in the garden at all times, which did not bother us, but perhaps worth mentioning with allergies. All in all, a great stay.

We had a great experience with Dario's apartment. We found a very tidy apartment, clean, with everything you need and a great standard. Dario and Debora were always available, communication was very easy. Thank you in particular for resolving an issue not dependent on them. Recommended and anyone who wants to spend time in Follonica.

We stayed in the apartment for a week as a family with two children at the end of September and enjoyed our stay very much! The apartment is very centrally located, with a beautiful view of the harbor and the piazza. The piazza is busy, but the windows are new and close well. In addition, one of the bedrooms goes to the back on a quieter alley. The apartment is extremely spacious and stylish and practically furnished. The beds are very comfortable and everything is available, especially the kitchen is very well equipped. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Blown away, we will be back many times

A group of 6 guys stayed at the house for three nights and four days. The house was clean, with everything you need both in terms of sheets and towels, and for the kitchen, which is very well stocked. Comfortable beds in all rooms and two clean bathrooms with large showers. The area is excellent as it is 10 minutes by car from the center of Marciana Marina and also has private access to a beach that can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. The outdoor garden area allows you to dine or lunch outside under the gazebo, with a truly priceless view of the sea. Very positive experience that we hope to repeat in the future, thanks also to the kindness and availability of the host. Amazing value for money.

The perfect apartment for seeing Porto Azurro. Very close to everything. The building and the apartment are beautiful and Silvia was so lovely and nice. The apartment has beautiful views all the way to the sea and the restaurants and shops are literally just downstairs. I liked it very much and would love to come back! :)
