The AP is in a very quiet place, foot in the sand. The sea view is wonderful, a beautiful (closed) balcony of glass. All rooms have air conditioning. The building is located for those who really want to rest and want peace of mind. It left a little to be desired in the matter of beach materials, vide chairs (reclining beach chair has enough, high chair is missing) and sand bag (this one does not have). Of the rest, it is complete. The caretaker is very attentive, willing, explains everything right, dear. As we traveled from afar, we ended up arriving just before the time (it was difficult to set the exact time of arrival), and still allowed the entrance. Back on site, for sure.

New property, kids and impeccable leisure area, excellent host service, perfect location, good both for those who want to know the beaches for the sides of Balneário Camboriú, Itapema or even those who want to give a jump to the sides of bombs, bombs. SUPER RECOMMEND!

Excellent, everything as advertised... the location is perfect, "on the sand", close to everything, easy access, you don't even need to walk around with house keys, great! There was a day when I went out without shoes to go to the beach... and there is also a brewery that made my stay even easier... the kitchen is very complete, we lacked nothing, Jonas served us very well, we will return when possible!

Spacious and equipped apartment, with towels, linens, cabinets, kitchenware, machinery. We were in five people and all were comfortable — air-conditioned rooms, cozy sofa and barbecue space. The location is excellent, close to the beach (with life-saving point there, you can go by apé de boa) and markets. They offer items for use on the beach, which makes it much easier. As a point to improve, there were some doorknobs falling from the doors and a slight smell of cockroach in the cupboards, but the co-host explained that the property was recently purchased and is under renovation. Overall a great stay and communication, I recommend!

Excellent apartment and an even more host. The apartment is elegant, spacious, with lots of natural light and exquisite decor. Maickel responded instantly to all our inquiries and very kindly. My husband and I definitely recommend it. A 10 in all!

Complete apartment, all organized and functioning perfectly. I needed to stay 3 days longer than expected. The extension of the date with the host was very quiet. I recommend and will stay in this apartment again the next time I return.

the place is perfect, close to the sea but on the main street that is beautiful, has everything, restaurants, pizzeria, drugstores, supermarkets, shops of grif... the apt is great, quiet, spacious, clean, pleasant. Wonderful stay, I recommend.

My stay at this apartment was excellent! The space is well designed and tastefully decorated, functional and extremely comfortable. The shower is great, providing relaxing baths, and both the sofa and bed are super cozy. I didn't miss any equipment or utensils. The natural lighting, combined with the LEDs, spotlights and lamps, create a very cozy atmosphere. The building offers several facilities that make the experience even better, such as a rooftop with incredible ocean and city views, a gym and two swimming pools. The location is another strong point: close to the sea and two of the city's main avenues, which facilitates access to various services and shops. Finally, the host was very attentive and helpful from the beginning to the end of the stay, always available to assist with whatever was needed, as were the building's receptionists. I highly recommend this listing and intend to return on future visits!

Very well located and as advertised. Very close to good restaurants, besides of course being a sea front. Hostą served us very well and the apartment was very well taken care of, with the clothes of.cama and bathroom available. Overall, excellent !!

The apartment is wonderful, from comfort to tranquility, everything perfect, very organized and clean. Super peaceful and calm district, all like supermarkets and nearby walks.

The apartment is excellent. Extremely clean and organized. The condominium is sensational. Distinct swimming pools, including heated. In addition a small playground, game room, bar with mini market and a restaurant (which we do not know). Condominium staff is extremely kind and attentive. We were very well received by the hostess, always very clear and attentive in the instructions. The apartment is about 450 metres from the sea, a beautiful piece of Bombas beach. It is well worth staying in this apartment.

I stayed 4 nights,with my son and my husband,and we liked the stay very much and the host Fabrício was very helpful,always responded quickly.The condominium is very complete, reception staff were very friendly and gave several tips of places,plenty of leisure and fun options,and not to mention that the Bombinhas beach is all good,we enjoy and have a lot of fun, I recommend the beach 🏖️ and the apartment of Fabrício and Andréia , when another opportunity arises, we will return for sure.

Guilherme is an excellent host. From the moment we booked, we received an exceptional service from him. A very kind and attentive person who always attended us immediately, when we had any questions. As for the apt, note 10 also, very well located, "foot in the sand", close to the market, pharmacies.. everything very close, including in the commercial room of the building where the apt is located, has an establishment with market items, ice cream, açaí, water.. show!!!... the apt is quite wide, a giant room and the best part is the spacious balcony and with a charcoal barbecue, special to make that barbecue and enjoy a beautiful view of the beach!!!!! Anyway, note 10 to the apt and the host Guilherme!! We'll be back at another time!!!

Great duplex for families!* The apartment comfortably accommodated our family of 12. The pictures correspond to the listing, and we take a great advantage of the pool, the bbq and the TV. Great location in Itapema – recommended for large groups!
