The place has a unique structure with thermal pools, a jacuzzi where even on rainy days we had the opportunity to enjoy a lot, a complete and new apartment, impeccable cleanliness and not to mention that Edson and his family were super attentive during our stay.

New building with good location, amazing apartment with a beautiful view of the sea and the city in various environments. Tasteful decoration, well-equipped kitchen, everything clean and working perfectly well, we felt like we were at home! They always answered us very quickly and we even arrived a little earlier and the person in charge, Alexandre promptly answered us, which was very cool. We spent an amazing weekend with our family and we hope to come back more often! Thank you for the stay Maria Carolina!

the condominium offers several possibilities, but with the great time I ended up not using it.

Strengths: Like the ad, it has barbecue, big and good sun guard, it's clean, comfortable. We went into three people two adults and one child and it was super quiet. It is a quiet place. The host was super requested and responded quickly. Negative points: Chuveiro leaves little water, I believe it is the plumbing. The steps to climb the bed is very narrow, but we can climb sideways. We miss an extra stool to sit at the table all together. The internet was very bad. But although the experience was great, we highly recommend it. We recommend picking up the container from behind as it has greater privacy. We will definitely be back.

Great building with helpful staff and in a wonderful location, 5 minutes from a market in a gallery with everything. Quiet street and well-equipped apartment. Unfortunately, very noisy neighbors on the 1st floor and the apartment needs some improvements, especially in the bathroom.
