The coverage of Mário is incredible. The view is wonderful to contemplate every day! The breeze that enters all the time through the windows of the seafront area is refreshing and relaxing, the place was clean, smelling bedding! The coverage is wide and much better than the pictures! Equipped kitchen, good showers, comfortable beds. Great TV's and very good internet. Mário is an excellent host, always helpful and extremely attentive! These were incredible days.

Spacious and equipped apartment, with towels, linens, cabinets, kitchenware, machinery. We were in five people and all were comfortable — air-conditioned rooms, cozy sofa and barbecue space. The location is excellent, close to the beach (with life-saving point there, you can go by apé de boa) and markets. They offer items for use on the beach, which makes it much easier. As a point to improve, there were some doorknobs falling from the doors and a slight smell of cockroach in the cupboards, but the co-host explained that the property was recently purchased and is under renovation. Overall a great stay and communication, I recommend!

Perfect, super comfortable apartment… with all you need for pleasant lodging!

I was in Ester's place with my elderly parents and my sister. We searched for a place that was comfortable, which had rooms available for everyone, easy access garage, elevator and was close to the beach and markets, bakeries and convenience stores and her apartment exceeded our expectations. It is one of the few environments of Itapema that offers bed and bath linens without extra charge and also washing machine, which makes it much easier for those who go to Santa Catarina by plane. Communication with the host was very easy. The district responds quickly, with lots of sympathy and education. I will definitely reserve the space again and will recommend it to anyone who wants to go to Itapema.

We loved the place. The commodities of the house were many. We were greeted with everything extremely clean and well. We felt at home. The House has all the facilities and is very comfortable. The photos match what was observed, but personally the house is much more welcoming. 25 meters from a calm beach, to spend with the family. Joana was always available at all hours and really care that we enjoyed the time we spent in the city. Thank you Joana for all your time dispensed. Surely we will be back. I loved it!!! I loved my stay at the house. With security every time I go to Itapema I want to be in that wonderful and beautiful house. A very comfortable space with a lot of privacy. The neighbors are very attentive and friendly.

Hi, i'm from SP and went on vacation in SC and I was surprised by Rilton's kindness as soon as we arrived. He indicated nearby points and the best beaches in the region. casa complies with the photos and was extremely clean, I felt at home . only point are the door handles, bathroom and bedroom , were loose and I was afraid of being stuck, but nothing that would affect our wonderful days in a beautiful port. recommend the stay

We had a great stay, clean and spacious house, close to beaches and shops, Clair was very attentive with us as well.

Exceptional place! We loved it from the pictures and when we arrived wow! We were even more surprised. It has absolutely everything to have an amazing time as a family. Comfortable beds and bedding, towels, pristine rooms, clean bathrooms, wide kitchen, the terrace is unparalleled. The place is really amazing to spend a few quiet days where you can breathe peace and you can disconnect from everything, but if you want to be connected from time to time the wifi works perfectly. The house is super located between the sea restaurants and supermarkets…

The site is located exactly as per the announcement. Very dear and helpful hosts. Impeccable site cleaning and organization. The beach in that a marvelous location, we went at the end of March and took every day perfect to be on the waterfront, without muvuca, great place for rest. In addition, it has a market, pharmacy and restaurants nearby.

Excellent stay. The condominium has 3 swimming pools (one heated and two not heated), gym and dry sauna. The apartment has a very large and comfortable bed, gas shower and barbecue with a good balcony, overlooking the pool. The host was very attentive, fulfilling all my requests for changes and answering questions promptly. Recommend! Great!

The immaculate, luxurious, beautiful and very comfortable dpt. Close to the beach, super market and Havan. Hermosa view. A quiet area. It exceeded our expectations. And Genaro is attentive to our concerns.

Apartment well located, it met our expectations,close to everything. The only caveat,which could have basic items for cleaning the apartment ex( sponge,detergent, soothing because what you have is broken),small details,in the most all jewelry! I highly recommend!

Wonderful place, facing the beach. Waking up with a wonderful sun in your window is very special. Going to sleep listening to the waves of the sea and seeing the place from your bedroom window is great. Itapema proved to be an excellent beach, full of activities, good restaurants, clean sand, great shops around. Kind and polite people... a paradise.

Everything perfect, the location is excellent, we were with 5 children so we chose to be close to the beach. There is everything close, market, pharmacy, shops, restaurants... Spacious apartment with everything you need! It would come back other times absolutely! Super recommend to everyone!!
