The space is as described and as it appears in the photos. The difference was the wide lawn, the deck, the cleanliness and the proximity to the beach of the shipyard. By car has easy and quick access to the centre of balneário camburiu and Praia do estaleirinho, where there is a better structure of restaurants and commerce. What a sensational place! I went to spend a few days to escape the Carnival and it was my best choice. The site is close to the center and to markets and trades in general, but at the same time it is a land with a lot of green area and a lot of nature around. The hosts are loves, they welcomed me well and made me feel at home. The house is excellent, spacious environments, super full kitchen and the pool area is wonderful. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT and I will be back for sure.

Anderson was an excellent hoster, easy communication, always proactive, good energy and willing to help from the beginning. The place is great, super nice, very safe, quiet neighbor. The house has all the appliances so that you can feel at home. I am a suspect to speak of, I will be undoubtedly more often when I return to Itajaí.
