Great villa to enjoy some tranquility and relaxation, in a very convenient location to visit the sea. The accommodation has all the amenities to enjoy a great vacation (parking, dishwasher, air conditioning, possibility to eat outside, etc.) The pool is beautiful, with the possibility of bathing even after dinner! Great communication with the host

Such a lovely time at the place! It is really very idyllic, has everything you need and is beautiful with the pool! For us, it was also the perfect starting point for many very nice road bike tours! I'm sure we'll be back :)

Villa Messina I would rename it sunsets.. we spent in this luxurious house for a week and every night we were able to admire spectacular sunsets, the house is abundant with a very large living room, double bedroom and a spacious bathroom. Private pool with spectacular sea views.. we had a good time, very quiet and quiet , just outside Capoliveri away from traffic but convenient starting point to visit the entire island. David was very helpful and made us find the baby bed as we requested. 5 stars + . I hope we'll be back someday.

Having traveled to quite a few places I can honestly say this was one of the nicest accommodations I've ever stayed at. Very quiet and relaxing place, very friendly host, we had a perfect time.

Great location and outdoor space! We especially liked the pool, the view, that there were several seating groups and the proximity to the city center. 10/10 Indoors it was ok, so for us it was the outdoor area that made the holiday brilliant! We would gladly came back.

We spent 2.5 great, relaxing week at the place and felt super comfortable. The place is exactly as described and Eleonora and Michele are very friendly and accommodating hosting. If we come back to Elba, we'll be happy to come back!

The apartment is nicely located, overlooking the sea! There are also several pools in the complex, but they are only accessible from June 1st, was no problem...we went to the sea. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials, you can prepare small meals well.

I've spent 10 days of relax with my family, we had great time, the place is very quiet and relaxing. Very clean and tidy. Air conditioned helped us in the hottest days. It's very convenient to the sea, although we spent our days of holiday by the pool. Highly recommended!!!

We were guests in Mariapia's accommodation for a wonderful week. The information and directions were very helpful. The self-check-in is completely uncomplicated. The apartment as described in the listing very tasteful and clean. The outdoor area is beautifully designed with a spacious garden, where you can have a wonderful breakfast under apricot trees and mistletoe. All in all exactly what we wanted, quietly located and yet in a few minutes to countless entrances to sandy beaches and the sea. Thank you for the wonderful time. I'm sure we'll be back.

A small corner of relaxation and tranquility just a few steps from the beautiful and quiet beach of Nisportino. Ideal for those looking for relaxation surrounded by nature. Umberto is really a very helpful and friendly person, always ready to give advice on places and activities available on Elba. A generous person, Umberto is sociable with both the adults and the little ones, he knows how to transmit a lot of information about the plants and animals that populate the area without forgetting the historical part. The apartment enjoys a spectacular view and breathtaking sunsets in the silence of the evening, super clean and equipped with every comfort. Those looking for peace, tranquility and nature cannot miss this little pearl! Highly recommended!

We had a great holiday in a very spacious and clean house. The small rather little visited bay is right behind the accommodation. But here you should definitely think of sanding shoes, as there are large pebbles on both the beach and in the water. Giacomo has been a very friendly and helpful host and was easily accessible at all times. Thanks a lot!

Fantastic! We were in the apartment with 3 small children. The outdoor area offers plenty of space and a clear demarcation. The interiors are also perfect for families. The equipment of the kitchen is optimal. The location is great - close to the sea. Safe path. A quiet place with lots of activity opportunities right outside the door.

Understandable and welcome for us: the price is for the location. For us, too much luxury would put it in the shade. A few renovations, especially the furnishings of a cozy corner, where you can get together and sometimes cuddly, would still not hurt. We had a very good time either way and thoroughly enjoyed the nature encounters, the view, the starry sky, the sea and last but not least the away from crowded beaches.

The apartment is very well located and the communication with Assunta was amazing. We would come back without any doubt.

In Tanya's Airbnb, we immediately felt at home. The accommodation is simply perfect for those who – like us – are on holiday with their dog. The tranquility of country life just a few meters from the beach and the sea - a true paradise for us. Since it is an agriturismo, we particularly appreciated the opportunity to buy fresh eggs and vegetables. A straight A with an asterisk – we will definitely be back

Had a fantastic time on Elba. Beautiful apartment in a quiet location. You can reach the beach in just one minute via a staircase. The view from the balcony is beautiful. The cottage has an awning, ideal for creating shade. Communication with Paola is great: she responds quickly and is very friendly. Recommended; go out for dinner in Capoliveri or Porto Azzurro. Both places are within 15 minutes by car.

We had an extremely wonderful holiday in this apartment. The communication and booking process were pleasant and very quick. All my questions were answered quickly in advance. A beautiful apartment with a great terrace overlooking the sea. Everything you need is there. You can enjoy peace and quiet here. Down in the bay, there is a small jetty and a cosy bar. There are many hiking trails nearby. Bread and other small items are available in the next village (1.5 km away). It is recommended to have a car (parking spaces are available). I can only say ‘thank you’ for the great, relaxing holiday. We and our dogs had a lot of fun.

We spent beautiful days on Elba as a family. The children could play in the garden, the beautiful sandy beach was within walking distance. We were alone in the cottage, it was quiet and has everything you need. I particularly highlight the very good communication before and during the stay with the owners and Ivana. Ivana lives in Elba and takes care of everything on site. She is adorable and always very friendly and helpful! Thank you again!

I begin this review by thanking Monica and Giovanni for their hospitality and professionalism, two exquisite people. The house is very spacious and welcoming, in a beautiful and strategic location, with private covered parking. Very quiet area within walking distance of the town center. There is nothing missing from home textiles (tablecloths, sheets, towels, bath towels, dish towels) to all the dishes. Porto Azzurro is beautiful and very characteristic. Highly recommended!

We felt great, as at home... we took advantage of the beautiful terrace, the kitchen is beautifully furnished, we were with our dog, who really appreciated the calm, the garden... in the house there is everything, when we were there, it was not too hot, but there are several fans... the area is beautiful, we really like Porto Azzurro, which is very close... congratulations Flavio, it was just a nice vacation, we will come back and definitely recommend your home to friends and acquaintances.

We stayed 4 nights in this fantastic apartment in Capoliveri, Giovanni and his wife made us feel at home, we had a really good time. The apartment has a spatial view of the valley below and the sea, it is also a short walk from Capoliveri, Porto Azzurro and many fantastic beaches nearby, it is equipped with all possible amenities, the rooms are very beautiful, the furniture new and efficient.
