Best location for an apartment in Portland!! Literally so close to everything. This apartment is equipped with everything you could need, even sound machines!

Suzy’s place was perfect for our weekend in Portland. The neighborhood was perfect, residential yet close to so many amazing restaurants and shops, as well as just a few minutes’ walk from the waterfront. Very comfortable bed as well, and a bathtub! Would definitely stay again.

Our lodging fell through at the last minute and Portland hotels were outrageously expensive. We were delighted to find the Beverly right near our event—as well as near coffee shops and restaurants. The unit was comfortable and had all the right amenities—including a kettle for tea (you’d be surprised how many places don’t have one). We loved the charm of the old building, the off-street parking, and the comfy furniture. And our host was helpful, proactive, and friendly! We’d definitely stay again for the event next year!

Highly recommend! Looks just like the photos, super clean, and had everything you could need! The rooftop deck was absolutely amazing & the sitting nook off the kitchen - amazing views of the water! Short walk to the downtown area. Host was super helpful with everything and responded very quickly! Will definitely stay here again! Thank you!

We were very happy with the quiet neighborhood. The house was spacious, clean and welcoming. Parking off street was a plus. We will definitely revisit this Airbnb.

The unit is rustic, will not be to everyone's taste, but it's unusually spacious and tucked away from all traffic noise, not to mention walking distance from downtown and the Old Port. Lots of places to eat! Easy to find a parking spot on the street. All we ever heard from outside were children playing and birds. The stairs are steep, so not advised for those not fit or who have balance issues, and it takes awhile for the heat to warm up the place on colder nights (though it does get there). But Sharon is responsive and accommodating. We enjoyed her little perks like Swedish Fish.

Karen's place was just as described and a great home away from home for our long weekend in Portland. Definitely recommend!

We had an excellent stay at this property. The host was wonderful, providing us with plenty of local recommendations and always friendly. The house was easy to find and exactly as described in the listing. It was spacious with plenty of amenities and a well-stocked kitchen. The decor was upscale and tasteful. The only downside was some noise from people walking upstairs, as the house is quite old. The neighborhood was lovely and it was easy to get downtown via Uber. Overall, we highly recommend this property, especially for friends and couples.

Loved this location! I am so glad I could stay here and explore the East End for a few days before my work trip in Downtown Portland. Perfect for a solo traveler or couple. FYI for anyone else - there’s no living room or designated area to lounge but that did not make a difference to me. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you, Sarah!

We loved our stay! The place was super clean and the location perfect. Very comfy bed. We stayed over the weekend. The parking signs say 1-hr parking, but it's not enforced on the weekends so you can park anywhere in the area for free. Walking distance to everything. For anyone into dark tourism, the guided tour of the Eastern Cemetery ( around the corner) is amazing! We discovered so much fascinating stuff about the city from it. The Real Portland van tour is awesome as well. Victorian Mansion tours sell out fast, so book ahead. Bayside Cafe for breakfast 😋

The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. It was quiet and comfortable. We would definitely go there again if we return to Portland.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is in a perfect location, only a few minutes walk from great coffee shops and restaurants. The apartment is well equipped and stylishly decorated.

This place was more spacious than I expected. The location is beautiful, you step outside and the water is right there was a great pathway for walking. It is so close to many things, we would’ve walked if it wasn’t raining. The mattress is very firm and the water pressure is the shower is great. I would definitely book another stay here.

Seth was the best host I’ve had. He was super helpful and understanding of my situation. Location was great around 23 mins from Portland. Place was a great price since staying in Portland was pricey and parking would be a nightmare. Thank you Seth for an easy stay.

If you’re looking to stay in Portland, this is the place! Everything about the property was pristine. It felt classic and elegant, but with modern touches. Directions were easy and clear, linens and amenities were fantastic, and communication with the host was always very prompt. It’s located on a beautiful quiet street, but only 5-10 mins to downtown Portland and the bridge over to South Portland. Don’t hesitate to book this place for your next stay.

David and Valle’s house is welcoming, and it was just right for our family get-together. The kitchen is very well set up for cooking, and the counter is both beautiful and a great place for gathering and conversation. There are many lovely touches in the house. We appreciated the yard and gardens, and our dog loved the walking trail. The location is peaceful but just a few minutes from Portland. David communicated well and offered helpful ideas for our visit.

We loved this place! It was incredibly clean, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Perfect for a couple’s getaway. Conveniently located to Ogunquit, Kennebunk and Wells by car. The bed was very comfy. Everything you need for a great stay. We definitely will go back!

It’s was like luxury after a long day working a wedding. It was very peaceful , clean and felt like home. I cannot wait to stay again!

Wendy’s place was really nice and the hot tub is very private.. we definitely got our usage out of it… Wendy herself was extremely kind and open minded. She didn’t rush us out come check out, instead, she encouraged us to stay a little longer and enjoy the hot tub before our long journey back home.. she gave us good tips about golden gems only locals know about 🥰 She did have a cool book to share reviews but I didn’t have a pen.. also we left grape soda in the fridge from Canada for the next person to try!! I had a lovely stay. The accommodations were elegant and comfy, and Dan's hospitality was warm and responsive. The location was perfect for dining, the art museum, and access to the waterfront. There were some special touches that made it feel all the more welcoming (I won't spoil the surprise for future guests). It is a place I hope to return to in the future. Many thanks to our hosts!
