Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Portland

If you’re looking to stay in Portland, this is the place! Everything about the property was pristine. It felt classic and elegant, but with modern touches. Directions were easy and clear, linens and amenities were fantastic, and communication with the host was always very prompt. It’s located on a beautiful quiet street, but only 5-10 mins to downtown Portland and the bridge over to South Portland. Don’t hesitate to book this place for your next stay.

Such a cool interior, and a perfect place to experience the restaurants, shops of Old Port area without having to stay in a small hotel room. I loved the character of the place and there was good sleeping arrangements for adults and child to get a good night sleep. Kitchen was well stocked.

This was one of our favorite places to stay on our trip!!! So cute and very comfortable! Very dreamy and felt like we were in Paris! We really wanted to stay longer!! Definitely would love to come back!!!!

The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. It was quiet and comfortable. We would definitely go there again if we return to Portland.

This was the perfect fit for my wife and I for a week in Portland. Everything was walkable and the size of the place was perfect. 3 very large rooms.

Great location— a nice neighborhood to stroll around in and also close to the main city center (~10 min drive). Bill was responsive as well and the checkout was quick and simple. The deck was great for grilling and our group had a wonderful time!

Louis’s apartment is a gem—exactly as described, nestled in a historical neighborhood. The area is very quiet and peaceful with restaurants and shops nearby. It’s a great location with sites/attractions within 15 to 20 minutes of the property. The apartment itself is open and airy, with a warm mix of history and contemporary feel to it. We felt right at home, especially with such such a great host as Louis. He was very quick to respond and offer local suggestions. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. If we’re ever in the Portland area again, we will definitely stay at Louis‘s historical apartment.

This is really for someone who appreciate small details of the place(decor and so on). Within walking distance to basic necessities. Reasonable Uber fares to all places(Airport, Train Station, Old Port, Maine Mall).

We had a great stay at Diane and Joe’s place—it was exactly as described and exceptionally clean. We decided to arrive a day early, and Diane was kind enough to accommodate us without hesitation. She was consistently responsive and pleasant throughout our stay. The Reno Barn itself is charming and comfortable. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the back deck, which has cozy seating and an umbrella for shade—a perfect spot to unwind. While the spiral staircase to the loft and second bedroom might be a bit tricky for some, it wasn’t an issue for us. The master bedroom on the lower level was very comfortable, and we appreciated the generous supply of sheets, towels, and blankets. While the location isn’t walkable, it offers easy access to both downtown Portland and the airport, each just a 15-minute drive away. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend this place to others. We’d be happy to stay here again the next time we’re in the Portland area.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Gregory's home. Home and amenities were as pictured and described. Space was tidy, smartly appointed, and clean. Home was close to Old Orchard Beach and we were able to walk there multiple times during our stay. The hot tub was much appreciated and we were able to relax after days filled with sight seeing and shopping. Gregory was communicative and had a response rate of approximately 12 hours. I would recommend bringing reusable bags for any shopping as it seems Maine has discontinued complimentary bags at stores.

Had a short but lovely stay here. Awesome location and Kathleen was very responsive and gave us great recommendations. Only wish we had planned to stay longer!

An absolutely charming property that is close to the beach, the boardwalk and close to shops and restaurants. The property is very well designed for function, is very appealing and had a lot of features and the amenities that we were looking. Plus, the overall style was clean and appealing. The host is amazing and I highly recommend staying at this property. I will definitely go back.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Marcia's lovely home! It was decorated super cute, was exceptionally clean, well equipped with anything and everything we needed, and felt very homey. She was very responsive and easy going. We were so comfortable - I slepted in both mornings until 9am! It was also nice to be able to have the option to check in at 3pm (most places are 4pm) and check out at 11am (rather than 10am). Lisbon is a darling little town - like a little Hallmark town. I spent a lot of time at the Little River coffee shop on Union St - great place to get coffee, a delicious homemade pastry and I was able to get a lot of writing done. I also got my tattoo brightened up at Align right next door to the coffee shop! I will definitely come back to the area and will book with Marcia. It was a great stay and I highly recommend.

Great place .. perfect location . I wish I had read further about the parking. $130 total to park for two days. Outside of that all good. Needed to know where the trash key was, and needed an extra trash bag, but they were very responsive .

This condo was the perfect base for exploring Portland—secure parking made it easy to come and go, and we were just steps from great restaurants and the waterfront. The space was bright, modern, and spotless, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home.

What a fantastic place to stay in Portland! Stephen's apartment is beautifully decorated, and is very well appointed. There was nothing that we needed while staying there! The apartment is so comfortable, was impeccably clean, and was the perfect home away from home. All the best restaurants, and some local favorites, are within walking distance. Lots of shopping and places to explore are also walkable. Stephen was an awesome host, he was very responsive, checked in to make sure we were happy and to see if we needed anything, and gave amazing recommendations for places to eat. We had such a wonderful time, and we look forward to coming back and staying here in the future. We highly recommend Stephen's place to stay!

Great place to stay if you want to be close to downtown but with a larger, comfortable space. The place is exactly as described, exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated. No dollar store products here! The ground coffee and half and half really made it feel like we were staying at a friend’s home.

An absolutely amazing unit. Had everything I wanted. This unit is right in the middle of Portland's high street so there's many shops and restaurants around to explore. The only thing to warn is that sounds from people partying from the streets can leak in, but I did not find it as a major nuisance. 10/10 would recommend and will return whenever I am in Portland again.
