What a special place....quiet, farm setting, close to beach, pristine accommodation but with homely touches. Welcoming dog friendly and undiscovered. We had a lovely stay, we enjoyed spending time in Newquay and Padstow which are both a short drive away. There is a lovely walk to the coast and coffee van a short walk away, a perfect stay, thank you!

We (a family of four with two young children) had a lovely time at Kate's place. The cottage is very nicely set up and well situated for a visit to the area. Our kids very much enjoyed exploring the beautiful garden, and our eight year old asked that I particularly mention the great selection of board games. We loved being able to walk home across the fields after a day at the beach and delicious ice creams from Porthcothan Bay stores. Thank you as well Kate for being so responsive and helpful!

I had such a lovely stay here! The first thing I noticed was how spotlessly clean the space was from top to bottom. It was exactly like the photos (if not better!), and I instantly felt at peace as soon as I arrived. The location is really lovely too quiet yet well-connected, and as a female traveller, I felt completely safe the entire time, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Thank you for a beautiful, relaxing stay! I’d absolutely love to return! 🌿✨
