Holiday rentals with beach access in Port Phillip City

Michelle’s palm apartment was lovely. The amenities inside were just right, we didn’t want for anything. Bed very comfortable and linen nice and soft. Quiet location. Tiny balcony but enough to get some air. The dishwasher and washing machine great and the communal tumble dryer right round the corner in the flats was only $3 for 1 hour! Lovely coffee machine with plenty of capsules. Lovely toiletries in the shower and water pressure great. We would highly recommend the apartment, Michelle was responsive and very polite and kind. Really appreciate the guidance in advance on checkin and checkout to ensure everything was seamless and hassle free. The accomodation was spectacular and exactly as described and pictured, more than expected. Amenities both within the apartment and the facility were fantastic. The induction with concierge on checkin was such a great experience and all the staff were so accomodating. Central and a short walk to so many must do’s including Luna Park, St Kilda Pier, Fitzroy and Acland Streets, The Esplanade… the list is endless. Highly recommend.

My stay here was great. I understand what some previous reviews mentioned about the noise with the tram stop being right outside but it didnt bother me. I appreciated the space, the convenience of a tram stop right outside and thought Neel did a wonderful job communicating with me throughout my stay. Thank you!!

Wonderful accommodation. Great access to public transport, tasty eateries nearby and loved the area. Hayley was quick to respond and very friendly. The space itself was just as advertised and super comfortable for our week long stay. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful 2nd floor apartment with lift. So well and generously appointed. Stunning view from every room. Beautiful quality linen/towels. Very good beds. Kitchen has everything you could possibly think of. Public transport so handy. It’s quite expensive for 1 couple but for 2 couples it would be excellent value. We will stay again anyway because it’s so good!!

Peter was a great host. His apartment is as it shows, sunny and chill. The bed is super comfortable and linen smells fresh. Peter was super responsive even offering recommendations. A few quirky touches around the apartment made us happy to find.

After a rough start with the cleaner not having turned up James was able to fix this quickly and had us in the property as quickly as he could. His communication was exceptional and we’d love to stay again

Chantel’s place exceeded my expectations! It had everything and more inside and the location was amazing with the tram stopping just around the corner for easy trip to the city. I loved staying there a lot and absolutely would recommend it if you are visiting Melbourne like I did!

House is located in a quiet neighbourhood. Excellent communication with the host. My child left behind a motion sensor light under the pillow and we managed to retrieve it by texting host on communication channel. He even went to meet us to pass it back to us several days later.Thank you so much! ◡̈

Loved our stay! The house was super clean, felt really homely, and had great appliances. It’s in an awesome spot—everything was walking distance. There was a brief power issue (seemed like a neighbourhood thing), but Emily responded super fast and was great to deal with. Would definitely stay again!

It was an absolute pleasure to be hosted by Melanie at her gorgeous home! We had a brilliant stay and loved the neighbourhood. It was close enough to walk into town and to local pubs, cafes etc. The home was immaculate and luxurious with lots of exotic touches. We really appreciated the extras that Melanie provided, i.e. quality bathroom products, and a well set up kitchen. Also Melanie owns an amazing restaurant, Grain Store in Flinders Lane, which we visited twice during our stay.. highly recommended! We loved our visit and will be back!

Jillian was a great host and eclectic definitely describes the property, amazing artifacts from around the world and so many books. It is a much loved family home rather than a sparse let. Park opposite an added advantage. Close to trams, buses, shops and restaurants on Bay St. With a new grandson around the corner I'll definitely look at a return stay as soon as possible!

We had such a nice stay at Ros and Andrew’s place. The apartment is great, very well equipped and quiet. The location is perfect, very close to the beach and only a few minutes walk from cafes and restaurants. Ros and Andrew are excellent hosts. Mia’s property was perfect for my business stay, but I know if I was to stay for leisure, it would be equally as perfect! It had everything I needed and Mia’s communication could not be faulted.

Luke and Emi's place was the perfect place to land in Melbourne. Well located, close to shops, cafes, restaurants and the beach!!! Super quiet at the same time. Comfy bed and nice shower. Luke and Em were always responsive and really helpful. We would definitely come back :)

Nicola was absolutely lovely and so accommodating. The apartment is gorgeous and we felt like we were at home the second we got there. Had a slight issue beyond her control and was so responsive and helpful! Couldn’t recommend it more, near lovely bars, shops, albert park, everything.
