Apartment holiday rentals in Port Phillip City

The apartment is ideal for two people. It came with a well equipped kitchen with initial basic essentials provided (tea, coffee, etc) - ideal after a long journey. There is plenty of storage space in the bedroom. In addition there is a washer and dryer available - no need to take as many clothes next time. We hired a car, so a parking space was essential, and was provided in the basement. Fantastic location on the promenade with additional beaches located to the east of St. Kilda. Easy access to local bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The nearest tram stops are within 300m of the property giving easy access to the city. The trams are regular and we didn't see any delays or cancellations. If we ever return to Melbourne, we would definitely check on its availability. Thanks Jen Regards John

We had the best stay at Georgina’s place for an extended period of 5 weeks. Perfect location with great proximity to CBD, parks, Domain Road and South Yarra. Super quick communicator too. Would recommend!

Really beautiful little apartment and very reasonably priced. Well decorated and minimalist without feeling sterile. The only thing we found a bit annoying was the key pick up and drop off. If you have a car you can't get down to the carpark without the swipe (only ground floor) so then you have to wait for the store to open to drop the key off and hard to find a park near the shop to drop off, meaning I was a bit late to my morning appointment. I'm sure the host would have helped to find a solution if we had reached out. Overall though was perfect for our needs, loved the cafe right downstairs, would stay again.

Jo Anne is a fabulous host who was very responsive and helpful when we has trouble with the key codes. The apartment is beautifully maintained, her recommendations for breakfast and restaurants great and the fact is was close to the Bay we could enjoy the early morning walks. The carpark spot can be tricky to get to the unit but all the residents in the building are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended

Excellent accommodation situated in lovely, convenient area very close to local shops and tram to city etc. Also short work to beach. Very comfortable and clean and extremely well fitted out with top class appliances and furniture. Very comfortably heated for cold weather. Great, private location. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Amber is an excellent, friendly and experienced host who helped make my getaway to the F1 Grand Prix an absolute winner. The apartment is very easy to find and the space is so enjoyable to come back to. Amber keeps the place in top condition, so the next person is sure to have the same excellent experience I did.

Great stay! Apartment was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. Joel was a welcoming host and responsive to messages. Nice extra touches of wine, chocolate, bread and milk. Plus beach towels and umbrellas to accomodate the variety of all the Melbourne weather events thrown at us for our weekend stay. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay at the apartment was very enjoyable. James has the apartment set up perfectly for guests with a few added extras. It is spacious and had everything we needed to make our stay relaxed and comfortable. It was within walking distance to shops and restaurants and perfectly positioned for our swimming competition. Spent a week end at Alison’s apt. I highly recommend. Place is clean and welcoming. She was very flexible as my plane got in late. I appreciated the goodies she had left me since I had not had dinner. There is a grocery store nearby. The apt is very well lighted which is something I like. The Thai restaurant is indeed very good. I didn’t have the time to explore more. Quite a few homeless people on the streets, same as can be seen in other large cities. The pubs seemed lively for one who is looking into that atmosphere.

My father and I just had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The location is perfect for first time visitors to Melbourne like us, it's close to St Kilda Beach, great restaurants, and other fantastic spots. The place has such a vibe, we really liked the decoration and interior, and it was spotlessly clean 🧼. Definitely recommended! 😁

100% stay here if you get the chance!! We stayed here for 4+ weeks and fell in love with the place!! The appartment was clean, warm and basked in the sunlight. There was so much space for the two of us and the kitchen was stocked with so many supplies which made our stay super comfortable. Walking distance to everything St Kilda had to offer as well as super markets, and public transport into the CBD and all around Melbourne City.

This was my third stay at this Airbnb in Toorak, and once again, it was excellent. The space is consistently clean, tidy, and exactly as described. The host continues to go above and beyond—always helpful, very responsive, and thoughtful in providing little extras I didn’t even know I’d need. It’s clear they genuinely care about the guest experience. I keep coming back for a reason—highly recommended!

Property was just as described. Close to Convention Centre where we were for the whole weekend. The instructions for the keys were easy and convenient.

Top location, amazing views. Easy access checkin we have stayed in other apartments in South Bank that have 30 mins of building induction. Great self service apartment. Some basics left in fridge and pantry as complimentary. Mary was in touch the whole time to answer any questions we might have had (but didn't have any)

Thanks Fil for an amazing stay, photos were pretty much exactly what was in the listing, and the view of South Melbourne from the apartment was such a great touch and a nice change from the hustle and bustle of the city, though the location was also really convenient, very near to the tram stop. Apartment was clean and so comfortable, the kids had a great time!

Magda was lovely from the start and provided clear instructions for check-in and suggested parking options nearby as well as we were driving all the way from Sydney. The place felt comfortable and cosy and will definitely recommend for couples looking to stay with pups.

Great location close to public transport, restaurants, cafes and shopping. Easy to navigate and in a nice area. Loved that it was also pet friendly and our pup enjoyed staying with us on our trip. The apartment was also very clean and tidy with 2 sets of keys provided making it easy and stress free when travelling with others

The amenities and the views from Jeff and Melinda's apartment was the standout of our stay. Our son loved the kids room so much he wanted to sleep all by himself and also had lots of fun with the toy box. its well located with a tram stop right outside and facilities all around you. Very comfortable and highly recommended. Our favourite place to stay in Melbourne.

Kim’s apartment was cozy and spacious! The facilities that came with the apartment were fantastic! The location of the apartment was also convenient with multiple tram services at the stop right infront of the building. Overall, it was a great stay! 😊
