Monthly Rentals in Port of Valencia

I can definitely recommend this place to stay. I was looking for a place to come back to, after days spending in the city and on the beach. The price and location were perfect to me. Loads of buses going to town and to the marina. Don’t hesitate it. Just book it xd

I stayed at Maria José's house for 37 days, it was an incredible 37 days, the house is incredible, the location is very convenient, there is a metro station very close to the house, Maria José is a lovely person, she helped me a lot! I really recommend her place and I'm sure I'll be back one day! Thank you for everything Maria!

A very cozy apartment, everything as in the photos and description. The host is very kind and attentive 10/10

We were basically very satisfied with the accommodation. The location is a bit impractical without a car and bicycles, but we rented bicycles, which is generally very possible in Valencia. With bicycles, it is about 15 minutes to the center and 10 minutes to the beach. However, the residents of the surrounding apartment sometimes act as if they do not want tourists with them. The accommodation is very clean and the landlord is friendly. Now to the things we imagined a little differently: unfortunately there was only one pot and one large and one very small pan, which was a bit impractical for cooking. We also thought from the pictures that the apartment had two rooms, but it's only one room.
