We absolutely loved our stay at Nadine’s! Perfect location with great views, access to public transport and lots of great bars nearby. Nadine was an amazing host - very proactive and flexible! We will be back.

This apartment was, by far, the most incredible Airbnb rental we have ever rented. We are seasoned travelers, and the serenity and views from this flat, though in a bustling area, were more breathtaking and peaceful than we ever imagined. Our goal is always to find the best view and this did not disappoint —you will not want to leave (even for dinner)! This is the premier location in Nice to be near the old town area, but also closest to the sea. Having three balconies allows you to bring the outside in, but you are high enough from the street that the traffic never posed an issue; I napped in the living room in the afternoon sun while being lulled by the sound of the waves below. It’s a memory I will always cherish. The bedroom is on the other side of the apartment, making for a very peaceful sleep. This apartment is top of the line in finishes and amenities—the kitchen was fully stocked (but who wants to cook on vacation?). Leo and Romain were always responsive! Book this flat!

Awesome location and beautiful space! Right when you exit, there are so many restaurants and bakeries filled with people. It was a pleasant surprise to find that the loft was so spacious and clean. We would definitely stay again. Only note is that if you have a lot of luggage, there is no elevator and the loft is on the 4th floor, but still well worth it in my opinion :)

This is such a gem of a place - Valerie is exceptionally responsive and made it so easy. I got the tram all the way to port lympia, and the apartment is just 5 mins walk away. It’s in a cool part of Nice and right next door to a natural wine bar and local antique shops. Recommend renting e-bikes - great way to get around. Valerie was so helpful and welcoming and the apartment is very quiet and such a find! I’ll definitely be back! Thank you so much Valerie.

I had a fantastic stay at Guillaume’s flat in Nice! The location couldn’t be better — just steps away from the Port, with charming cafés, bakeries, and restaurants all around. It’s also a short walk to the Old Town and the beach, which made exploring the city super easy and enjoyable. The flat itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. It had everything I needed — a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy bed, fast Wi-Fi, and even a small balcony to enjoy a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. You can tell Guillaume takes great care of the space. Communication was smooth from start to finish. Guillaume was responsive, helpful, and gave great local tips that really made a difference. I’d definitely stay here again on my next trip to Nice. Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved our stay here and this place exceeded all expectations! It was even bigger in person than in the photos, and packed with thoughtful amenities that made us feel completely at home. From the well-equipped kitchen and laundry to the filled ice cube trays and welcome snacks, every detail was considered. The air conditioning was excellent, and we really appreciated the ample storage and the clothesline on the balcony – our clothes dried super quickly in the heat! The host went above and beyond, even providing a handy guidebook that led us to some great local restaurants. The location was perfect – just a short stroll to beautiful, quieter beaches and close to lovely spots to eat. It was also really easy to walk to the train station, making day trips to other cities a breeze. Overall, incredible value and one of the best Airbnb stays we’ve had. Highly recommend!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Gregory’s apartment in Nice. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the attention to detail—everything in the apartment is beautifully designed, thoughtfully furnished, and looks brand new. You can tell a lot of care has gone into creating a space that’s both stylish and comfortable. The location is simply perfect—just steps away from all the highlights of Nice, yet tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet when you need it. Whether you’re exploring the Old Town, heading to the beach, or enjoying a café around the corner, everything is within easy reach. Gregory was an outstanding host—his communication was prompt, clear, and helpful throughout, and he went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended—we would come back in a heartbeat!

The apartment is set in beautiful grounds and boasts amazing views across the bay and the town. Indoors we had everything we needed and more! The kitchen was well equipped and the bedroom went straight onto the outside space. A great way to start the day admiring the scenery drinking a coffee. The lounge area was spacious and comfortable with a big range of entertainment options should you need it. The walk to the centre takes about 20 minutes on foot if you choose not to rent a car. If you are on foot and want to get some groceries try the Casino store which is about 5 minutes away down the steps. Julien was an excellent host, what we particularly loved was being left to do our own thing all the while knowing that if we did need anything Julien was on hand. We had a truly wonderful time and would absolutely recommend this place if you're looking for something special on your visit to Vilefranche su mer.

Beautiful and super clean apartment by the port that’s walkable to Old Nice and the beach. Sofia is lovely and always a great communicator. We had a slight issue with the air conditioner but Sofia was prompt to fixing it as she was able to. We wanted to live here!

This was one of my best Airbnb experiences to date - the apartment was very well furnished and decorated, had all the necessities as well as more, like: beach towels and a beach umbrella, clothes drying rack, and a heated towel rack! The skylights in each room were also a nice touch. I looked forward to coming back every day. The hosts were very responsive and even helped us carry our luggage up the 4 flights of stairs. The location was also great - walking distance to many delicious restaurants and Old Nice.

I appreciate that the host was always just a text away and checked on us everyday if everything was going well. The place is as good as it looks in the photos. All major tourist spots in Nice are a short walk away from the place - this was the major plus. The tram station is also just 5 mins away so that was a huge plus too! The place was big enough for the 3 of us and had all the amenities we could potentially need. Thanks for the well stocked coffee and tea! The only slight issues I’d mention would be that the building in which the apartment is located is under renovation, so there’s a smell of paint in the entry of the building. However this is in no way causing any problems in our experience. Moreover it is not something the host can control. Lastly, on the weekends it could get loud outside as there are bars around, and the apartment is close to the streets - however just shutting the windows was a quick solution. Overall, I’d definitely visit this airbnb again! A solid 10/10.

Great place if you are looking to be at the heart of the tourist area. Numerous shops and restaurants and an easy walk from other key parts of the city. The deck is beautiful but as others have noted---be aware that it really is quite a climb to get there.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was very clean, exactly as described in the listing, and even exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort. One of the highlights was the spa bath — such a relaxing touch after long days of exploring. The space was well-equipped with everything we needed, which made our stay feel very easy and convenient. The location was generally good — a bit far from the train station on foot, but we took a short taxi ride and it wasn’t a problem at all. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Un vrai petit havre de paix : appartement lumineux, décoré avec goût, et parfaitement situé à deux pas de la plage. La terrasse et le spa sont un vrai plus. Parking et commerces à proximité. Calme, confort et accueil impeccable. On recommande sans hésiter !

Raymond and Anne share with guests their beautiful home, but they are exceptionally warm, interesting, and charming people to meet. It was an excellent combination for a magical and memorable vacation to Monaco. I would not go back unless we can stay with them again! Besides the amazing views, refreshing pool and clean jacuzzi, there were even fireworks several of the nights over the bay! Our hosts generously left wine, snacks, and coffee in the unit, as well as a fully stocked bathroom. More than anything, we really loved spending time with them. Highly recommend this AirBnB!

Super logement et super hôte. Le logement est super bien équipé et entretenu avec une exposition idéale vue mer et vue montagne. Catherine est aux petits soins pour ses hôtes, disponible, de bon conseil, et super réactive. Allez y sans hésiter.

Lovely apartment that is 10 minute stroll from restaurants and bars on the harbour front. Very clean, tidy and well decorated. The outside space and retractable doors provide amazing outside / inside space. Miguel was easily contactable, providing clear directions and met us at the property for checkin. Aldi supermarket 1 minute walk has all immediate needs. Parking is free on street however not always guaranteed immediately outside. Would highly recommend
