Monthly Rentals in Port de Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat

We had a wonderful stay in this quiet apartment with a very pleasant balcony, offering magnificent views of the gardens and villas around the top of the hill. The apartment is located on the first floor of a small, recent, well-maintained residence. It can be easily reached on foot from Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat and Beaulieu-sur-Mer. The host is very responsive and very kind, we needed a large pot and extra blankets, we got them very quickly. The apartment is very clean and well appointed, perfect for a holiday stay!

The apartment looked exactly as pictured and the view is beautiful. The location is perfect for walking to the beach and local restaurants. Audrey (the host) was super helpful with check-in and check out. We would highly recommend booking!

Wonderful location in the heart of the city and within walking distance to many beautiful beaches. Having a dedicated parking space was also a huge plus. We easily took Bus No. 15 to Nice for a day trip and it was super convenient and stress-free. A great base for exploring the area!
