Monthly Rentals in Ponte Ete-Caldarette

We had a wonderful time in Fermo. Fabrizio’s flat was ideally situated for access to the town. He guided us into the premises assisted us with our luggage and provided car parking passes. The flat had a historic charm, the ceiling murals were outstanding and the views from the bedroom and bathroom were gorgeous. Fabrizio communicated with us throughout our stay in a very friendly manner and was generous with what was provided. I would highly recommend this property.

Ms. Giovanna was very friendly and helpful. The place is enchanting, once you pass a small artisan area. Not far from the sea and the center of Fermo is in a convenient location even if it is isolated. The evening is always cool, even on the hottest days, perhaps a little humid outside due to the presence of the river. Recommended for families and groups of friends.

Beautiful, clean and comfortable house. Attention and care in every detail that is not left to chance. Great location!
