We love the stay! The location is great, very practical for those who want to explore the region. A tip for upcoming visitors who, like me, need to go to the supermarket: on the side street of the hotel there is a 24-hour convenience store called Potiguares, which offers a good variety of items — breads, wines, cheeses, biscuits, water, drinks, chocolates, among others. For those who intend to cook, it is worth noting that the stay does not have some basic items that I have already found in other Airbnbs, such as salt sachets, sugar, etc. But this did not hinder the experience at all!

First time I use Airbnb, but the house is great, very spacious, if you want more privacy and the 3 bedrooms is not enough, it has a closed balcony, which also serves as a room, Gustavo was super considerate, I want to book more times.

Simply perfect! One of the best stays we've ever stayed. Everything very organized, very well located having markets, restaurants and pharmacies nearby. The super cozy house, with many kitchen utensils and even availability of bath towels. The only negative point was the pool deck that was half loose and soft, and an accident or injury could occur. But even with rain, we enjoy a lot! And we left thinking of coming back 🥰

The Loft is simply spotless! I stayed with my fiancé during the new year and it was the quietest thing in the world. The environment was all organized for our arrival, all very clean and tidy. We had everything at our disposal, pots, crockery, appliances, plus it is clear from the air conditioning and television. The acoustics of the place also surprised us a lot, we didn't hear anything from the outside and everyone was super respectful, it's a really private place. The surroundings are also quite calm. Super apartment in Puerto Brasil. Is on 10ha a locked area with 24/7 security guards. Almost has a private beach. There is hardly anything going on on the other side of the fishing beach, there are also people from the surrounding pond. Despite all this very quiet and safe. Only you should avoid carnival if you don't like to party. The main street is very noisy carnival.

The apartment had everything needed for 1-2 persons, nice shared pool and just about the beach. very nice stay.

Apt very secure, condominium with excellent structure, all items according to announcement, always fast communication, the beaches of Parnamirim are excellent and are only 5 min by car.
