Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Ponta Negra

It was all wonderful, I took my family and everyone was delighted. The place is very beautiful, the house very comfortable. To witness the sunrise of the balcony of the house, to see that image, sun and sea , is an inexplicable feeling and all of this combining with the landscaping of the house and the beach. We definitely create memories there that will be eternalized. Thanks Pascal and thank you Rose.

Excellent stay! What wonderful days my family and I spent in Francisco's space. Everything was very organized and clean, an amazing house with comfortable beds, all the necessary utensils and electronics, good location... Anyway, everything was worth it and the great accommodation was essential for us to have a wonderful trip to Natal. Easy and fast communication with the host. I highly recommend it!

Very cozy, comfortable house, we stayed in 10 adults and 2 children and felt at home. The house is equipped with items necessary for everyday life and more, we were able to cook there during the stay, use the needle and lines available to sew a tear, and still have fun with some of the many games available. The house has cameras, alarms and electronic locks that made us feel safe. The host, Vicente, was very helpful and attentive whenever we need it. The location is excellent, close to the beach of Ponta Negra, the people in the mood would go back to the beach on foot, those with little disposition easily got an Uber. Speaking of which, we had no problem getting Uber to go or leave, no matter the time. The house is excellent that we feel like staying there longer, now we hope to be able to return!

What a great house. Unfortunately the pictures do not do it justice. 3 separate floors of amazing views of the beach and city. Some nice local spots near by, i really liked the food place across the street. Pool was great. Loved loved luna, i think everyone will even if you dont like cats. Would definitely stay here again.

We love the stay! The house is great, with clean, smelling bedding, plus a perfect view and location. The host was very kind and attentive, and the condo clerk welcomed us very well, explained all the details and still gifted us with entrance courtesies. I highly recommend!

It was days when I felt at home even so far from my home! Perfect place, airy, clean, meets every need and even more! The perfect view, quiet place, access to the beach and super clean pool! It's well worth it!

The space is exactly as shown in the photos of the listing. The view from the penthouse is fantastic! The apartment is extremely beautiful and organized, very functional and cozy. Gustavo is an excellent host, always responding quickly, proactively and helpfully. I will definitely come back more often when I travel to Natal again.

Great accommodation. Exactly as but photos. Only the balcony that is very hot due to the air q exits the air conditioning , so it is impossible to stay there kkk The Deck Area was on site, but nothing to prevent from using the pools. Helpful host, clean room, great location , both for restaurant and leisure. Great value .

The place is beautiful and very pleasant, would come back other times. The leisure area is a strong point, beautiful and with many options of rest .. The sea is very intense. The condominium is close to easy access.

Eva is a great host, helpful, answers all questions, made it possible to check in and check out within our needs. The apartment is as advertised, it was very clean and with fragrant sheets and towels. Besides being very well equipped, we didn't miss anything, and with amenities in the bathrooms and kitchen. The location is excellent, it has absolutely everything nearby, including the beach. I can't imagine a better place. The concierge is friendly and informative. Just one small detail, which does not depend on Eva and the apartment itself, is the outside noise. Because there are restaurants, bars and hotels in the neighborhood, the music noise from 1 pm to 10 pm is loud in the room that is not a suite. For those who like to rest in the afternoon or sleep early, it will be a little difficult in this room. In the suite, there is no discomfort.

Excellent apartment, with everything you need to have a good stay. Spectacular view of the beach and Morro do Careca, both from the living room and the 2 bedrooms, which by the way are spacious and airy. Deize is a great host. The concierge staff are helpful and polite, especially Bruno, who welcomed us with great cordiality. I would definitely stay more often.

The apartment had everything needed for 1-2 persons, nice shared pool and just about the beach. very nice stay.
