I loved the place! Perfect view, everything exactly as in the photos. The hosts were very helpful, even with a small delay in check-in (hotel rules), Mr. Antônio responded super fast and helped a lot. The location is excellent, close to the beach, restaurants and bars. I'll definitely come back more often!

Our stay at Lenilza's place was wonderful. Perfectly like the ad, a very complete building with a concierge with facial recognition, the location doesn't even need to be commented on, Ponta Negra is the best option to stay with a complete infrastructure. The apartment itself is very top, very beautiful view and with the necessary amenities for a good stay. Guilherme, who attended to us, was an extremely helpful guy, quickly assisting us in everything we needed. Thank you for your hospitality and we will definitely stay here again when we return to Natal!!

We love the apartment, it faces the beach of the black tip with a beautiful view. The building is clean, the staff are polite and helpful. The apartment was clean and the air conditioners were all working. I liked the balcony that has a protective screen and on the windows of the rooms bringing greater security.

nothing to complain about, everything was clean, bed and bath clothes smelled good, kitchen with everything you need, refrigerator freezing super well, great air conditioning, wonderful hot shower, with iron, hair dryer, makeup wipes, cap to not get your hair wet. Unparalleled stay, my family and I highly recommend it!!!

I recommend the accommodation. The view of the Ap is great, you can see the whole black beach. Apartment in a residential condominium, quiet and well ventilated. Good pool. Comfortable rooms. The kitchen with several utensils as per advertisement. The host is great. Great location close to pharmacies, mini markets, bakeries and some restaurants. It is possible to walk on the beach along the black-tip slopes.

I had a wonderful experience at this apartment! The view of the sea is simply incredible, a true spectacle at any time of the day. The location is perfect, with easy access to restaurants, shops and tourist spots, which made our stay much easier. The apartment is extremely well organized, comfortable and impeccably clean, which made us feel very comfortable and safe. All environments are well cared for, and the decoration creates a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend it for those looking for a quiet place, with a breathtaking view and excellent structure. I would definitely host again!

The house is extremely comfortable, all clean and in very good taste. The condominium is of high standard with thermal pool, fitness room, sauna. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is nothing missing. Excellent quality sheets and towels. The hostess is always prompt and attentive. Nothing to complain about, just complimenting. I will come back for sure.

Large and quite comfortable accommodation. The building is old and therefore bears the marks of time. It features various amenities and environments that allow a comfortable stay for large groups.

The one thing I will say is the pictures of the place don't do it justice. Not only is the house very large and spacious, it's located it a lovely gated community which has a number of nice pools, tennis court, workout room, etc. It's also steps from 2 private beaches. Also, you couldn't ask for a more hospitable host. Michelle and Rose were extremely quick to fix any issues we had. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and at home. We couldn't have been happier.

The location of the house is very good for walking to UFRN and also to Ponta Negra beach, it is close to everything. I highly recommend this Airbnb. Whenever I go back to Natal, I'll try to stay at this house.
