The communication with the owner was quick from the beginning, he was very helpful to answer my doubts regarding the check in. The location of the apartment is good, has supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants nearby; the guest can perform small tasks and have access to the beach without the need for a car.

The apartment is outstanding! Very spacious, clean, well located. The common area is pleasant, the pool is open until late and allows a moment of leisure even for those who are in the city for work during the day. The team that works on site is very kind. There is a 24-hour grocery/convenience store a few meters away. Communication with the host and co-hosts was agile. I highly recommend it!

Accommodation as advertised, good location, communication too. Just one observation regarding the outlet. There's none near the bed, only near the sink. Besides this all ok

Incredible place, it really has everything you need to be comfortable. Very clean kitchen, bathroom and rooms. I went with my partner to do telework, the internet worked well for us. You are well located, you have fairs and other things to visit nearby, the beach is about 5 minutes walk. I would definitely return to this accommodation

The hosts were very helpful, even with a small delay in check-in (hotel rules), Mr. Antônio responded super fast and helped a lot. The location is excellent, close to the beach, restaurants and bars. Our stay at Lenilza's place was wonderful. Perfectly like the ad, a very complete building with a concierge with facial recognition, the location doesn't even need to be commented on, Ponta Negra is the best option to stay with a complete infrastructure. The apartment itself is very top, very beautiful view and with the necessary amenities for a good stay. Guilherme, who attended to us, was an extremely helpful guy, quickly assisting us in everything we needed. Thank you for your hospitality and we will definitely stay here again when we return to Natal!!

Beautiful apartment located in a safe and quiet street despite its proximity to the various clubs and shops in the area. It's very quiet at night. There is no concierge. Great experience. I had a great time. I only had a few difficulties during check-in and check-out, which made me lose valuable time.
