Monthly Rentals in Pond Hill

This was undoubtedly the best experience with AirBnB I’ve ever had. Aside from the fact that Tracey and Earl’s place was cozy, comfortable, and beautiful as one could ask for in the Caribbean, they both were extremely kind and hospitable, and even had fresh coconuts ready for us when we arrived. I cannot see myself ever coming back to Nevis and NOT staying with them again! Wonderful experience and cannot recommend their place more highly.

AMAZING GRACE is well named as it is a simply amazing place, both the location with it's stunning views of the coast and mountains, and the villa itself. A really special place to unwind and get away from it all, but the island is so small it doesn't take long to get around. We loved having the pool and the island breezes to keep us cool. We enjoyed watching out for monkeys in the garden while gawking at the views all around Amazing Grace. Amelia is a wonderful and warm host who really looked after us, and even had the car waiting for us upon arrival. She gave us some super recommendations for dinners out, and the best off the beaten track beaches. We absolutely loved Nevis and Amazing Grace. We will return!

From the moment we arrived Omel was a fantastic hostess- from driving us to the local shop to pick up supplies on our arrival to bringing us fruit from her orchard and putting us in touch with a great local car rental guy (Thanks, Kervin!) she was always available to make our stay so special, easy and relaxing- despite being in someone else's house we immediately felt right at home. Despite being situated by the island's main road, Unique Villa felt so peaceful and quiet, in idyllic surroundings with an orchard full of varied fruit trees and a beautiful garden tended by Omel. The air conditioning was a godsend and the power shower was fantastic! With the police station across the road, the villa felt very safe and secure and we were able to park safely off road right outside the property. Thank you Omel and Lynell for your wonderful hospitality, we can't wait to return to Nevis and will definitely be looking to stay at Unique Villa again next time.

I would highly recommend this place. It was very clean, spacious enough to more than comfortably house two persons, had all that I needed for my stay, and was fairly close (not walking, but driving distance) to downtown. It was a little difficult to get in touch with Carmesha at first as she was working that day, but met up with her at the apartment after she provided directions over a phone call on how to get there. She did stock up on snacks and water, which made for a nice welcome. The apartment felt like home and at no point did it feel like anything was missing. The atmosphere was peaceful, serene, and very calming. I would definitely consider it again whenever I am heading to Nevis.
