Family-friendly holiday rentals in Poinciana

It was a very nice home and plenty of room for the 9 of us. The kids really enjoyed the pool and game room, but the video game system did not work. It was very clean and insect free. It was a very nice neighborhood with beautiful views. We meet a very inquisitive racoon that was looking for food, but we didn't provide any and always made sure the garbage was secured. We named him Denny the Disgruntled Racoon. Recommended additions would be a blender. Also, make sure you bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent and garbage bags if you plan staying here. Beds were comfortable. Overall it was a great place!

We booked this airbnb with 5 guests. The home has plenty of space, in a very welcoming and peaceful neighborhood. The house was spotless, and check in was a breeze. Tons to do around the house with a little games room in the garage, and a beautiful backyard with a pool, netted to keep the bugs away. Great communication with the host. Will definitely be coming back.

We loved the house! Very homey and convenient. We didn’t have a car so we didn’t drive or walk the property much but pool was very close. The kids loved it. We took an uber daily to Disney. Nice it was a gated community, felt safe. Would definitely book again.

Jeannine’s place was wonderful. Very clean and organized. The pool was well heated and we really enjoyed the spa. I would stay here again and recommend this place for anyone traveling with a large family.

This was our second stay at Guylaine’s condo and it was fantastic again and we’ll definitely be back!! We love everything about the condo, the resort and location. The pools are wonderful and the condo feels just like being at home, it has everything you need. The location is so close to Disney, stores and restaurants, it couldn’t be better. Guylaine is the most wonderful host, so kind, accommodating and responds so quickly to any questions. I would highly recommend her place! You will be so happy if you choose her place to stay. James’ place was the perfect hub to make our family vacation seamless. The unit was as described and very family friendly. We appreciated having multiple pack-n-play’s and a high chair- Overall we would recommend this place and would rent from James again.

Patsy's place was very nice. it was centrally located in the middle of Disney, universal and all the major theme parks. it was very clean , well taken care of. was easy to find. Patsy was very responsive when we had a wifi issue and she helped us fix it . we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay with her again if we were in the Kissimmee area.

Spacious 3/2 unit with balcony facing the nature on the 4th floor. It is located south and outside of the Disney area in a residential with a lot of restaurant choices and grocery store .

We enjoyed Janet’s place very much, our kids had blast at the pool and petting/riding Apollo (miniature horse). Thank you for giving us a tour of the farm. We enjoyed personal touch and genuine conversations with Janet, Nando and rest of her beautiful family!

We really enjoyed our stay! Lots to do in the area of course, but we had a few pool days and it was perfect! Plenty of space for everyone. The home is beautifully decorated and we found the beds comfortable. We had our dog with us and there were several beds available for him too! Very thoughtful. We recommend staying at Jason’s for an Orlando vacation.

This place is a home away from home! Tyler is a great host. We've been staying here every Father's Day weekend for the past four years, and Tyler is always very welcoming!

My Daughter Spent Her 8th Birthday In Disney But The House Was The Icing On The Cake✨ My Family Enjoyed The Pool & The Heated Hot Tub, She Provided The Necessary Necessities & Overall The Place Was Beautiful, I Love The Master Shower That’s My Favorite Part Of The House, The House Is Spacious With Tons Of Restaurants & Stores Just A Few Miles Aways, Disney Was Super Close & Overall We Enjoyed Our Stay Here At Mad Men Magic Kingdom House. There Was A Misunderstanding With A Neighbor & When I Reached Out To Rebecca She Responded In A Timely Manner & I Appreciate That! I Would Definitely Recommend Mad Men Magic Kingdom House To Everyone I Know🤍 Thank You For This Experience

Nice location, right size for family vacation and kids enjoyed bunk beds a lot.. Very nearer to Disney parks, I would highly recommend and would consider again for my future Orlando vacation.

Aaron is an amazing host that truly cares about what is happening with his guests. We had a little trouble with our travel and Aaron went above and beyond to accommodate us when things went out of our control. The home is very nice and exactly as described. It was clean and looked well kept. The beds are extremely comfortable and the home is spacious. I will definitely book with Aaron again if I am back in Orlando!

We loved our stay here! We were greeted by the welcoming committee of ducks and White Ibises when we walked out to the patio - they are adorable. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. The pool was nice to cool down after a day at the parks and it is conveniently located near stores and restaurants and also very close to the parks - which was awesome!! I highly recommend staying here. Judy was a great host to work with and we look forward to our next visit! Oh! And I caught a bass in the pond…added bonus!

Great host, great property. We actually stayed in this property some years ago and was very good then, the new hosts have taking the property to a new level with many upgrades made, 5* for sure. From the minute we booked, communication from the hosts was exceptional and friendly. Very quick to respond if we had any questions. Very clean throughout with all conveniences available for that home from home feel. 100% recommend this property.

Very nice place to stay!!!! Clean, peaceful, and safe. I was especially impressed with the condition of the cook wear, kitchen utensils, dish towels, all in absolutely excellent condition. Small details when done well make the overall stay so much nicer. The accommodations are very cozy and comfortable. Margret was exceptional in her communication and responsiveness to all of our inquiries. We will definitely be returning for future stays! Highly recommended.

We didn’t know the gem we were getting h til we walked into this beautiful home. My heart was immediately relieved to see how organized, clean and home like this space was. Our kids were comfortable, my MIL was at ease, it was a great location to get around. My MILK insisted we needed a vacation home of our own, just like this villa. If ever we need to come back to Orlando, we would choose this place again and again.

This apartment was a fantastic find! The location is unbeatable and the apartment was spotlessly clean and very well-maintained. Most importantly, Nadia and Wisam were absolutely wonderful! They were incredibly responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Communication with these hosts was excellent, and they were very responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Lovely path . Nice heated pool. If I were to have any complaint at all it would be the refrigerator is so noisy … I mean it works and keeps food very cold but sounds like a motorcycle revving up, a groan, a trash truck in a distance .all alternatives. We were aware since we had a few cool days and were inside much more than usual. Craig attentive when we had any issues.

Beautiful and clean home. Just as pictured. I did not want to leave. My kids had a blast in the pool and game room. The free resort was definitely a huge plus. The host Dennis was amazing as well and very quick with responses.

Richard was a great host always available and responsive to any questions. Home is peaceful and had everything need for our party. Gated community so felt safe and secure . Would recommend to anyone., for price and location.
