Holiday rentals with a patio in Poinciana

This is an peaceful, thoughtfully designed, private, quiet top floor condo unit. The grounds of the property are stunning, adding to the relaxing feel. High-end appliances, tasteful lighting and decor, a soaking tub in the bedroom, and high ceilings create an airy, open space with gorgeous views of the water fountain, golf course, and colorful mansions in the distance. Filtered water from the fridge is ideal for guests who dislike the taste of Florida water. It was a pleasure to meander through the resort’s million dollar houses. The apartment feels like a luxury hotel suite, but has some hotel-like drawbacks. No laundry in-unit, no closet space just an Amazon basics portable rack in the open. There is also no patio furniture as pictured but balconies are rather narrow and best for standing anyways. There's room for improvement but overall a good stay at a discounted rate.

Host is great and so understanding ! Even my broke few things in the home still host provide me reasonable replacements ! Host re clean the one of the room after i requested ! So great to pick this home for our vacation and definitely recommend for any family! I definitely rent this again in next time!

Great location, beautiful view, and felt nice and cozy

This Airbnb was perfect for myself, my adult daughter and her boyfriend. Bedrooms were at opposite ends of the apartment each with a private bathroom. Kitchen was clean and roomy. Location was close to the parks and any store or restaurant you could need. The area was quiet and felt safe. The only negative I have is that the showerhead in the master bathroom is clogged with calcium deposits. Having said that, I would have no reserves about staying here again.

I want to express my gratitude to Jovanni. The house was lovely and cozy. It was spotless, and we had a great time enjoying the pool. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and truly appreciated our stay.

Came for a birthday vacation and I def chose the right place to stay! The airbnb was close to Disney parks and gift shops. The home was just like the photos, everything was clean and beautiful 😊 The pool was so refreshing and clean, plus had a nice view of the pond. We even decided to stay an extra day, Dinara was super accommodating. I definitely recommend!

This place was AMAZING!!! Miguel and his wife were incredible communicators and so incredibly flexible! They gave us a little longer to checkout and answered all of our questions. The beds were incredible in all 3 rooms, the backyard was so perfect for our dogs, and all the smart tvs were awesome when we were ready to chill out after visiting the parks! It only took us maybe 20 minutes to get to all things Disney like Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Disney Springs and more. It was a quiet neighborhood and we loved it. We will DEFINITELY be staying with them again and will probably be the ONLY ones we stay with when coming to the Orlando area. I hope all the future guests enjoy this home as much as we did! Jennifer’s place was AMAZING!! The house was stunning, super clean. The pool was amazing the kiddos loved it. The entire outside was awesome and we grilled out and were all able to sit around the patio table. Each room having its own bathroom which helped getting ready was a huge plus. Close to Legoland and plenty of shopping close. The pool table and ping pong table in the garage was so nice, we used it a lot! Don’t hesitate to book Jennifer’s place you will not be disappointed, I promise!!!

I was very well pleased with the stay. The pool was nice and warm. The surrounding was peaceful and quiet. I really would love to come back again. Also, the cleanness of the house was excellent.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Kissimmee! The home was clean, spacious, and located in a very quiet, peaceful neighborhood, perfect for a relaxing getaway. We especially enjoyed the amenities, including the private pool and hot tub, which were well-maintained and a great way to unwind after a day of exploring. Everything was just as described, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. The security guards were extremly friendly and helpful. Also, the host was welcoming and responsive. Highly recommend!

I had a very pleasant stay here. The house was well accommodated. The dock is very peaceful. I did a little fishing right from the seawall. Great place to bring a family.

Place was fairly clean. Loved the patio, was very peaceful in the mornings. Kitchen had basic tools. Loved the location. As mentioned it was the ideal spot for shopping for essentials-Publix, target. Was in Orlando for Stray Kids concert and location for venue was not too far away, about 30 minutes.

Create apartment clean, organize recommend secure your place no complaints make your reservation. Don’t think about it. You gonna like it.

I LOVED THE EXPERIENCE!

The accommodation is as described and even better. With easy access to the highway directly to Universal and Disney. The check-in instructions were also very clear, making the check-in process easy. It was sparkling when we entered and had everything you needed to cook and feel at home. It is spacious and ideal for 5 people Ellis was very responsive to our questions and always answered immediately. We would definitely choose it again to return! Thank you!!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described - clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Omar and Lucy were incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a smooth stay. The location was perfect, close to great restaurants, shops, and public transport. I especially appreciated the small touches like fresh towels, a well-stocked kitchen, and fast Wi-Fi. I would definitely book this place again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
