The apartment is on the fourth floor, no elevator. A window overlooks a park across the street. No problem with parking. The space is small (ca. 25 sqm), but there is everything you need. Comfortable for three people (sofa bed plus reclining armchair). Everywhere nearby (e.g. about 2 km to the sports complex - pool, ice rink). A good place for shorter and longer stays. Recommended!

We had the most wonderful stay in Lukasz's apartment. We were 4 adults and 2 children, 3 generations, and were really surprised how much space there was for everyone. We stayed 3 weeks and felt at home. So close to town and everything we needed. We had a car but walked to most places on foot. Such a lovely location. Lukasz was really responsive with communication. We hope to be back.

Contact with Ms. Aleksandra was very good. The instructions were clear, and in case of any doubt, we received contact numbers to improve communication. There were no problems during the stay, and even if it occurred, we were assured that we would not be left without help. The neighborhood of the cottage was wonderful, very quiet, and the distance to the attractions described in the guidebook was not scary. We really like the trip and hope to visit this place again, because both the neighborhood and the cottage are full of charm.
