The house is very nice with a great lake view. Spacious and clean, with a beautiful garden and pool. Location is very quiet and you need to drive to the more touristy places in Como but we definitely liked that!

We enjoy every minute we stay at Martas place. It was such a needed escape from the busy touristy like places around Como. The pool on the premise was just a dream for my kids, the view is uncanny. Thanks Marta for this lovely stay. We will be back !

First of all the location is amazing, the property was great, swimming pool and view was unreal, looking over the whole lake and all mountains. Fabio and Marta were such amazing hosts went out their way to help us get to the air bnb location, provided us with any need outside of regular requests, answered the calls and texts at all times and were super friendly and helpful from the beginning till the end, Thank you for making this an amazing visit we will make sure to come back. Beautiful surroundings and well-worth the walk into town (there’s a very easy/safe path from this property into town - just expect to get some good exercise walking back up).

We had a wonderful stay at Elena’s place in Lake Como! The view was absolutely breathtaking – even better than we expected – and the peaceful location made it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The neighborhood felt very safe, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. The home was exactly as pictured: clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared. Everything we needed was there, and Elena was incredibly responsive and helpful any time we had a question. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in one of the most beautiful parts of Italy. We can’t wait to come back!

This home was honestly such a dream! The host was easy to work with and provided a very helpful video for check in. The parking lot/suitable drop off point for a driver is a bit of a distance from the house, on a cobblestone walkway with stairs along the way. It was a lot of work to get my luggage to the house but SO WORTH IT! It’s absolutely gorgeous and as pictured. The outdoor areas are all stunning and lush - I loved sitting outside for coffee, breakfast, and watching the sunset in the evenings (but bring bug spray)! It rained most of my stay so I didn’t use the jacuzzi or outdoor shower much, but they were functional (I checked) and looked lovely. The ferry station and bus stops are about a 5 min walk away and a local market around 3 minutes away. The couple that owns the store was so sweet! I walked to 3 different restaurants nearby for dinner. They were within 3-15 minutes walking distance and wonderful food! This will absolutely be my first choice for a future Lake Como stay!

Wonderful apartment in Colonno!! I recommend renting a car since it is far from downtown Como and the bus only runs on the weekend, but the view is worth it! Our local contact Cinzia was extremely helpful, friendly and provided lots of great local recommendations. We would definitely stay here again.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Sweet Escape. Innocenta and Fabio were very generous and hospitable. They picked us up from the bus station and gave us local recommendations. The place is clean and the AC works well in the bedroom. The location is incredible and you really can’t beat the views for the price. Varenna is a beautiful city, Innocenta and Fabio make it feel like home. Hopefully we will be back!

We booked Ugo's home for one reason.... the view. It did not disappoint. We drank our morning coffees and ate our meals on the balcony. We actually went to a restaurant with an amazing view, but after we left, we stated we should have just cooked and ate outside the house since it is so private. Ugo provided coffee, which was highly appreciated! We bought the wrong coffee at store. The fruit platter was amazing and ate at every meal. Oh, I made orange juice and was delicious! We were given directions to free parking in bellagio. Plus, we got a flat tire and Ugo helped direct is where to repair it. Overall, go for the view amd don't leave the house! Unless you want to walk to town to get coffee, fresh meats, and gelato but go directly back!

We had the best time at the lake house! Everything was great and we loved swimming in the lake right after waking up or just whenever we felt like it! Maria is super nice and quickly responded to our messages.

The house was absolutely stunning, even better than the pictures!! The view is breathtaking and we couldn’t get enough. Maria and her husband are extremely welcoming and very communicative, the perfect hosts!! We felt right at home and didn’t want to leave. The house comes with all amenities and a huge beautiful garden. We will definitely be back! :)

Absolutely stunning place! One of those rare cases when the place is even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. Every detail is charming, and we especially loved the honey made by Gloria’s family. The authenticity of the house and its surroundings is perfectly balanced with comfort — you feel both inspired and at home. Palanzo isn’t the easiest place to reach without a car, but Gloria helped us arrange a transfer and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay.

All very good, communication was good and the stay was wonderful, very nice views and nice house. I recommend it :)

Naomi's cottage in the forest is a dream! Equipped with everything you need, even to cook yourself, and beautifully located. Naomi was super sweet and even provided us with a small welcome gift! All in all, a wonderful place to Relax, explore Lugano and its surroundings or the surrounding mountains! I'm sure we'll be back!

Amazing place! Fausta was extremely helpful, told us everything we wanted to know. Prepared lovely decorations and cookies for us as it was our anniversary during our stay.

It was a very nice place with a beautiful view from the living room and 1st bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped/clean and there were all kinds of crockery, glassware, pans and cutlery, etc. The furniture was also clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and modern including a nice rain shower. The cot was a little on the low side for our 1.5-year-old daughter. Beds were clean and were fine! Also the 2nd bedroom on the ground floor had a nice bed and a clean bathroom. There is also an exit that lets you immediately end up in an old street. Then it's just 2 streets walking out and you're at the lake! The only downside was the lack of air conditioning with sleeping, especially since it was 30 degrees with us all week. Contact with Gabriele was fast and pleasant. We had power outages a few times, but he could be reached right away with advice. The area was also nice and quiet, with a small shop just next door and a few good restaurants. Top stay!

The most beautiful place🫶🏼 Arrived home after the most beautiful 3 night stay in Radus home and wow is all we could say! The view is really something else and the photos do not do it justice. Radu was extremely responsive to all my enquiry’s leading up to & during our stay and also sent us a lot of recommendations for places to eat and visit. After reading a few reviews about the walk from menaggio to the villa we can clarify you most definitely need a car if you don’t want cpr at the top🤣 Transport usually stops around 5/6pm for the buses, taxis and we found even ferry’s meaning it was a lot walking back to the villa especially after eating. In the day there is a bus stop about 5 minutes away making it super easy to get up and down. The accommodation itself was superb and was very well equipped, even with refreshments on arrival which was a nice touch. Overall our stay was more than we could of imagined and would stay again…with a car this time🤣

Anna’s place was wonderful for our family - we felt super comfortable and at home. We loved the view from each of the balconies, where we watched fireworks almost nightly. The kids loved playing in the yard and watching deer munch on grass in the yard at times. Anna went above and beyond for both us adults and the kids with little gifts upon arrival, which made us feel super welcome. The location was also perfect for a base to explore the region and access to restaurants was very convenient. We would definitely return and highly recommend Anna’s place for anyone looking for a place in the Como area. Thanks again Anna for your hospitality!

We had a wonderful staying and absolutely dog friendly to. Waterfalls and natural swimming pools on 10 minutes walk from the house. It was amazing. Only the walk from the car with the stuff was not easy in the beginning, but for the stay itself was very good! The lookout from the apartment was breathtaking! Very romantic.

We had a very nice time in Kathryn's apartment. The apartment is well equipped for cooking and also otherwise furnished in such a way that we felt very comfortable. You have a very nice view of Lake Como and a beautiful terrace. The apartment is located above the village, which is well connected by bus, the bus takes only about 5-10 minutes to Menaggio. In the village, there are several very good shops (fruit and vegetables, small supermarket and butcher). There are also 2 good restaurants. The place was not crowded like other places on Lake Como. We enjoyed it very much.

Amazing apartment with fantastic hosts. Incredible views. Well appointed kitchen. Comfy beds. Peaceful and quiet. And did I mention the views!!? Simply brilliant.

What a beautiful spot this is. Lenno is the perfect place to stay if you’d prefer to be away from the busy touristy area, whilst still having good transport links to the other towns on the lake. There is a lido across the bay where you can swim in the lake (I forget the name), il Golfo restaurant is great for some lovely food, and we had a nice walk along the greenway route to tremezzo. The apartment itself is beautiful, with everything you need to have a homely stay. It’s clean, plenty of areas to relax and an amazing outdoor shower!! We would come back to the place in a heartbeat, and hope to as soon as possible!! Thank you so much Leo!
