Apartment holiday rentals in Plesio

This is the second time we've lived in this wonderful apartment. It is a masterpiece in the true sense of the word and is located in the hidden gem of Lake Como in the village of Riuzzenko It's a perfect match to the pictures. The historic village is very quiet and you do not hear the noise of cars because they pass through the tunnel The view is the most amazing ever. We enjoy sitting at the window every day and having breakfast or drinking coffee There's a small beach down there. There is also a wonderful hidden beach nearby There is a small grocery store upstairs with all the basic needs and you will find some local cheeses Alessandro was wonderful, understanding and responsive and gave us useful tips We will definitely always return to where there is beauty, relaxation and tranquility Thank you Alessandro

We had a very nice stay in Claudio's apartment. The communication beforehand was clear and well-organized. Claudio sent clear instructions and useful videos, making it very easy to find the location and enter the apartment. The apartment itself was neat, clean and had plenty of space for two people. The location is really perfect – you can go anywhere and are close to everything. We would definitely recommend this stay and would love to come back. Thank you, Claudio!

Very good value for the price! Really nice and clean, all essentail kitchen equipment is there. The view from the room is beautiful and peaceful, right at the lake. Perfect for taking walks with a doggy. The restaurant right next door is really good and stores are 2 minutes away with the car. Very good sound insulation, the building is next to a busy road but you cant hear anything from that or from the neighbors. EV charging in the area is fairly limited but not impossible. Checking in is seemless with the keycard in a lock-box. I can only recommend it!

Paola and Silva are amazing hosts! We felt very welcomed from the moment we arrived until the end of our stay. They were incredibly attentive and friendly. On our first evening, Paola prepared a delicious dinner using local products, we only wish we could have tried more! Silva also brought us fresh lemons from their garden. The apartment is cozy and looks even better than in the pictures. You can enjoy beautiful lake views from every room, and of course from the huge terrace. There's private parking available in the yard, and the area is generally quiet, with only an occasional car passing by. It’s about a 15–20 minute walk down to the town. Also, a very smart and beautiful red cat lives on the premises. We can definitely recommend this place and would love to come back again. Thank you very much, Paola and Silva! The place itself is very comfortable and had everything you need. The view of lake Como is stunning and location was great. Easy walk to shops, bus and ferry station. Denis is very proactive and helped us with finding another accommodation due a mix up of dates on our behalf. Would highly recommend to stay at this lovely apartment.

Easily the best Air BnB experience I have ever had. Rosa Katherine is tremendously kind and a true super-host. My wife and I eloped in Bellagio during our time here and Rosa made sure we had all of the necessary accommodations. The place is peaceful and luxurious with breathtaking views better than the pictures. You will definitely want a vehicle - we rented a Vespa from Roberto at Varenna Vespa Rent. It was simple and allowed us to wisp in and out of all the little lake towns and ride into the mountains a bit. The bed is super comfortable and the AC worked great, we had very high temps one day and it kept up fantastically. On top of being an incredible host - Rosa Katherine was genuinely eager to make sure that we were always taken care of with a deep level of hospitality.

Very satisfied. Beatrice is available and friendly and discreet. In this small mountain village, tranquility and fresh air are beneficial. Restaurant and grocery store close by.

What a wonderful apartment. The pictures do not do it justice. The views of the lake, its close proximity to the town centre, Stefeno as a host made this one of our most memorable and enjoyable stays! Stefeno met us at the dock when we arrived and even met us for coffee when we left. Truely a Super Host

Great view nice place and Camillo perfect!

Truly spectacular - one of the best views I've enjoyed from any accommodation ever. The home inside was also perfect for a short term stay for two people - super cozy and very clean. Communications from the hosts before and during our stay were great. The home is a little bit further outside of the city then we realized when looking at the map (~15 minute drive up the hill) so take advantage of the restaurant recommendations nearby! Agriturismo Zertin was fantastic

It was a great choice to stay - not only Alessia is a great host - but also the place is perfect if you want to enjoy peaceful time and have walkable access to the centre. Please feels like home due to carefully selected amenities and materials used. Alessia is going an extra mile in being a host - she helps with arrival and departure, gives local tips that one would not know otherwise! Beautiful view on Pescallo bay, delicious fruits just next door! This was a perfect weekend gateway - thank you Alessia!

Beautifully designed apartment in a dream location

We had a fantastic time and can highly recommend this AirBnB! It is sparkling clean, it smells fresh, overall everything is even brighter and fresher than in the photos, lovingly and very high-quality furnished (everything made of real wood), a few basics are available in the kitchen and bathroom and Alessandra and her family are very friendly, easily accessible and helpful. Because Alessandra realized that it was my birthday during my stay, there was even a small gift. We can't complain about anything - and thank you very much for the hospitality!

Franceso was an absolute incredible host. He was extremely helpful, quick to respond, and provided lots of tip/tricks/recommendations for traveling around and enjoying Lake Como. The place was super nice and modern with all the amenities listed (for anyone worried about AC, it worked quickly and was more than enough to cool it). Outside, the view was absolutely stunning and it was so peaceful and quiet at night (it is a very quiet area in general which was a plus...absolutely no tourist noise or traffic). With it being in a quiet area, I do have to prewarn it is up on a hillside that requires walking up steep hills and some staircases (when arriving, you will definitely want to have some way of being dropped off at the door if you have large, heavy baggage), but it is worth the climb. :) All in all, I couldn't recommend this place enough for anyone, especially couples, who want a beautiful, quiet place to stay and enjoy on Lake Como.

This family stay went extremely well; we enjoyed Luca's accommodation, which perfectly matched the description. The charm asset: the spa and the jacuzzi with a breathtaking view of the lake 😍 A big thank you to the co-hosts Andrea and Carla for their kindness and responsiveness in the exchanges before, during and after our stay. I would recommend it in a second!

You can’t beat Life in the skyline of Milan with the incredible Milan Central Station as a backdrop.

Super helpful and clear communication. The Airbnb is exactly as shown, beautiful view from the balcony. Location is secluded however and hard to reach places unless you have hired a car. So just a tip for future visitors- hire a car :)

Best accommodation in our entire Italy trip. The place was tastefully decorated and Dana obviously took pride in hosting! Her hospitality went above and beyond and the place was very comfortable. Quiet and great place, the apartment was as described in the advertisement. We were 6 adults who had a great week in the apartment with great views. We rented bikes from @Bike it! Bellagio, very good service here too. Nice to cycle to experience new places, the ferry from Bellagio went to both sides of the lake and was easily accessible 😊

The home was very welcoming, clean, and beautifully rustic. The house is in a quiet location with a lovely view of the lake, and the directions we were given allowed to get there with no problem. Also, we were greeted by fresh eggs, juice, sweets, sparkling wine and other gifts at the place, which is very nice and commendable. Any recommendations for this place if you want a quiet and enjoyable vacation, we felt right at home.
