Our stay was wonderful and the location can’t be beat. Sabine was friendly and proactive every step of the way. We loved being right on the water and the section of the beach wasn’t too crowded even on Memorial Day Weekend. Would highly recommend staying here. Sabine is a great host!

This beach house was the perfect pick for our parents’ anniversary celebration! The location was fantastic, just an eight-minute walk to the beach, though we drove and found parking in about three minutes—so convenient! The place was sparkling clean, beautifully decorated with stunning modern renovations, and matched the pictures and description perfectly. It had absolutely everything we could possibly need for an incredible beach getaway, including beach towels and a beach wagon for us to use, plus a fully equipped kitchen for cooking special meals, and we loved using the grill and relaxing in the hot tub. The host was incredibly responsive, answering every question in a flash, making our stay seamless. The thoughtful touches, like clear check-in and check-out instructions, made us feel so welcome. Our experience was beyond amazing with zero complaints, and we’re already eager to book again! We’ll be raving about this gem to everyone!

The host was very responsive and the place was great all around. Views are amazing, parking is out front of the unit. This spot is one of the best for the price and worked well for three people for two nights. I will definitely stay here again when I am back in town.

Daniel was great! Answered all my questions and was super quick with his responses. The house was immaculate I almost felt bad touching stuff. I really enjoyed my stay and I am impressed with the cleanliness of the home! Would definitely stay again!

We rented Steve's place to attend our granddaughters graduation.The location was very convenient with plenty to do within walking distance. Plenty of street parking but also a private spot in the back of the house. We didn't do any cooking but the apartment was well equipped if you wanted to cook small meals. There are 2 air conditioners which made the apartment very comfortable. Plenty of hot water with great pressure for 2 people. My only suggestion is to add a book with suggestions for things to do and places to eat. I'm very familiar with Wilmington but for newcomers, there's a lot to see and do that only locals can recommend. Great breweries, restaurants...even the Harris Teeter has a wine bar with music! Buy a bottle of wine, cheese, italian meats and crackers and enjoy the relaxing porch at sunset!

My family and I enjoyed our weekend at Skipper’s place. It was a nice area in a wonderful friendly neighborhood. The walk to the beach wasn’t very long and the place had all the amenities you could need. Would recommend to a couple staying in the area!

Cute , quiet beachy apartment, 2 blocks from the beach, restaurants and lots of stuff to do. The golf cart was the greatest amenity. Host was friendly, responsive and helpful. VERY WORTH IT ! Would totally stay again.

This place was beautiful and the right size for the 3 of us. We came from a little over 3 hours away and checked in very late. The check in process was extremely easy. We did not need to contact the host for anything because everything was there that we needed.

We had a great stay. The house was very clean and cozy. Good restaurants and coffee shops near by with easy access to the beach. We would stay again!

Vanesa is a wonderful host! Her place is beautiful, wonderfully maintained and decorated, and perfectly located. The pictures are accurate. You are staying in a spacious, comfortable, lovingly cared for apartment. We had the perfect view of the boardwalk and ocean. We were lucky to hear the live concert from our patio and see the fireworks display…how lucky are we?! The building feels safe and is also well kept. A beautifully decorated condo that’s more spacious than the pictures and a quiet spot with ocean views . We enjoyed sitting on the patio for afternoon cocktails listening to the waves this week. Chad is an excellent host and we appreciated ALL the extra thoughtful touches and the local suggestions. Perfect for a couple looking to get away to relax. We would stay here again!

Beautiful view of ICW and ocean from your own personal deck! The deck furniture got an upgrade and are two Adirondack high chairs (comfy!) but no table. Only a mile away from the downtown area of Carolina beach, perfect if you love a little bike ride to get to breakfast or dinner. About 20-30 min to downtown Wilmington. Very short walk to the beach, easy to pop back for lunch or the bathroom. Host gave excellent recommendations for local events and restaurants. Provided ample soaps, towels, and detergent. AC worked great and they had an extra fan for the bedroom with darkening blinds. Recommendations for other guests: If you plan to cook know that the kitchen has VERY BASIC kitchen tools/supplies. Beach chairs were Tommy bahama (woo!) but umbrella was broken and other guests haven’t taken good care of other supplies. Bed has a memory foam topper and I’d suggest bringing your own pillow, they have super thick or super thin.

The view was beautiful and Kristen was a great host. My husband had a kidney stone attack the day before we left and she was willing to work with us if we had to stay another night but he felt well enough to leave the next day as he had a doctor‘s appointment scheduled the next day. The view was spectacular!!

Outstanding weekend getaway for 4 adults plus an infant. Beautiful just sitting on the lanai watching the waves roll in, walking the adjacent boardwalk to the beach or walking to restaurants just a couple blocks away. We’ll be back!

Lovely condo! Perfect size for my husband and I and the amenities provided were perfect. Check-in and check-out were easy and the private pool/beach access was awesome. Tony messaged me when they were unable to message through Airbnb to make sure I had everything I need!!

This location and property is fantastic! Ryan has many more nice amenities than listed in the description. The back deck is awesome - my favorite place of the week (except for the beach). Coffee and watching the sunrise on the deck each morning was so nice!
