Excellent location, the apartment is impeccable, the building is very safe, clean, and the privacy of the place is excellent.

The condo was just as described and very comfortable and well-appointed. The location was great, as long as you are looking to be in the middle of the Jaco scene. There were times when loud music from the beach disturbed the peace of enjoying the ocean view, but that is just the nature of the spot. Overall, we were very pleased and enjoyed our stay tremendously. Karina was very nice and the people at the front desk of the building were also helpful.

The accommodation exceeded our expectations. It was spotlessly clean, something we greatly value and the space was very well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Nia was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.

Great place to stay!

The place is comfortable and you have everything you need to spend time as a family, the only inconvenience is in the evenings, the apartment is located near the elevator and it is common to hear the noise of people talking or walking, this is heard from the main room, also when the lights in the corridor were turned on that little amount of light entered the main room, they are not great negative things but if they can be improved. Outside of that the place is excellent for the location by the pool, the ease of everything.

Great place to stay. Matthew and Lauren were very quick/flawless with response times. The place was clean, had complimentary items as well, which the stay even more comfortable. This was an amazing condo; every room had a partial view of the ocean. The staff at the condo complex were courteous and always helpful. It was a good location, away from noisy bars, but within (long) walking distance or a short drive to all the Jaco bars and restaurants. Laura had some restaurant suggestions which were excellent. We’ve stayed in dozens of condos over the years; this was the best or close.

Great stay at the condo, exactly as described and the host was very responsive and flexible when it came to an earlier check in and stowing our bags for a few hours after checkout. I'd come back and stay here again if I visited the area again

Caroline is a first-class host! She's responsive, an excellent communicator, and made us feel cared for throughout our stay. Her place is beautiful, comfortable, and well-appointed, with many luxurious touches not commonly found in AirBNBs. The condo is in a lovely, guard-gated development and very private. Check-in was flexible and easy, and she provided a comprehensive booklet about the condo and area, including contact data, activities, shopping, dining recommendations, spa treatments, etc. The condo includes Los Suenos Beach Club access, which is outstanding and across the street from the development. There is also a private pool right behind the condo. In addition to being a great place to stay, Caroline made our vacation extra special by providing personal touches like special towels for make-up removal, helpful notes, gourmet coffee, Turkish beach towels, etc. In short, our stay was outstanding! A solid five stars, and I highly recommend Caroline's place to all!

Norman’s place is amazing and he was very communicative and helpful! Would definitely recommend to go there and I would love to go back.

Randall was the perfect host. We requested early check in because of an engagement we needed to attend early in the day and he worked with us. We would highly recommend his home. Perfect experience for the first time at Costa Rica.

Very nice condo! decoration of the apartment was very appealing. Everything was super comfortable specially if you’re traveling with kids,…we would have liked to stay longer! Thank you very much especially for answering all of our questions within minutes!

We loved our stay at Susana's place. The accommodation is super beautiful with a splendid view of the beach. We had all the necessary equipment. Beautiful terrace for our meals. The site was quiet, with a beautiful large beach. We took some nice big steps. The water from the sea and the pools were warm and we enjoyed it very much. Finally Susana answered any questions we had. If you are without transportation the bus system is more or less reliable. It's hard to know what time the bus passes. However, there is a bus stop right in front of the site. Thanks for everything.

Beautiful & CLEAN condo with a path walking distance to beach! Had a small hiccup at check in however it was quickly addressed. The host was EXTREMELY responsive and super nice! I left some items in the room and she quickly notified me being honest and having integrity as some hosts may not be. I would DEFINITELY come back to stay if you are coming to Jaco! Great pool and amenities for working individuals like myself!

Beautiful place to escape from the city! Has everything you need!

We had an amazing time! The house is very equipped, everything is very nice and clean, it is the same as it appears in the photos. The house is decorated very nice, with very good maintenance, the air conditioners work very well. The air conditioner in the Sala is a big plus. The beds are very comfortable and clean. We will return because it seemed like a very well conditioned place, good location and we loved the private pool. Thank you! 😊

We booked Pura Villa to celebrate my sister’s birthday. We were 5 adults, 2 children and our dogs. Firstly, I’d like to thank the host for being pet friendly. It’s often difficult to find pet sitters where I live so without the pet friendly option it would be nearly impossible for me to travel. THANK YOU. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay; my nephews had a blast in the pool and checking out the beach nearby. I’d book them again for sure.

Very clean, modern, completely private and secure new home. The property has a lot of rules, but the rules are what maintains its quality for the next guest. There were no surprises at this home. The outdoor living space is probably more comfortable than indoors. The water in the pool was warm and inviting. It’s close to the beach and many shops and restaurants but is in a very quiet, residential setting. The entrance and security is only 100 meters or so from the property, but I didn’t hear any traffic while I was in the home. Ekaterina’s check-in and communication was outstanding. There were no negatives associated with the house, and I would give it more than 5 stars if I could.

Fabricio was extremely friendly and responsive from the start, answering all questions we had, even on Sunday morning! We had an amazing time and the house was beautifully decorated and had everything one could possibly need, even an EV charger which was situated right where you park your car - something that stood out by far. Beaches and restaurants all short driving distance. Next trip to Herradura will have to be at Casa Moa!

She made sure I had everything I needed and went above and beyond to ensure my family and I were not alone and also made us feel comfortable. The space is modern, clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The amenities here are so amazing and worth it. I would definitely recommend Kattia for all travel accommodations and needs.
