The stay for 2 nights at Laura's house was great as I was looking for a quiet place of easy access and close to commercial establishments the place was the same as it looked in the photos and instructions very well explained in addition near the beach . So I recommend this place

Casa Baru is a beautiful home and a perfect location for accessing the beach and many great restaurants. When we walked in the door my kids said, “This looks like a celebrity’s house!”. The outdoor space is beautiful and serene and indoors is spacious and comfortable. Juan was super responsive to any questions we had and he had great local recommendations for restaurants. I highly recommend this beautiful home and Juan as a host!

We have been going to Punta Leona for 10 years consistently… always staying in hotel…. But this time we wanted something a bit more private and chose to stay at our favorite beach Playa Blanca and this close by airbnb. We got everything we were looking for! Privacy, beauty, comfort and care. All the hosts were so kind and attentive and welcomed us with fruit and coffee for our stay. The apartment was so great that we even took the time to look at other units for a next time with more people. Thank you! Thank you for allowing us to share in your space and take a deep breath. It was beautiful and relaxing. The access to Playa Blanca is wonderful. Yes there is a long long staircase down and we preferred the street to come back up. The pool was refreshing and despite the construction of the bathrooms there we had a great time and were grateful for the Punta Leona hotel bracelets to give us access to the restaurants at night. We’ll be back for sure.

My brothers and I went with my parents to celebrate their 80th birthday. The place made a difference. My parents felt very relaxed. We spent a few spectacular days and Don Alberto's service made a difference. The place was impeccable, we had a spectacular time. 100% recommended

Beautiful accommodations, gorgeous view! Lovely adjoining beach you can reach by steps directly from condo. Abundant wildlife, even viewed many red macaw directly from balcony! Great experience & great host, would recommend!

We had an amazing stay at Sergio’s place! The house was perfect for our family — spacious, comfortable, and with a breathtaking view that honestly felt like a hidden gem. So many people came by the area just to take pictures, and we ended up having our own little photo session with over 100 shots — it was a blast! The minipool/jacuzzi quickly became our favorite hangout spot to cool off after a day at the beach. The bedrooms were roomy and well-equipped with A/C, which made for great nights of sleep. The kitchen had everything we needed (minus an ice cream scoop!), and the large fridge was super convenient for our groceries. Sergio was an exceptional host — responsive, kind, and on top of everything. The wristbands for the beach and club were a great bonus, and we really enjoyed having access to those amenities. Everything was well-coordinated and hassle-free. My family is already talking about when we can come back. Highly recommend Sergio’s place!

I was driving south and needed a place to stay last minute and Josep responded within 1 minute with my question which was great. We were traveling with two cars and there was no issue with parking. I think the listing says 1 car space available but there was room for two which was what we needed. Thank you.

Absolutely perfect—like stepping into the pages of a nature magazine. Nestled near the forest beside the stunning ocean, it offers the best of both worlds: peaceful seclusion and all the modern comforts you need. Everything is conveniently close by, yet the tranquility makes it feel worlds away. The silence is incredibly soothing. The dogs on the property are so sweet and comforting—they really helped with how much I was missing mine back home. 10/10, I would definitely book again!

The place has a spectacular view, and the apartment is very nice, clean and tidy, equipped with everything you need. Chris was very kind, responded quickly to any questions and was aware of everything.

We had an amazing time. This home is beautiful, just like the photos, but even better in person. The most beautiful view. Recommend getting a rental car from the airport if you want to get around to other areas. Jaco beach was very fun to visit! For another amazing view and very good lunch menu—Hotel Villa Caletas.

These hosts went ABOVE and BEYOND! We accidentally left our passports in the hotel safe in San Jose. When Melissa found out, she offered to coordinate with her relative to pick it up and bring it to Jacó. It was such a lifesaver. She even dropped them off at the restaurant where we were eating at the time. The accommodations were clean and beautiful. The balcony with an ocean view and the sounds of waves crashing was incredible. The pool was fabulous. A woman named Raquel came out to the pool to bring food and drinks that you could order from her café, just around the corner. It was absolutely amazing. The best vacation with my bestie!

Everything was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as pictured (if not better). That view in photos is a must see in person because WOW!! The host Yuri went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome—super responsive, friendly, and thoughtful with all the little touches that made a big difference. The location was ideal—quiet, safe, and close to everything I needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a dream. Every detail, from the well-stocked kitchen to the cozy living area, and laundry room set up showed real care and quality. I honestly didn’t want to leave and would return in a heartbeat. We enjoyed this condo very much, especially the proximity to the beautiful pool! Being on the first floor was perfect so we could easily go in and out. Sitting on the patio every morning drinking coffee and listening to the waves was wonderful. This was our first trip to Costa Rica and Jacó was a good location in terms of proximity to the airport and activities that we wanted to experience. I hope we can come back and visit this beautiful place again!
