The place is superb! I loved how easy access was, the house was spotless, and we loved the different spaces. I went as a family and liked that they had some things to play, my son and I took advantage of the space to play tennis and soccer in the green area next to the pool. Communication was excellent and my questions were always answered. Excellent host, super recommended!

Marcel and his dad was extremely helpful! The house was beautiful and being next to the main strip of jaco beach without the hassle was amazing. Would recommend again and again! I will definitely always stay here when returning to Costa Rica

We had a great time last week. This condo was fabulous. The views, location and privacy was outstanding, the beds were comfortable, and Roberto was prompt in getting back with us for any of our questions/requests. I highly recommend this spot. My husband and I come to Los Sueños a couple times a year first time staying at this particular condo, but I would come back. You won’t be disappointed!

Valeria place is exactly what we needed for our vacation. After spending a few busy days at la fortuna we just wanted to relax at the beach or pool and this place hit the spot. the instructions were very clear on how to get to the property. Valeria gave me clear instructions and mentioned the or code needed to get inside and the bracelets situation and I didn't think much of it until we got there. The reason for all of this is that this place is super secure. everyone that is there either lives or rents there. Everyone that works at the beach club take excellent care of the property. we were so happy to be at the 11th floor so we got to see some monkeys and macaws too. also the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. we mainly used the electric skillet. but I noticed there was a griddle, waffle maker, pots, bowls, coffee maker etc. thank you Valeria, your place was a key element of our memorable vacation.

This place is absolutely beautiful! Wake up to the sound of the ocean every morning and go to bed with it every night. Pictures do justice and in a place where it’s a local feel, we were right at home and felt very safe at this place. It’s walkable to everything and everyone was so kind. Jean was incredibly responsive no matter what! The gym and amenities were a plus as well! Book here when wanting the best of jaco!

Title: A Perfect Coastal Getaway! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at this Costa Rican beach Airbnb was truly delightful! The property was incredibly cozy and clean, making it feel like a home away from home. The ocean view was absolutely stunning, providing a beautiful backdrop for our family vacation. The pools were definitely a highlight for us (and bunk bed); our kid spent hours having fun and splashing around. Being on the top floor added to the experience, as we enjoyed a bit more privacy and an unobstructed view of the sunset each evening. Our host was very helpful and responsive, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

Our stay at Damien’s place was perfect for our family. The place was clean, in a great location (walkable to many restaurants, the beach, stores, etc) and access to the pool was perfect for us and our 3 year old. Damien was an incredible host and went above and beyond to make our stay easy. He helped us with local tours, recommendations, and set us up with items for our daughter specially. The kind of host you wish for every time! Would absolutely stay again and would highly recommend to anyone!

A condominium equipped to make a stay with all the amenities, very close to all the commerce of Jacó and its beach, however with the tranquility we need families. The TVs do not have cable so you need platforms, very used currently. The elevators work very well but they had a protector that increased the heat in it should be removed or look for ventilation mechanisms inside.

Michaels place is a great spot for people with families. There was a lot of space in the apartment and it’s on the first floor. The space itself was nice and clean the kitchen area was very nice space to make a meal. The grounds of the complex were very nice with a playground and a large pool. Only about a 5 minute walk to the beach.

Caroline is a first-class host! She's responsive, an excellent communicator, and made us feel cared for throughout our stay. Her place is beautiful, comfortable, and well-appointed, with many luxurious touches not commonly found in AirBNBs. The condo is in a lovely, guard-gated development and very private. Check-in was flexible and easy, and she provided a comprehensive booklet about the condo and area, including contact data, activities, shopping, dining recommendations, spa treatments, etc. The condo includes Los Suenos Beach Club access, which is outstanding and across the street from the development. There is also a private pool right behind the condo. In addition to being a great place to stay, Caroline made our vacation extra special by providing personal touches like special towels for make-up removal, helpful notes, gourmet coffee, Turkish beach towels, etc. In short, our stay was outstanding! A solid five stars, and I highly recommend Caroline's place to all!

Norman’s place is amazing and he was very communicative and helpful! Would definitely recommend to go there and I would love to go back.

This place is new and very nice. It is just as described. The condo was very comfortable and clean and has everything you need. It is right on the main drag and walking to restaurants and shops is very easy. Also, there are always security on site who are very friendly and helpful. This is a great place to stay and I would highly recommend.

Very nice condo! decoration of the apartment was very appealing. Everything was super comfortable specially if you’re traveling with kids,…we would have liked to stay longer! Thank you very much especially for answering all of our questions within minutes!

Excellent place, my family and I were delighted my children are definitely dying to come back, the attention was wonderful,the place was very warm, clean and very well equipped, the service provided by the host Armando was very kind, respectful in general his work is very high quality, I appreciate all the attention and definitely my family and I will return.

Erick’s place was as advertised. Close to the beach, and a short walk from the main strip. Was quiet at night with good curtains and excellent AC so sleeping was extremely comfortable. Erick was very responsive with any questions I had. The building has very good 24/7 security so I always felt safe. Would stay again.

Wow! Is all I can say! This place was 10 out of 10! I have already recommended it to so many friends! The pictures and descriptions were 100% accurate. We were so comfortable! The patio is EVERYTHING! Oh my gosh! It’s huge and comfortable! We had the best time and will be back!

This was our first time in Costa Rica and Jaco was our second stop. We absolutely loved it! The location was perfect, as was the view and it being ocean front was a bonus! We loved the layout of the unit, the pool and it was within walking distance to everything we needed. There was lots of security, which was nice, but when the security guard followed us to the rooftop and stayed the whole time we were there, that may have been a bit much. Parking was easy and all was very beautiful, efficient and we would definitely stay there again! We loved the area, the beaches and lots of different spots to drive and explore!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was spotless and very well-maintained. It was such a treat to be able to take a dip in the pool—perfect for relaxing. The location is great: it’s quiet and peaceful, just outside of town, but still very easy to get into town when needed. Plus, the beach is just a short walk away! Katherine was also fantastic—very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommend!

Melissa’s place has a beautiful view and we love hanging out in Los suenos. Also she is very responsive as we had to troubleshoot Internet due to a provider issue. She stayed with it and brokered communication until they fixed their issue. Much appreciated!

We had a great stay at Omar’s place. Location was perfect for us to get to Jaco and to Manuel Antonio. The pools were nice too. We liked being able to do our laundry.

I was driving south and needed a place to stay last minute and Josep responded within 1 minute with my question which was great. We were traveling with two cars and there was no issue with parking. I think the listing says 1 car space available but there was room for two which was what we needed. Thank you.
