Marcel and his dad was extremely helpful! The house was beautiful and being next to the main strip of jaco beach without the hassle was amazing. Would recommend again and again! I will definitely always stay here when returning to Costa Rica

We had a great time last week. This condo was fabulous. The views, location and privacy was outstanding, the beds were comfortable, and Roberto was prompt in getting back with us for any of our questions/requests. I highly recommend this spot. My husband and I come to Los Sueños a couple times a year first time staying at this particular condo, but I would come back. You won’t be disappointed!

Valeria place is exactly what we needed for our vacation. After spending a few busy days at la fortuna we just wanted to relax at the beach or pool and this place hit the spot. the instructions were very clear on how to get to the property. Valeria gave me clear instructions and mentioned the or code needed to get inside and the bracelets situation and I didn't think much of it until we got there. The reason for all of this is that this place is super secure. everyone that is there either lives or rents there. Everyone that works at the beach club take excellent care of the property. we were so happy to be at the 11th floor so we got to see some monkeys and macaws too. also the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. we mainly used the electric skillet. but I noticed there was a griddle, waffle maker, pots, bowls, coffee maker etc. thank you Valeria, your place was a key element of our memorable vacation.

This place is absolutely beautiful! Wake up to the sound of the ocean every morning and go to bed with it every night. Pictures do justice and in a place where it’s a local feel, we were right at home and felt very safe at this place. It’s walkable to everything and everyone was so kind. Jean was incredibly responsive no matter what! The gym and amenities were a plus as well! Book here when wanting the best of jaco!

This place is new and very nice. It is just as described. The condo was very comfortable and clean and has everything you need. It is right on the main drag and walking to restaurants and shops is very easy. Also, there are always security on site who are very friendly and helpful. This is a great place to stay and I would highly recommend.

Our stay at Damien’s place was perfect for our family. The place was clean, in a great location (walkable to many restaurants, the beach, stores, etc) and access to the pool was perfect for us and our 3 year old. Damien was an incredible host and went above and beyond to make our stay easy. He helped us with local tours, recommendations, and set us up with items for our daughter specially. The kind of host you wish for every time! Would absolutely stay again and would highly recommend to anyone!

A condominium equipped to make a stay with all the amenities, very close to all the commerce of Jacó and its beach, however with the tranquility we need families. The TVs do not have cable so you need platforms, very used currently. The elevators work very well but they had a protector that increased the heat in it should be removed or look for ventilation mechanisms inside.

Michaels place is a great spot for people with families. There was a lot of space in the apartment and it’s on the first floor. The space itself was nice and clean the kitchen area was very nice space to make a meal. The grounds of the complex were very nice with a playground and a large pool. Only about a 5 minute walk to the beach.

We really enjoyed Jeff's place from the start. It was very nice and a great place to relax by the pool. When it was time to go fishing, it could not be more convenient. I hope to comeback next year. Thank you Jeff, you're a great host.

The amenities were excellent, and the atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, making it the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy quality time with family. The condo itself was immaculate, modern, and thoughtfully equipped. Every detail was well taken care of, making our stay both comfortable and convenient. Our host, Flor, was outstanding. Her communication was clear and timely throughout our stay, which made everything even more seamless. I’m definitely looking forward to returning to this amazing place. Highly recommended!

Excellent place, everything was very tidy and clean, communication with Carlos and Catalina was very quick and helpful.

Caroline is a first-class host! She's responsive, an excellent communicator, and made us feel cared for throughout our stay. Her place is beautiful, comfortable, and well-appointed, with many luxurious touches not commonly found in AirBNBs. The condo is in a lovely, guard-gated development and very private. Check-in was flexible and easy, and she provided a comprehensive booklet about the condo and area, including contact data, activities, shopping, dining recommendations, spa treatments, etc. The condo includes Los Suenos Beach Club access, which is outstanding and across the street from the development. There is also a private pool right behind the condo. In addition to being a great place to stay, Caroline made our vacation extra special by providing personal touches like special towels for make-up removal, helpful notes, gourmet coffee, Turkish beach towels, etc. In short, our stay was outstanding! A solid five stars, and I highly recommend Caroline's place to all!

Norman’s place is amazing and he was very communicative and helpful! Would definitely recommend to go there and I would love to go back.

Erick’s place was as advertised. Close to the beach, and a short walk from the main strip. Was quiet at night with good curtains and excellent AC so sleeping was extremely comfortable. Erick was very responsive with any questions I had. The building has very good 24/7 security so I always felt safe. Would stay again.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. We were celebrating a momentous occasion, and the host left a delicious bottle of champagne along with fresh fruit. This was such a special touch and helped to make our stay even that much more enjoyable. The place was clean and looked exactly like the photos. The beach view was the wonderful cherry on top! The host was very responsive to all of my questions and inquiries. I definitely recommend this Airbnb to others, as it was a lovely experience for us. Sending a big thanks to the host!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was spotless and very well-maintained. It was such a treat to be able to take a dip in the pool—perfect for relaxing. The location is great: it’s quiet and peaceful, just outside of town, but still very easy to get into town when needed. Plus, the beach is just a short walk away! Katherine was also fantastic—very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommend!

Melissa’s place has a beautiful view and we love hanging out in Los suenos. Also she is very responsive as we had to troubleshoot Internet due to a provider issue. She stayed with it and brokered communication until they fixed their issue. Much appreciated!

It exceeds expectations. The apartment is IMPECCABLE, it has many details and much more than we need on our vacation. The location is perfect, the terrace overlooks the pool which is quite comfortable. Simply 10!!, nothing to object to. Leny is very attentive, responds immediately and quickly solves your needs. We absolutely loved this airbnb!! The view was incredible and the access to the beach made it so simple to enjoy our time. It’s the perfect location close by to Jaco, Manuel Antonio, and rainmaker, while being in a less touristy/ less crowded area. The entire complex felt incredibly safe, including the beach. There’s many stores nearby for groceries as well! Carrie was also incredibly helpful before and during our stay! Any questions we had, she responded within the hour and truly made this trip even better! Highly recommend!

First of all, congratulating Mary on the excellent attention and respectful treatment she gave us at all times, the place is really beautiful and close to restaurants and supermarkets. The access to the beach is 5 minutes walk, just cross a street and you are enjoying the best sunsets. The place is spotless and provided with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Would definitely visit again!!

Great location in the middle of Los Suenos and ideal for the marina for fishing and also the beach club for relaxing. I would certainly stay there again.
