Holiday rentals with a patio in Playa Langosta

Appartement parfait avec vue imprenable. Notre hôte, David, a été très disponible, à l'écoute et très agréable. Bien situé pour visiter les différentes plages et villages du secteur. Nous recommandons de louer un 4x4 pour éviter le stress des routes du CR et la montée au logement. Pas de souci pour opter pour le chemin proposé par Google de l'aéroport, beaucoup plus court. Nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise d'utiliser la piscine ou autre facilité de la propriété. L'appartement est confortable et très propre. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

Al’s place was nice, in a quiet location as expected with the beach just a minutes walk away. The kitchen was useful. The grounds were great for iguana spotting and one night we saw howler monkeys in the trees! The pool was a little green around the grouting which made me hesitate to go underwater but nonetheless very refreshing. The pool is shared as described, but directly outside the other apartment which at times makes you feel like you’re encroaching on someone else’s area. We were lucky as the other guests were very peaceful too. The place maybe needs a bit of attention in terms of window security, nets, and overall upkeep but the air-con was spot on and bathroom had left over niceties. However, I did always feel safe and not as many mosquitos as I anticipated which was a welcome surprise. Amazing walk along the beach or road with cafes/restaurants to explore. Despite the improvements suggested, the stay was lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our time exploring Tamarindo.

Excellent place to stay if traveling to the Potrero/ Flamingo area! The property grounds and rental unit are beautiful; the pictures are exactly what you get upon arrival! I loved drinking coffee outside in the mornings and watching the monkeys play in the trees! Communication with the host and family was great, and they left a binder full of recommendations for restaurants, beaches, excursions, and more! I look forward to staying at the rental again in the future!

El lugar tal como se describe en la página, muy cerca del centro se puede caminar o ir en carro, el apartamento con todo lo que se requiere, las áreas comunes excelentes con una piscina de agua salada perfecta para refrescarse, lo recomiendo y volveríamos de nuevo.

Great stay!! Nadia was extremely helpful and whenever we had a question she responded quickly !! The apartment was well kept and the pool was definitely an added bonus . She gave great recommendations for food in the area. Close to a lot, everything was walking distance. We enjoyed our stay.

Had a good stay at Lucas' place. Its a cosy, simple apartment that has everything you need, away from the noise of the centre but walking distance to the centre avenue and the beach. There is a good gym nearby that offer weekly and daily passes (if that's your thing). There's also supermarkets nearby if you need to stock up. Lucas himself is super friendly and always responsive. From the moment I booked his place, to the moment I left. He also owns a surf shop, which I recommend checking out. I went kayaking and surfed for the first time ever! Which was tough, but good fun. Overall it was a great stay and I'd happily do it again. Pura Vida 🤙🏼

Absolutely stunning place! The view is unmatched. The place is perfectly and thoughtfully appointed. The hosts are responsive, helpful and friendly! I cannot recommend this place enough.

The best AirBnB ever! I was sad to leave this incredible home away from home. It has everything you need. Usually, rentals lack the right utensils, enough plates, etc… NOT THIS PLACE! This had everything and all the nice extras. I highly recommend this home for an incredible vacation experience. We were able to enjoy all that Playa Grande has to offer plus some other wonderful excursions that were short drives away. AMAZING! Ready to come back.

My family enjoyed 11 nights at John’s place. The house was more spacious than expected. All amenities needed were available. We felt safe at the house and surrounding area. The pool was wonderful and we enjoyed it daily. There is a grocery store and 5 restaurants very close by. Tamarindo is about a 15 min walk. We did not have a car. You can rent golf carts if needed. Beaches - Playa Langosta is a very short walk 5 min and you can walk to Tamarindo beach in about 15 min. Tamarindo is busier, it was nice to stay in a quieter area. Howler monkeys were seen morning and night right on the roof of the house and trees in the yard. We also saw iguanas and variegated squirrels in the yards along with a number of birds. Cleaning service was included in the stay the lovely lady came a number of times while we were there. John was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to my many questions prior and during our stay. We would stay again at John’s villa.

Juan, Snider and Eddie were amazing hosts! It was beautiful, relaxing and safe! Delicious breakfast and amazing pools. Fun to have the cat and dog around too for Nick our 7yo. Would stay there again when in Costa Rica!

If you are looking for a unique Costa Rican experience, this is the place for you. The house backs up to a rainforest, where you will enjoy indoor/outdoor living, encounter Howler monkeys swinging from the trees, birds chirping, the sound of rain falling against the leaves. And yes there were a few critters, but that was to be expected, especially since we visiting during the beginning of the rainy season. The beds are cozy and the house is less than 10 minutes from town, the beach, restaurants and shopping. David was responsive and made great recommendations. Our experience was definitely memorable.

We had a great stay and hope to go back. Here are a few of our highlights: - House was perfect for a week long vacation in Avellanas for the 4 of us (parents plus two teenage sons). The kitchen was well stocked, the AC kept things cool at night, and we loved having AM coffee on the patio listening to birds and monkeys. - We very heavily used the community pool. We were the only ones staying in our group of homes around the pool so we had it to ourselves each day. It was cleaned daily. - It was a long walk to the beach (20min) so we often drove to the maintained parking lot by Lola's and paid the modest $4. (The fee helps maintain the beach access so it seems well-worth paying each day.) Because it was still walkable, we'd often walk home, leaving the kids with the car to finish up a surf session... it was nice to have that flexibility. - The gated community with guards felt very secure, but the overall area also felt very safe for our 5-7 mile runs, evening strolls, and more!

The host,Fede, was absolutely brilliant - very helpful and was able to assist with all our queries and requests. The villa was gorgeous, very spacious, clean and truly felt like home. the location was ideal as it was right in the heart of Tamarindo and it was very quiet at night, no noise. So grateful to have enjoyed staying at this beautiful home 💚

Highly recommend Patrizia’s home for an amazing and special time in Costa Rica. Patrizia and her property manager Rosa were extremely helpful and supportive leading up to and during the trip. They answered all our questions, helped arranged transportation and gave many great local suggestions. The property itself was great, it came fully stocked, the beds were comfortable and the salt water pool was very nice. The location of the property was private, secure and quiet and very close to town with the use of a golf cart and is walkable without. We were looking at a few different properties for our stay but we’re very glad we chose this property. Rosa and Patrizia truly went above and beyond and it really made our trip an unforgettable one.

The villa was amazing. Exactly as shown and described. Had a wonderful time, really enjoyed the villa . The view was amazing. Pastora and her husband were kind and very responsive to anything we needed. The area was fantastic. Plenty of options for adventures. Great restaurants . Locals were friendly and helpful. Looking forward to returning.

Excelente alojamiento, tal y como se ve en las fotos, muy completo en cuanto los artefactos de la cocina. Nos sentimos súper cómodos. Lo único es que es poco accesible para adultos mayores o personas con algún tipo de discapacidad ya que se accede por gradas hasta el tercer piso.

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was a quick walk to the beach and there are plenty of pool options. Our favorite space was the rooftop deck! Watching sunrises and sunsets, grilling and even washing clothes- it was all really enjoyable. We would stay here again!

Casa muito boa, com ótima piscina e perto dos restaurantes. Única coisa negativa é o acesso por carro. Valeu muito a hospedagem, a flexibilidade do check in e check out e a limpeza da casa!

The apartment was very clean and comfortable with plenty of space for 4 adults. Amenities were as stated and a very generous supply of coffee was provided, with 2 separate coffee makers. The apartment complex was well maintained and I used the pool for some lap swimming most days. There were very good Indian and tapas restaurants next to the apartment and a small convenience store about 5 mins walk away. There is a quiet beach opposite and the main town is just over a mile away. An Uber was around $5 one way. Lori and Melissa were very responsive and arranged transport to and from the airport. Would definitely stay again.

We loved this condo and the pool! :-) Owners are great and have made the unit super homey! We especially loved all the windows and light in the living room but really everything was perfect! The location is also really good. Short walk to Vindi supermarket (which you end up walking by every time to/from the beach) making it super convenient. Very near Dragonfly restaurant which was one of our favorites. The pool was very warm and cleaned very often by the on-site staff. The grounds were always perfect. Tammy was a great communicator and incredible resource in terms of Tamarindo activities and restaurants/live music. We would love to stay here again on our next visit! Thanks so much!!

What a wonderful stay at this location. We appreciated the warm welcome and clear instructions with the condo. The condo was clean and very comfortable. The beach club was an extra touch along with the small private pool walkable to condo. Our family really enjoyed the location as well since close to grocery store and wonderful Playa Flamingo!!

Eine sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft mit stylischer Einrichtung. Ca 10 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Zwei Badezimmer, Riesen Kühlschrank, Schränke, Super Klimaanlage mit Ventilatoren. Das Highlight ist der wunderbare Swimmingpool. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Liane was an excellent host, she was prompt and proactive with all communications. The information and instructions Liane provided for the condominium and surrounding area were helpful and presented in a clear and understandable manner making the use of the facility very easy and enjoyable. The condominium is well equipped and very comfortable.
