Holiday rentals with beach access in Playa Langosta

Arcadia is the sanctuary you've always dreamt of, especially sunsets. I always made sure I was there to watch the sun go down, as that view is breathtaking. This place far exceeded our expectations, and the host was more than accommodating. Have and would HIGHLY recommend this remote spot, it is everything and more!!!!

Al’s place was nice, in a quiet location as expected with the beach just a minutes walk away. The kitchen was useful. The grounds were great for iguana spotting and one night we saw howler monkeys in the trees! The pool was a little green around the grouting which made me hesitate to go underwater but nonetheless very refreshing. The pool is shared as described, but directly outside the other apartment which at times makes you feel like you’re encroaching on someone else’s area. We were lucky as the other guests were very peaceful too. The place maybe needs a bit of attention in terms of window security, nets, and overall upkeep but the air-con was spot on and bathroom had left over niceties. However, I did always feel safe and not as many mosquitos as I anticipated which was a welcome surprise. Amazing walk along the beach or road with cafes/restaurants to explore. Despite the improvements suggested, the stay was lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our time exploring Tamarindo.

Excellent place to stay if traveling to the Potrero/ Flamingo area! The property grounds and rental unit are beautiful; the pictures are exactly what you get upon arrival! I loved drinking coffee outside in the mornings and watching the monkeys play in the trees! Communication with the host and family was great, and they left a binder full of recommendations for restaurants, beaches, excursions, and more! I look forward to staying at the rental again in the future!

We had an amazing and unforgettable stay at the Treehouse! Colleen was such a friendly and helpful host providing very detailed instructions and local recommendations. The Treehouse was immaculate, well-appointed, and had everything you need to feel right at home. We cooked breakfast and dinner almost everyday during our stay and enjoyed the spectacular view from inside and on the patio. The only challenge we had was fighting off the bugs from outside, but just be prepared for that when traveling to Costa Rica. They’re everywhere! We were also able to enjoy the infinity pool (all to ourselves in the mornings!) which was a short walk away. Overall, a very enjoyable trip to Costa Rica. I would highly recommend staying at the Treehouse if you like privacy, amazing views, and outdoor trails.

What a spot for a vacation! The location was prime and the room itself was well suited for everything you need. This is a hidden gem in the area. Things I appreciated the most: The ocean was steps away for a swim at anytime. The shop keepers and restaurant owners downstairs are great people and pleasant to talk to during your stay. Waffle monkey (breakfast) and Portofino are the best spots for breakfast, fresh seafood, low cost happy hours, and fire show at night during sunset. You can literally walk anywhere in minutes. There is 3 separate door with locks to get to your top floor rental so this spot is very safe! If you are lucky, you'll notice a 5 foot iguana that rests in the trees to your right off the porch, spending days in the trees. Alvaro is the mgmt person who helps you. He speaks great English and responds rapidly to questions. Can't wait to return and bring family. The two units next to each other would be an ideal joint rental for a group of 5-7 people. Highly recommend!!!

Everything at Jeff's was more than I expected. I am so grateful and thankful to him for sharing his Oasis with us, everything was out of this world. We spent our mornings at the beach enjoying the sunrise, followed by playing with Carver, and our afternoons in the beautiful pool. Our space was completely separate from Jeff's house, had a full kitchen, bathroom, AC and was clean. The location is walkable to the beach and restaurants, everything you need is close by. Jeff, and Carver, are so friendly and personable, his local knowledge was invaluable. He gave us tips on private beaches, delicious restaurants and different ways for us to enjoy everything Los Pargos has to offer. He really made our stay there so special and we will be visiting him again the next time we're in Costa Rica. Jeff truly cares about the space and wants his guests to experience Pura Vida, and it shows. Thank you, thank you, thank you Jeff, and Carver, for everything!!

The location was quiet and easily walkable to beach and restaurants. Grocery store is one building away. Host was on premises. Friendly neighbors nice pool.

Juan, Snider and Eddie were amazing hosts! It was beautiful, relaxing and safe! Delicious breakfast and amazing pools. Fun to have the cat and dog around too for Nick our 7yo. Would stay there again when in Costa Rica!

Excellent stay. Highly recommend this place. I spent 2 months here and have only good things to say: - The hosts were excellent. Vinyela is kind and responsive, and handled any minor issues that arose promptly and professionally. She was also very helpful with local recommendations and organizing airport transfers. - The house itself is beautiful and in a great setting. There is tons of light, comfortable outdoor space, and air conditioning in every room. You can hear birds and monkeys outside throughout the day. - The house is in a small community with a guard at the gate, so I felt safe at all times. It is about a 10 minute walk from the town, which made it feel private and peaceful while remaining convenient.

This was our second time staying at this beautiful home and we actually changed our travel dates based on the times it was available...it's that nice. The view is probably the best in Playas del Coco and the property is super-private. The second bedroom is secluded at the end of the house with it's own entrances so people staying with you will have their own privacy. The house is walking distance to town and the beach but because it is at the top of a hill, the climb could be a challenge for some people. But it is a cheap taxi ride from the beach so really not an issue. Jeannyna is great with communication regarding instructions and house policy and she responds quickly if you have any issues. There is not a bad thing that I can say about this property and we will stay hear again and again.

Highly recommend Patrizia’s home for an amazing and special time in Costa Rica. Patrizia and her property manager Rosa were extremely helpful and supportive leading up to and during the trip. They answered all our questions, helped arranged transportation and gave many great local suggestions. The property itself was great, it came fully stocked, the beds were comfortable and the salt water pool was very nice. The location of the property was private, secure and quiet and very close to town with the use of a golf cart and is walkable without. We were looking at a few different properties for our stay but we’re very glad we chose this property. Rosa and Patrizia truly went above and beyond and it really made our trip an unforgettable one.

The villa was amazing. Exactly as shown and described. Had a wonderful time, really enjoyed the villa . The view was amazing. Pastora and her husband were kind and very responsive to anything we needed. The area was fantastic. Plenty of options for adventures. Great restaurants . Locals were friendly and helpful. Looking forward to returning.

Olga’s place was amazing! Closer to town than we thought. The space and pool were perfect. There were three of us, but you could easily accommodate three couples. Olga checked in on us and made sure we had all of the amenities we needed. Would stay here again!

Andrew and Brenda’s was the perfect place for our girls trip and a highlight of our time in CR! Beautiful surroundings, great local restaurants, and not far from beach. We had plenty of space for the three of us, it was very clean, and we appreciated the washer dryer. Road was a bit steep coming up but the view was well worth it. Highly recommend for anyone staying in the area!

Xiomaras home was one of the most beautiful Airbnb we’ve stayed at! We literally felt we were at home on how comfortable Xiomaras home was! Absolutely a gem! Everything it says on the Airbnb and the pictures you see is exactly what you get. We will definitely be staying here again the next time around in Costa Rica.. As soon as we got to her front gate I sent.Xiomara a message that we were there and literally 30 seconds later. The front gate was opening up. Manuel was also there for us for whatever we needed. Great pad, close to everything from shopping, restaurants, bars, beach. On a quiet street away from all the tourists but a few steps to all that you need. Will definitely be coming back when I'm in town. Stephanie was super nice and a wealth of local knowledge that was very helpful in navigating my stay.

This place is fantastic, spotless, well equipped, secure, easy to access and a beautiful ocean view. The beach chairs/umbrella are a great bonus which we used to enjoy Playa Flamingo in comfort David is a generous, responsive host. Thank you for hosting us.

Fantastic Airbnb & super gracious host. Beautiful place, tons of extra amenities and well thought out provisions. Kitchen is excellent, vaulted ceilings make the unit feel very spacious. Balcony is just lovely, with great views of Tamarindo bay and sunsets in June and better than any photo could portray. Lucio goes above and beyond as a host. Highly recommend the unit and will be back.

We had a lovely stay, great hosts and perfect location. Close to the pool , safe, quiet, very comfortable beds. Great kitchen with lots of supplies for cooking. Wonderful family time !

This place has everything you need! Spices, beach chairs and towels! Well stocked for a great stay. However there is construction going on next door that we were unaware about. Otherwise this place was great!

Book it!! Perfect little space for a getaway. Literally 3 buildings down to the grocery store. Two coffee shops. Everything is walkable which would save you in horrific rental costs of vehicles. We may be back at the end of May and we would book this place again no question.

The initial directions were confusing. But Mirko and Mariana were very prompt with replies and their directions provided afterwards were very clear. They are very helpful and friendly. Great place and location. (Only the bathroom needs a little updating - cutest tiny bathroom sink ever, though!)
