Family-friendly holiday rentals in Playa Honda

Stayed with our 2 year old for a week and it was simply beautiful! Warm pool for kids, beautiful decked area, great hot tub for us in evening. Truly home from home experience and everything you need. Philippa was great bringing us a mattress the next day for our toddler when there wasn’t one readily available, she also kindly let us check out late so he could have his midday nap (saving us from grumpy toddler all afternoon🙏) Would book again without hesitation. X

The house is a paradise. It has everything you need to spend a few wonderful days. The jacuzzi and pool are amazing to enjoy the sun and that every day ends in a relaxed way. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a tasty meal. Also, we were able to enjoy every morning with the scent of a nespresso. The house has a lot of details to be very comfortable and not to miss anything: air conditioning, books, grill, umbrella and games for the beach, guides to visit the island… it is also very close to the beach, a spectacular promenade and a lot of very cool restaurants! Highly recommended!

Another fabulous stay at this villa. We love it so much we usually come back every year! It's so peaceful, which along with the heated pool and hot tub, enables the batteries to fully recharge. There are two supermarkets in the area, along with some lovely restaurants and a sports bar, which means you can go out or stay in as you please. If you like walking, it's a beautiful 45 minitue coastal walk into town, which we did most days and the bus back is only €1.40. The bus stop is about 5 mins away from the villa, so you can also catch the bus into town or the marina and back if you fancy a change of restaurants and scenery, as Playa Blanca has it all!

Casa Lola is a tranquil private place in the middle of the island. Car hire is recommended however local taxi services can get you into Puerto Del Carmen if you want some bars/ restaurants. The villa itself is clean and has plenty of kitchen appliances as well as well as a noticeably clean oven! Jose, was responsive when we needed assistance. Including recommendations for taxi firms. As others have mentioned the wifi/ data connections are low speed. Never had any problems using the supplied Netflix or when using the “garden” WiFi but did have issues when connected in the lounge. Overall would stay here again. Both me and the wife had a fantastic time and really enjoyed the peace

We had a lovely time in David's amazing place and beautiful garden. It was the perfect choice for our 4 year old's first holiday. He loved the rich wildlife in the garden and will fondly miss Lua the puppy and Suzie the tortoise. The apartment itself is cosy and well presented, and contained lots of useful equipment to improve our time at the beach. David is a great host who gives space to his guests but is always there to help if you need a hand. Haría is a great place to be based and, without a car, we utilised the bus network to access destinations across the North. We look forward to hopefully returning in the near future!

Quiet and convenient location for exploring the north and centre of Lanzarote. Clean modern, very well presented and with a very comfortable bed. highly recommended.

A fantastic property! Absolutely loved our stay. Quiet neighbourhood, yet unbelievably close to the beach and the seafront restaurants and shops. Villa is a great size--big kitchen and sitting room, unique bathroom, nice size bedrooms, quirky architecture -- a perfect oasis! The pool area is so tranquil. The swimming pool and hot tub is much larger than expected, and both are in perfect condition and clean. The outdoor furniture was great too! Host was helpful and friendly. Property is private and secure. Cannot wait to return!

This villa is truly stunning. It was the perfect size for our two families of four, we absolutely loved spending time in the house and pool, plus it is in a brilliant location within easy walking distance of Playa Blanca as well as several family-friendly activities. Buenavilla Vacation Rental were extremely attentive and helpful both in the run up to our stay, and for the duration of the stay itself. We had a wonderful holiday and made many precious memories. We had an amazing stay at Eva's house with our 10 and 14 year old son. Great facilities and felt like a home from home the pool area was a highlight for the kids. Eva was amazing at responding to any questions we had and suggestions for restaurants places to visit etc. Nothing was to much trouble xx

We rented this apartment for a week and didn’t regret it for a moment. The place is perfect for both short stays and longer visits. It has everything you might need, and the beds are comfortable. The view from the window includes volcanoes, a charming red house, and the ocean — you can not only see it but also hear it, which adds a special atmosphere. The apartment’s nautical style brought a touch of romance. We had a wonderful time on the island. Thank you for the warm welcome and hospitality! Everything was great!

We had an exotic stay in this atypical accommodation in Yaiza! The house is very clean and well maintained, the view is absolutely beautiful and the place is very quiet. We enjoyed the tranquility and serenity of the place, perfect for relaxing. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe harbor in Yaiza. We really enjoyed our stay in Caleta de Famara. The best part of the apartment was its location, very close to the beach. The house was clean and had all the essentials. Recommended stay!

Marta’s apartment was incredible, in a quiet area just a 5 minute walk to beach, restaurants and shops. It was so peaceful for a well needed break. Apartment in a beautiful area, our first time staying in Matagorda and it wont be our last!! Marta was so helpful, recommending places to go and always responded quickly to any Q’s I had before arriving. Bed is extremely comfy 🫶🏼 apartment was spotless, pool area clean too and sunbed also comfy. We cant wait to come back ♥️♥️♥️

Lovely villa in a quiet little village. Fabulous restaurant within walking distance. Nazaret it a bit more remote so you need a hire car but lots of lovely towns closeby. The villa has a lovely pool, albeit very cold in May. Plenty outdoor space to lounge about and eat and drink. Decor was typically spanish, kitchen is well kitted out, although fridge could do with upgrade due to missing bottle holder on door. Bathrooms and bedrooms were simple but more than adequate. Host was very helpful but unobtrusive. Overall would definitely recommend this villa.

Excellent apartment with good facilities. It was very clean. The location was very good with access to the coastal walkway. The apartment has great views. The complex was very tidy and the pool was clean and warm enough to swim (in April). Tao was very responsive, flexible and helpful. Thank you!

We stayed for 2 weeks. Met by Victor who showed us around the house and explained everything we needed to know. House was spotless and a cleaner came after the first week, pool cleaned weekly. Highly recommended an excellent villa. The mattress toppers are really good. The master bedroom has a seating area with tv like a suite in a hotel. Pool table and football table. A lovely bottle of local wine and fruit on arrival. The kitchen has all you could need plus a utility room with washing machine. We had a brilliant time. Highly recommended.

Had an absolutely incredible stay at Casa Milena! Can’t recommend this beautiful villa enough. It was so private, peaceful and absolutely pristinely clean. Can’t wait to visit again in the future!

Had a fantastic break, no hassle, Ruperto great, got back to us no problem if we had questions. Love the location and Matagorda, can't wait to go back.

Even better in person, the pictures don’t do this place justice. It feels like pure luxury so private yet 5 minutes in a car into Puerto del Carmen. The linen is extremely fresh and clean smelling, the bbq grill was great, the host was extremely helpful and also left a cake for my 30th and had balloons waiting for our arrival which was about 9.30pm and he still took the time to meet us and make sure we felt at home. This is the nicest accommodation we have ever stayed in anywhere and we think it is an absolute steal the price for how gorgeous it is. We were a party of 4 but this place would be great for a couple , the bedrooms are so big and spacious with separate bathrooms, the biggest selling point is all of the outside space and the views. I would say if you have never stayed in Lanzarote before be prepared for the wind at night ( this is the first week in June), however the architecture is done so brilliantly that you can sit outside on a night. The bed was very comfy and huge!

We do not understand why Abnb has not yet qualified Eva as a “Superhost”. By the way, we wonder what else you can do more to ,,pamper,, your guests a happy stay.... This villa was so clean & in a very quiet neighbourhood only 10 mins walk to marina rubicon & the ‘golden mile’ walk to Playa Blanca. Both places are full of lovely shops, restaurants & nightlife and are open till late with amazing views of the marina & the ocean. The villa was excellent- everything you need for a party of 4. As others have said it’s much better than in the photos! The pool is about 15 x 10 feet & garden has a banana tree! The rooms are large with portable fans & en suites. Everything was so accessible & Gabriela was very responsive & friendly although we need not meet face to face. I’d recommend this place to anyone! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Perfect This house is extremely well located for a week on the island What a pleasure in the evening to come back to such a quiet place Everything is perfect in the house: 2 bedrooms , a bathroom, a cooked area to make our evening dinners and the terrace for breakfasts and dinners completely sheltered from the wind We were welcomed by Bruno, Annette's husband and he was very welcoming We were able to enjoy a little of the heated pool ( the weather was capricious) A great stay if we have the chance we will come back without hesitation
