Family-friendly holiday rentals in Canary Islands

Jonny and Eugenia made us feel very welcome in their bungalow. The pool and hot tub were such a nice addition and we had a lovely time with our little one. What's more, they had quite a lot of amenities which were so helpful for us! The location of the bungalow is quite close to some lovely beaches and restaurants. There were one or two minor issues which Jonny and Eugenia responded to very swiftly and helpfully. We would definitely consider staying in the Bungalow again! Thank you again Jonny and Eugenia! :)

We had a wonderful stay in Puerto de la Cruz. Luisa is a lovely host who replies quickly and is very happy to give local recommendations. She even met us very late on our first night (1am!) to let us in and show us around the property. The house itself is large and beautiful and very well-equipped for a big group. We had everything we needed to cook for a week as a group of nine, and more than enough space. The heated pool really is amazing and was such a treat in early May. Highly recommend this house!

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful villa. The setting was so peaceful and relaxing—exactly what we needed to unwind and escape for a while. The pool and jacuzzi were amazing and made our stay feel extra special. The views of the mountain behind the villa were absolutely spectacular—such a stunning backdrop to wake up to every day. The villa itself was spotless, comfortable, and full of charm. It really felt like a home away from home. Lorena was very helpful and gave us lots of useful information, which made everything easy and stress-free. We would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended!

Jose was a very welcoming and attentive host. When we checked in we found everything we needed in the kitchen and some lovely extras. The house itself is in great condition. We enjoyed quiet evenings, with BBQ, enjoying the natural surroundings. The small pool was a great way to relax after a day out exploring the island. We would stay again!

We were absolutely happy with our stay at the villa! Our host Daniel did everything he could to make our time as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The view was stunning, and the walk down to the beach was a little adventure in itself. We were a group of 7 adults and one baby, and the house was perfectly suited for us. A baby crib was provided, and Daniel even brought us a baby bathtub, which we really appreciated. There was plenty of space for everyone! Unfortunately, we didn’t get the chance to use the cinema room downstairs, but it looked amazing and very impressive. We had a wonderful time and can absolutely recommend this place. We had a lovely time in David's amazing place and beautiful garden. It was the perfect choice for our 4 year old's first holiday. He loved the rich wildlife in the garden and will fondly miss Lua the puppy and Suzie the tortoise. The apartment itself is cosy and well presented, and contained lots of useful equipment to improve our time at the beach. David is a great host who gives space to his guests but is always there to help if you need a hand. Haría is a great place to be based and, without a car, we utilised the bus network to access destinations across the North. We look forward to hopefully returning in the near future!

What an incredible week we had. The property is just exceptional and had everything that was needed. Massimo our host was amazing, very friendly, very helpful with any questions we had. It really was the most amazing week. We will most definitely be back here and I could not recommend the property or Massimo more highly

We had a great time in this beautiful apartment. The big plus: the rooftop. Mariola is very responsive and will do her best to make your stay perfect. I really appreciated the laundry available, the dishwasher tablets and the little welcome touches. We didn't miss anything. Thank you very much Mariola!

Our stay at Marion's place was excellent. Communication was fast and clear, and directions were very well explained. Marion was always attentive and recommended several places to visit and restaurants to dine. The area is quiet, beautiful and without noise, ideal for resting. The accommodation is very well equipped, with a pool and sauna, which made everything even more enjoyable. We definitely recommend it. Thank you, Marion! ☺️

The stay was unbeatable. Dimas' apartment is in a perfect location to get around the island. Also, whenever we needed it, he responded very quickly and gave us very good recommendations. We would definitely repeat.

Adriana was a great host , very friendly and helpful . The house was super clean and very well equipped. Adriana had also kindly left us olive oil, water and some snacks which was lovely of her ! The accommodation was very well located if you want to be in the harbour. It has a lovely balcony that overlooks a small pebble beach, the mountains and where the ferry comes in. It was great to arrive here as we only got in at about 9pm so it was perfect for going to restaurants. It is also a short walk from the kwikspar and the Las Salinas natural pools so very convenient, and its not noisy at all. I did however find that is was a bit too urban for me. It is very built up in that area and is surrounded by restaurants. Las Nieves is very small and does not have many shops. Also, just be aware the there is only one bedroom. There is a wooden screen that you have to pull across to divide the room and the second bed is a pullout sofa bed. Thank you for our stay and I am sure you will enjoy !

This was one special stay! This cave is a sacred and cozy spot full of an amazing energy. The place more spatious than it seemed in the pictures and super comfortable with everything you need inside. It didn’t take long for us to feel at home. The hosts were very responsive and detail-oriented, providing us in the cave with all things you may need to make you feel right at home. You definitely need a car to move around as there is nothing really within walking distance. But we love the quietness and remoteness of this space. It has a beautiful terace where we chilled and made a grill, and also a terace on top of the cave where you have an amazing view of the region and the ocean. We spent two weeks there and this cave made our stay 10 times more special! Thank you so much 💚

We have just had a great few days at Carmen Rosa’s apartment. When we got there we met Tamara’s mother who made us so welcome!! We were after a complete chill out break and this is what we got. The apartment I had everything you need, including a large balcony terrance which catches the sun most of the day. I would certainly recommend a car for your visit. There are a couple of local supermarkets but 2 larger ones (including a Lidl) only a few minutes drive away. The apartment is spotlessly clean. We enjoyed just sitting watching the boats come in and out of the harbour. I would really recommend This apartment.

My wife and myself stayed at Lydia's lovely villa for 3 weeks and we had the most amazing time. The villa and garden are very spacious and beautifully decorated. Lydia is a lovely person, was the perfect host with excellent communication and by the time we finished the holiday it felt more like we were leaving a friend than an AirBNB host :-) The villa is in a lovely peaceful part of Macher where a car is a necessity to make the most of the surrounding array of restaurants and places to visit. We will definitely be back for an even longer stay at some point soon.

This is an amazing space, so calm, peaceful. Brendan and Terrie are amazing hosts! They’re super thoughtful and attentive. The apartment is so clean and has ALL the amenities. We slept so well, it’s very quiet there. We will definitely come back if we can!

We had a very pleasant stay with Flo & Manuela. The check-in and check-out times were flexible, which was a great advantage. The accommodation was very clean, and it was even cleaned halfway through our holiday. Flo was always available and very friendly. In short: we had a wonderful holiday with Flo & Manuela (and would surely recommend!)

First of all Lucia was a lovely host, extremely welcoming and very helpful. The apartment was stunning with so much attention to detail. The bed was so comfortable, all the facilities you could possibly need and an exceptional shower! The garden is such a lovely space as well, so we'll thought out and relaxing with lots of comfy seating. The pool is a great addition also. Only a 20 minute walk to the shops/resteraunts/beaches. Only 4-5 euros to get a taxi back if you prefer. Thank you for a fantastic 7 nights!

We didn’t meet Alejandra in person, but the communication was still easy, very friendly and fast. The area is rather quiet, but Lidl is close (which is quite useful) and with a car you can reach a lot of cool places close by :) we felt safe in the neighbourhood and the apartment was as described. Thanks!☺️

It was a lovely stay at Renata’s, the place felt like a home and the views were spectacular. I recommend renting a car if you like to explore, as the place is quite isolated but it is its own sanctuary.

Everything was perfect, great location at the end of the road on top of the mountain. Beautiful garden, lovely swimming pool, good bed. Every day a good morning from the dogs that just belong. Diego is available if needed and responds quickly to messages. Another tip: come the first time when it is still light. Diego's instructions are clear, you just have to see it. My rental car didn't like the mountain, but the message is to keep on giving gas. Stock up on provisions because once you are on the mountain, you won't want to leave😉.
