La villa à Mihaela est magnifique. L’endroit est zen beau et relaxant. Mihaela est une magnifique hôte, elle repond tres rapidement, s’assure de notre confort. Je retournerais assurer! Et je recommande fortement de découvrir Marbella qui est une belle ville la plage est magnifique et naturelle.

This was our 3rd stay here. We love this house. Beautiful view and very peaceful. The location is lovely and very safe. We love the outdoor living and pool and proximity to the beautiful beach.

Our stay at Casa Nube was beautiful and memorable. Helena and Maria were always responsive and helpful. Know that you are staying in the jungle. Power is going to flicker, internet may be spotty, and the roads up to the house are bumpy, but manageable. The views are incredible, the pool is a game changer (the tile surrounding can be slippery, so just be cautious), and the wildlife outside your door is unreal! Feeling very lucky to have had the opportunity to spend two weeks in this beautiful country and glad Casa Nube was a part of our adventure!

We loved our stay here at Congo Nosara. The location is great if you have a car or ATV. Very close to both main beaches and downtown Nosara for dining and shopping. We felt we had the best of both worlds by being able to stay a bit deeper into the town to enjoy the forest and being close enough to town for activities. It’s a very simple and minimalist space with only the necessities. That was perfect for us as it allowed us to turn off from the world. But if we needed to, the WIFI was excellent! And the pool was a nice amenity for morning and evening dips. The team was super responsive as well. I had a few questions throughout our stay and they were so quick to get back In touch and very gracious to let us check out a tad bit later as our flight got moved back. We will be back!

Wij hebben hier een week verbleven met onze peuter en het was heerlijk! Het huis is heel schoon en heel goed uitgerust, aan alles is gedacht! Goed uitgeruste keuken; wasmachine en faciliteiten om schoon te maken, uitgebreid beddengoed, handdoeken en doeken voor het strand. Echt heel comfortabel en prettig, zeker met een gezin! Ik raad deze accommodatie zeker aan voor families met kleine kinderen. Het huis is ruim en smaakvol ingericht. Ook het contact met de host verliep goed en makkelijk, ze reageren heel snel en zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Iets om rekening mee te houden is dat de grotere supermarkten wat verder weg zijn (30 minuten rijden ongeveer) dus bijvoorbeeld op de dag van aankomst is het verstandig vooraf boodschappen te doen. Het huis ligt een beetje afgelegen, maar er zijn genoeg mooie stranden en leuke restaurantjes vlakbij!

If you want peaceful and remote, this is the place for you! We stayed for 2 nights and had a wonderful, relaxing time. Giselle’s place was less than 5 min from Playa Coco, which was the best beach in the area (we didn’t surf but seemed like everyone that did also went there). There are not a ton of restaurants in the area, but as it’s easy to cook in the full kitchen and enjoy the beautiful views from the Airbnb, I’d recommend bringing your own groceries, striking up a fire and settling in. Watched the birds come in every morning from bed!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour! La maison est très grande. Tout était très propre et bien équipé pour cuisiner. La cour extérieur avec la piscine est superbe! Phil est un excellent hôte, j’ai eu quelques questions et il répondait toujours rapidement à tout mes messages!! Merci beaucoup!

We enjoyed our week at Rose des Vents! The house is set on a jungle hillside, surrounded by lush tropical vegetation - we saw coatis, monkeys, and birds daily, slept to the sound of crashing waves, and woke to tropical bird songs and distant monkey howls. The highlight is the detached upstairs with a large terrace and a super relaxing infinity pool overlooking the bay; this upper level is definitely worth it, though the pool is a bit smaller than we imagined. The lower level is a studio with two bedrooms and a jack-and-jill bathroom - functional and pleasant with sea views, but not as inviting as upstairs, where we spent most of our time. Samara beach is just a 2-min drive or 10-min walk. Hosts Caro and Ridley were excellent: when a tree was cut down for road work, causing a temporary power issue and damaging the water pump, Caro responded quickly and arranged a prompt fix with a nice commercial gesture. Overall, a unique, peaceful, and truly refreshing stay in beautiful Samara!! 🌴🍹?

John and Carla were wonderful hosts before we even arrived. My family and I were receiving information and communication was clear on how to get to the house, what was included, and recommendations for the area. The house was absolutely beautiful, very peaceful, rooms were spotless, and we were welcomed with open arms from both Gerardo and Elieth. Gerardo and Elieth could not have been more welcoming and friendly. They both made sure we had everything we needed, laundry was done, and the house was always spotless. Elieth made us a wonderful breakfast each morning and we paid extra to have her cook dinner one night for us (she made a local Costa Rican dish with both vegetarian options and beef options for a very reasonable price- $80 for 5 people). Gerardo always made sure the outside steps were clean and dry so no one slipped. Neither spoke English but we had a great time learning Spanish and had no issues communicating with either of them. I cannot recommend this home enough!!

Place was awesome! Surfed everyday, beach is walkable but it’s about 10 minutes. A lot of wild life around, really nice pool. We will definitely be coming back.

This house was our home for a couple of weeks, and it was exactly right. It's beautiful and spacious, surrounded by lush landscape, wonderful details. It was the perfect location for us, as we were a group of friends all doing different things that were all accessible - surfing, yoga, ceramics classes, etc. The house was also great for everyone to hang out in the together comfortably and go swimming in the beautiful pool and make meals together. There was a beautiful pixote that visited, and a family of howler monkeys that ate the little papaya tree in the yard. Heaven! This place is perfect, and in a perfect location. Would book again for our next Nosara trip for sure.

Perfection! Beautiful! More than enough room for our group of 9. Lots of bathrooms, showers, outdoor and indoor gathering spaces! Amazing pool! No detail left out! The home owners and property managers were amazing! Loved every minute! The beach was walkable! The little town of Samara offered lots of shops and little restaurants!

This place is truly magical. Elizabeth went above and beyond for everything! From setting up at home chefs, to answering all my questions, to wonderful recommendations for dinner our last night. The house and property is magical. It’s the first vacation that I truly disconnected, and it was because of the amazing property! If you are thinking of booking this property, do it! I also wanted to just say Sandra and David (property caretakers) were so kind, the dinner they made was wonderful! David even played the guitar for us! I would also recommend Chef Nelson, his food was next level! Thank you Elizabeth- we will be back!

Patricia’s home was precisely what our group was looking for in Costa Rica—spacious enough for 9 people (including two couples), private and safe, full of amenities look cooking supplies, and responsive hosts. Patricia and Susan were more responsive than any host I’ve ever stayed with. They messaged us on Airbnb and other apps for ease of communication, and check-in, which was a breeze, included a tour with the property manager. They also connected us with the most trustworthy, affordable, high-quality transportation and tour company. The property was safe, well air conditioned, comfortable, and easily accessible. If our group finds ourselves in Guanacaste again, we’d love to return to Casa Bella Tortuga once more. You made my partner’s birthday and PhD graduation celebrations all the more special. Thank you!

This has to be one of my favorite stays. I really enjoyed coffee with the birds every morning. The pool was great the house had everything you need and more. I absolutely loved the location and how easy it was to walk to the beach. It’s a great place to relax unwind and catch a beautiful sunset. I would recommend 10/10.

Erik's home is a well kept secret along with the beach, Playa Carrillo. We will continue to return yearly as the whole experience; the beach, the town, the restaurants and especially Erik's home are just outstanding. Every facet of our vacations there have always been 5 star. I want to thank Erik and Damaris for sharing their slice of paradise with my wife and I, thank you!

enjoyed our stay here. 10 minute drive up/down the mountain the villa is located on (fun dirt road, 4x4 likely needed, as with most of Costa Rica). 20-25 minute drive from Playa Guiones; lots of restaurants in this area. villa offers nice views, good hangout areas. if you have a toddler, the staircase railings are open.

Louis's Samara home has set the bar against which all other AirBNB's are judged. I've stayed at AirBNBs around the world and this was our favorite. The home was immaculate, well furnished, and had a lot of little touches that elevated the experience. My kids (7, 4, and 2) loved the pool (perfect size and temperature for them), the constant visits from hummingbirds, and the sounds of howler monkeys. My wife and I loved the number and quality of plates, silverware, cooking utensils, outdoor area, and bedding in the house. Louis was extremely responsive and checked in to ensure our stay went well. The proximity to Samara and Playa Carrillo was perfect for our family.

We had a great stay at Casa Shiva! It’s tucked back off of the main roads but with their directions our drivers had no problem finding it. Very welcoming place, felt secure and well kept. Air conditioning worked great, the pool was perfect and felt very private, was cleaned and maintained 3x in the 8 days we were there. Plenty of linens, towels, kitchen stuff, games, tv which we used to stream music. A short walk to Playa Pelada, so peaceful and amazing sunsets. Any questions or recommendations, Jordy the house manager was quick to respond and super helpful :) I would recommend some form of transportation for shopping or excursions, the walk to the market can be hot if you are not accustomed to the weather. We had a golf cart which was fun and made it easy. On our final night we were treated to approx 15 howler monkeys traversing across the trees by the pool, up the roof of the casita to climb the next trees over. Fantastic family vacation spot

This was my second time visiting Julie’s villa and I’ve got to admit, it was even better than the first! The villa has it all and its location is prime! We had the most relaxing massage at the Peace Retreat which is a minute away, took a short drive to the sights and sounds of Tamarindo and even got surprised by a surfing competition at Playa Negra. The villa itself has all the amenities and Julie and Kyle will never have you waiting if you have a question. We will definitely be back for a third visit. Check this place out!

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans la merveilleuse maison d’Angélique, et nous avons apprécié le calme, l’intimité et la fraîcheur de la piscine et de la petite brise de vent qui passait sous le rancho, bien calées dans nos hamacs. La vue sur les montagnes, les chants des oiseaux, les iguanes, les papillons, coatis, ratons, singes, crabes qui vivent dans la jungle autour de la maison, ainsi que le parfait confort des installations ont ravis nos sens. Des excursions et des journées de plage, de bons restos à Samara et la chance d’une météo de juin chaude et ensoleillée (2 jours de pluie sur 16 seulement plus quelques nuits) ont remplis notre séjour mère-fille des plus heureux. On y retournera !

The place was amazing! Great views, nice pool, the interior of the house was very comfortable. Peaceful area and just a 15 minute walk to the beach and short drive to town, can’t go wrong with Lise’s place and would definitely book again!
