Waterfront holiday rentals in Playa Flamingo

We absolutely love this place. This is our second year in playa Potrero. We have looked at multiple places in the area. This is by far the best location. On the beach, it has an amazing view. It is also close enough to all of the restaurants and bars. No need for a car or golf cart unless you want to travel out of town. We have visited multiple beaches north and south of there. This is a place that we would chose hands down. We like a chill environment with good bars and restaurants in walking distance. This is it!

This was our first time to Costa Rica and did not know what to expect. Pedro's Place was clean, peaceful and extremely easy to get to from the Liberia Airport. We normally don't stay at places where the owner is present but, in this case, we liked it because we knew if there were any issues he was available. In the end, we only saw Pedro and his wife twice as they went out for a walk. We felt like the place was our own, that the house and area was very safe and the beach was never busy. There are great restaurants within a short walking distance on the beach and the people are wonderful. If you want a family friendly and peaceful place - this is it!

This is a very clean, modern condo with all expected appliances and furnishings to have a great beach stay. The grounds are beautiful, and it is a close drive to the beach club which is amazing. Definitely recommend for a stay in Playa Conchal.

Great place to stay. Central location and very convenient check in and check out process. Security on the premises were also very nice. Really great we could use the pool as well!

What a spot for a vacation! The location was prime and the room itself was well suited for everything you need. This is a hidden gem in the area. Things I appreciated the most: The ocean was steps away for a swim at anytime. The shop keepers and restaurant owners downstairs are great people and pleasant to talk to during your stay. Waffle monkey (breakfast) and Portofino are the best spots for breakfast, fresh seafood, low cost happy hours, and fire show at night during sunset. You can literally walk anywhere in minutes. There is 3 separate door with locks to get to your top floor rental so this spot is very safe! If you are lucky, you'll notice a 5 foot iguana that rests in the trees to your right off the porch, spending days in the trees. Alvaro is the mgmt person who helps you. He speaks great English and responds rapidly to questions. Can't wait to return and bring family. The two units next to each other would be an ideal joint rental for a group of 5-7 people. Highly recommend!!!

Would 100% stay here again. Wow the view is stunning. Beds were comfy, ac worked well. Access to the beach right there, pool was nice. Great place and nice neighbors. Had a window blind that was broken when we showed up and management came and took care of it immediately. Beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys and some pool toys were in the closet which we thoroughly enjoyed!! We stayed here on NYE and were able to see fireworks all around sitting on the beach, fantastic way to ring in the new year. Great stay!

Lovely flat within walking distance to the beach, shop, and sodas. Had everything you need and lovely hosts. Gracias :)

This Airbnb is the perfect place to disconnect. The area is super quiet—ideal for relaxing and recharging. From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Rodrigo was an amazing host—always attentive, quick to respond, and thoughtful about every detail. You can tell he genuinely cares about making the stay great. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway away from the noise, this is the spot. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay - literally steps from the beach! Kenneth was incredibly responsive and helpful. Would have liked the AC to be more cooling but overall loved our stay!

Andres place was the perfect getaway for my wife and myself. We stayed there about a week. The place is absolutely gorgeous and peaceful. We could hear the Howler Monkeys at times and listen to the birds and the rain was the best. Very close to all the amenities, plenty of restaurants, shopping, and beaches. PERFECT!!!

Out family couldnt say enough great things about the host and the home. They went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. Our 7 member adult family had plenty to do, great recommendations from the host. Extra accommodations when asked. House was beautiful and clean. We engaged them throughout the trip and we felt like VIPs on the complex. I highly recommend this host and property. We are looking forward to a return trip in the near future!!

Had an amazing stay at this place, the surfing was top notch. The place is so quiet and peaceful and you can make your own journey on any way you want. I always travel during the off season , even though we had lots of rain the area and place made up for it. The host was so great and responsive and suggested a variety of things to do. The place has everything. Can’t wait to come back Leave no trace ✌️

Very good service from the Host. Clean, tidy and just like in the photos. A little difficult to get to the place due to the state of the streets for a private car but not inaccessible

Great and huge condo. Awesome patio view, you can heard waves, birds and monkeys. Very large rooms and shared spaces. 3 full bathrooms was helpful for our group. Well stocked kitchen. If we had a need the management company was extremely helpful and quick to response. Proactive communication by the management company. Great value, I highly recommend. Only slight downside is getting to beach isn’t far, but not direct from the condo. Wish they shared a pathway with neighboring properties. But not a horrible walk at all.

We really loved the peacefulness of this condo. Being away from the tourist destinations, quiet, and a beautiful view was just what we needed. Perfect to just relax, enjoy the beach, and recharge.

Ron’s condo was exactly what we were hoping it would be - relaxing, quiet and in close proximity to all the amenities we were looking for. We ventured out to Playa Flamingo and Playa Prieta (absolutely stunning and secluded) and although both were beautiful, the beach right out front of the condo remained our favorite. Ron was a fantastic host and the permanent residents at the condos were welcoming and friendly. Oh and the air conditioning is fantastic.

Stunning sunsets and spacious living is what we’ll remember from our fabulous stay! Syd was a friendly and responsive host always ready if we had a question. The beachfront location exceeded our expectations; it was quiet and incredibly scenic yet just a fun golf cart ride to Tamarindo. Also delicious restaurants within walking distance if you don’t want to rent golf carts. Our group of 6 adults LOVED our stay!!!

My daughter and I came down for a quick trip. The location is perfect, right across the street from Langosta Beach Club, with access privileges, which is wonderful. The condo is clean and secure, with all the amenities you’d look for. The host was responsive and friendly. And the location meant we could walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. The price was great value and I highly recommend this place! Pura Vida.

This place is an undiscovered gem! Go before everyone else finds out!! The condo is immaculate and has everything you need to be as comfortable (or more) as you are at home. The beds and linens are dreamy, the kitchen has everything you need to prep meals, the bathrooms are huge and luxurious, and the view from the patios can’t be beat. Ron, the property manager, was super helpful in booking excursions and providing recommendations. He helped us with a sunset catamaran, waterfall hike, white water tubing, and fishing. The town of Potrero is full of rustic Costa Rican charm. We felt perfectly safe everywhere we went. There are tons of delicious restaurants that were never crowded and we never felt like we overplayed for a meal. We cannot wait to go back!
