the place was big, close to the beach, quiet. We really like it.

Great location! We had a golf cart to buzz around town which was fun. Pablo was wonderful in helping us check-in (he even came to meet us to help us get checked in and gave us a quick tour) Condo was perfect for the 4 of us and we had a great time!

I don't have enough words to describe the wonderful experience we had at Casa Carlota; the amazing place, spotless, beautiful and perfect for resting. The surroundings simply left us delighted and the restaurant recommendations that Rosa had posted were very helpful: all great for family dining. I went with my son and husband and would definitely come back. It deserves more than 5 stars, super recommended.

Condo has great views, clean with plenty of towels and all the equipment you need for the beach. Renee made everything easy and stress free. She also connected us to Brian Gonzales, the owner of Gi Brian Tours! Brian is a phenomenal tour guide and highly knowledgeable of the ecology of the area. Highly recommend.

Very nice stay, the host is always friendly and attentive. It had everything we were looking for and a lot of comfort. We highly recommend it.

Awesome place to stay! Beautiful view! A short walk to the beach and some local shops - it is a steep hill, but there are stairs. Staff and other guests were extremely helpful and friendly. There was more than enough room for our family of four. When we needed assistance with an air conditioner, Floribeth was quick to respond, and had a repair person there in no time - problem fixed immediately. We were not planning on returning to Costa Rica, but after our stay, we fell in love with the area and people, and can't wait to return. Floribeth gave us precise directions, found it right away. You will not want to leave here. Thank you Floribeth!!

Had a great stay. The location is perfect being on the beach with direct access from the back yard. The pool was perfect and we enjoyed a BBQ one of the night. The other nights, great restaurants were a short walk away. The tropical-style covered patio at the edge of the beach was relaxing and enjoyable. Inside, the design style is open and contemporary. The table was the perfect size for dining, and evening card games. We also enjoyed listening to the crashing waves at night and early morning. We found it to be perfect for adults and family. The sandy beach was long enough for nice walks in either direction. The kitchen amenities, the couches and beds were adequate. We would definitely recommend staying here. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Fantastic stay, the best complex in Tamarindo area by far! Very comfortable bedding also, which js not the standard in many places here! Highly recommend!

Words can't describe how awesome Laura and Melissa are! Before we even our started our trip to Coasta Rica they both greeted us and explained instructions very clearly. Upon arrival, Laura promptly gave us a walk through on the property's amenities. Not one item within the property felt like it was unnecessarily placed, everything does its part to add to the beautiful esthetics of the home. If you're a coffee or tea in the morning I'll highly suggest have a cup in the morning and taking in the view from the balcony. From a comfort perspective, the a/c and hot water works great. Also, During our stay, Melissa helped organize a boat tour for us that was a blast. I could go on and on about the beauty of this place but I'll leave my review with this, if you ever find youself in the Playa del Coco area looking for a place to stay I highly recommend choosing this location as a way to supplement the memories you're going to make while visiting this beautiful country.

Fantastic stay at this condo. For two people the condo is large but if you could swing it financially, do it. The extra room was great to have. Kitchen was complete. Anything you need was there. Bedrooms were big with their own bathrooms. Definitely would recommend this condo. I’ll be back. Tony

The villa was lovely and came with everything to make the stay easy — from beach chairs and beach towels to a fully stocked kitchen. It was easy to come and go, the walk to the Marriott was quick and easy, the pool was right outside, and the porch hammock was a perfect touch. Irina was very responsive and gave helpful suggestions.

This place has everything you need! Spices, beach chairs and towels! Well stocked for a great stay. However there is construction going on next door that we were unaware about. Otherwise this place was great!

Location was perfect. Unit was clean just needs some updates. If unit had sleeper sofa’s it would enhanced for 2 families to share the unit. Pool near building with working grill made it perfect to cook lunch and dinner there.

This place was awesome! Nicer than we expected! Huge and right on the beach! We would love to return here and stay at this place again!

The view was amazing. It was little hard to find since we checked in after dark . Best vacation rental I have seen so far .. everything was perfect towels , amenities. We had best vacation ever at this unit ..

What a wonderful stay at this location. We appreciated the warm welcome and clear instructions with the condo. The condo was clean and very comfortable. The beach club was an extra touch along with the small private pool walkable to condo. Our family really enjoyed the location as well since close to grocery store and wonderful Playa Flamingo!!

Stunning sunsets and spacious living is what we’ll remember from our fabulous stay! Syd was a friendly and responsive host always ready if we had a question. The beachfront location exceeded our expectations; it was quiet and incredibly scenic yet just a fun golf cart ride to Tamarindo. Also delicious restaurants within walking distance if you don’t want to rent golf carts. Our group of 6 adults LOVED our stay!!!

What a beautiful place!! The condo was everything like or better than the pictures . The location and the views from the deck and patio could not be closer to the ocean . The grounds and pool were very well taken care of . The white sand beach was wonderful to walk on every morning . Such a clean and safe beach . The concierge was very responsive and helped book some excursions and a golf cart for us . The workers also set up chairs with towels under an umbrella everyday. The condo itself was extremely comfortable . The kitchen was well stocked . We made dinner there 3 nights . We did walk to Coco Loco for dinner 2 nights and it is right next to the property . We preferred walking to the other places ( Margaritaville , JPs bar and grill and Hibiscus Bagel and cafe) in the day since the streets are narrow and not well lit. We did not rent a car so rented a golf cart to go to the grocery store and drive to the marina . We had a wonderful and relaxing stay .

We stayed at Playa Flamingo for two nights and had an absolute blast! The private beach access was truly unforgettable, calm, beautiful, and just steps away. The host has thought of everything to make the stay easy, comfortable, and memorable. The kitchen was perfect for cooking meals after a day in the sun. Every detail was carefully planned to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable experience. We couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful beach getaway!
