Excellent location, well kept grounds apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Kseniia's was an excellent hoist met us at the apartment showed us round. texted us during our stay to check everything was ok. would highly recommend and would return. Well worth the booking fee.

We spent a very pleasant 14 days in the apartment. Everything was present, still as good as new and very clean. We had mainly chosen it for the roof terrace. Here we were able to chill when we came back from our trips. This is definitely subject to repetition!

The flat was lovely and Aracha was an attentive host. The flat is near the beach and has plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Would love to come back!

Everything went smoothly. The cost of entry and cleaning could be visible from the total price. Now they are mentioned separately in the additional information that is easily overlooked when comparing many listings. the additional price was $150 for me.

I would recommend this apartment 100% in a perfect situation near everything 2 beaches within walking distance, supermarket across the road and all restaurants close by. Will definitely be coming back .

We had a lovely stay. Natalia was very helpful and friendly. She was always available to answer any queries. The apartment was spotless and the amenities were perfect. A big thank you to our host Emma who is very responsive and accommodating!! A welcome basket with treats (for young and old) on the counter upon arrival, nice attention! The apartment is very well maintained, clean and smells very good 😊 We spent about 2 weeks with the family and our stay went very well. The residence is very well maintained, there are beautiful swimming pools,( my daughters loved it), beautiful green spaces and a small children's park! The apartment is well equipped and well located, 8 minutes from the shopping center, and 5 minutes from flamenca beach, a real plus! We will be back without hesitation and with great pleasure!!!! Professional, fast and uncomplicated contact. Apartment super clean and modern. Nice style Incredible view and also very quiet due to the height of the apartment and the balcony. Underground parking. The residential complex consists of partly permanent residents and holiday guests, which creates a beautiful atmosphere. Pools were never overcrowded. We recommend the apartment and thank Alexey & Natalia and Elena.

Amazing apartment with everything we needed. The apartment was clean and tidy, amazing views over the pool and close to the beach, supermarket and restaurants. We would not hesitate to visit again! 10/10!

Great apartment - seemed very new and clean. We loved taking dips in the indoor spa pool and the on-site gym was really convenient. Very close to a petrol station with a decent shop, with a supermarket only 5 mins further away and a big shopping precinct with a hyper market only a 5 min drive away. Thanks for a great stay :)

My partner and I stayed 3 nights and the truth is that the apartment is perfect to disconnect and be quiet. The views are undoubtedly the best. The area is very quiet. Everything was very clean and tidy. Davinia treated us with a lot of understanding and attention.

This apartment was absolutely stunning. Very clean, fresh and well maintained. We felt guilty leaving even a small wrapper on the floor so kept it spotless like we received it. The hot tub was fantastic. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower very powerful. Will 10000% come again and stay here. Irina was very firednly and helpful and always responded promptly to messages. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean and decorated to a high standard with all modern furnishings. The position of the apartment gave a lovely view of the pool and gardens. We thought that the apartment was ideally located for the supermarket and the shopping centre is literally across the road. This caters to all needs, relaxation and retail therapy. A car is advisable if you wish to go farther afield. If I may make one small suggestion, the shower trays can be very slippery when in use, so maybe add shower mats to the bathrooms. All that being said we would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to future guests and also returning ourselves at some point in the future. Very enjoyable stay.

We had a lovely stay at Terry’s Airbnb — the apartment was perfect for a short getaway with our 15-month-old. The terrace’s glass doors offered protection from wind and sun, and opened fully when we wanted more sunshine. The provided amenities were great, including a cot, high chair, and baby cutlery. A small bonus would be having some coffee for the machine. Although we experienced a national power outage during our stay, Terry was very helpful and kept us updated — it didn’t affect our experience. The complex itself is excellent, with three great pools. While the immediate area isn’t the most charming, we enjoyed driving to nearby coastal spots for cafes and beaches. A car is definitely recommended.

Very beautiful. Looked better than in pictures. Pools were vey close to an apartment. One of the pools were heated. Coffee, pool accessories and toys for children and other useful things were available. Very friendly communication.

This was a beautiful apartment. So central, it’s practically on the beach. There are loads of nice restaurants, ice cream shops and bakeries within a very short walking distance. In addition to multiple playgrounds nearby for the kids. The shared pool is perfect with sun chairs and umbrellas. It has a large shallow area which is great for kids. The apartment is exactly as described and in the pictures. The top sun roof has a lovely view and plenty of seating. The kitchen is spacious with all the equipment you could want. There was a beach umbrella in the apartment which was a nice touch for when we were going to the beach. The tv had plenty of channels and the bedrooms had very large wardrobes for storage. We would return in a heartbeat.
