Apartment holiday rentals in Playa de Sotavento de Jandía

I loved the stay in this beautiful apartment. The view was incredible and the hosts were very easy to reach for any questions and very nice. It was a very pleasant stay and if I visit Fuerteventura again I'd book this apartment again.

Location molto suggestiva, soggiorno molto rilassante. Casa con impronta ecosostenibile, fornita di tutto il necessario. La strada per accedervi è sterrata e difficoltosa da percorrere con la moto. Per il resto tutto fantastico e consigliato!

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen und war für 2 Personen perfekt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die Kommunikation und die schnelle Reaktion von Daniel.

Nos sentimos como en casa en este apartamento. Contábamos con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de nuestras vacaciones: menaje completo en la cocina, artículos de limpieza, una sombrilla para ir a la playa… Y si algo no estaba disponible, Eduardo no dudaba en proporcionárnoslo si estaba en su mano. La urbanización es muy tranquila, lo que nos permitió descansar y disfrutar de la piscina con total tranquilidad. Está situado a poca distancia de la playa, restaurantes, tiendas… Y es una zona en la que es fácil encontrar aparcamiento. Justo en el acceso de la urbanización hay una pequeña tienda en la que venden algunas cosillas (si tienes la oportunidad de comprar ahí, prueba los dónuts 😜) Sin ninguna duda Eduardo es un súper anfitrión: nos ayudó desde el momento de la llegada hasta nuestra salida. Sin ninguna duda volveremos cuando regresemos a la isla.

We had an amazing 3 week break, such a lovely apartment, with everything that was needed, fully equipped kitchen which we used a lot. The balcony was just as photographed! So nice and if you’re a sun lover as I am, you will love it! The beach and surrounding area are lovely. If we ever decide to come back to the island we most definitely will return to Paula’s apartment.

Ich würde am liebsten mehr als fünf Sterne vergeben! Es hat uns an absolut nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation mit Mauko war ausgezeichnet, und die Anreise sowie die Schlüsselübergabe verliefen reibungslos. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es gab ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten, und die Anlage ist wirklich schön. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. --- Die Anpassungen sorgen für einen flüssigeren und präziseren Ausdruck, während der positive und begeisterte Ton Ihres Originaltextes erhalten bleibt. 😊

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön, genau wie beschrieben . Fast direkt am Meer. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und die Kommunikation sehr freundlich und entspannt. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen, vielen Dank🥰

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location is perfect — just a short walk to the windsurf center, which made everything super convenient. The highlight has to be the view from the balcony: absolutely stunning, with a full, uninterrupted panorama of the entire beach line. Truly breathtaking! The apartment was spotless and tastefully decorated — stylish and comfortable without feeling cluttered. The large pool was another great bonus, perfect for relaxing after a day of activity. Our host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and very forthcoming with helpful tips about the region. It made our stay even more enjoyable and easy to settle in. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway. We’d definitely love to return!

The apartment is truly incredible, well equipped, beautifully decorated, it just feels like home as soon as you come in. Marco was also very responsive and thoughtful.

Beautiful apartment, tastefully furnished and stocked with everything needed for an easy stay. Located centrally, making El Cotillo or Dune beaches a short drive away. Damjana was extremely responsive. We hope to stay again soon.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal bei Carmen. Es hat uns das erste Mal so gut gefallen, dass wir die Unterkunft wieder gebucht haben. Ich kann es sehr gerne weiter empfehlen. Gute, ruhige Lage. Perfekt, um den Süden der Insel mit einem Auto zu erkunden. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man braucht. Die Dachterrasse ist großartig. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Es un paraíso! Está ubicado en una de las zonas más bonitas de la isla, a muy pocos metros de la playa. Está entre viviendas residenciales y nos encantó que por los pasillos para llegar al apartamento oliera a comida casera. El apartamento está muy bien acondicionado con todo lo que puedas necesitar además de ser tal y como aparece en las fotografías. Los anfitriones son super atentos y muy amables. Volvería a repetir una y mil veces! Muchas gracias por la acogida.

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub, die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage und war sehr sauber und hübsch eingerichtet, es war alles vorhanden. Pawel war sehr freundlich und es hat alles super geklappt.

Hervorragende Unterkunft!! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Strand nur ein paar Schritte entfernt. Blitzsauber und modern eingerichtet, sehr bequeme Betten. Küche gut ausgestattet. Kein Lift! Sehr ruhig, nachts kann man die Wellen leise rauschen hören.

I recently stayed at the accommodation and was thoroughly impressed by the Japandi style decor, sparkling cleanliness, and luxurious linen bedsheets. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The highlight for me was the amazing terrace with access to a pool, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. I was also grateful for the proactive service of the host, who called a taxi for us when we were running late from the ferry. Their recommendations on the island were spot-on and greatly enhanced our stay. However, the only downside was the thin walls that made it easy to hear the neighbors, particularly the Italians with their lively dolce far niente style. Despite this minor inconvenience, I would still highly recommend this accommodation for its exceptional amenities and attentive service.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement ! L’appartement est très joli, décoré avec goût dans un style moderne et impeccable niveau propreté. Le penthouse avec jacuzzi est un vrai plus, parfait pour se détendre, et les transats sont idéals pour bronzer au soleil. L’hôte a été très accueillant, réactif et chaleureux du début à la fin. Je recommande vivement !

Wow! What an absolutely beautiful apartment in a beautiful little town, the apartment is very new and in very good condition, beautifully decorated with lots of lovely little touches and spotlessly clean, my wife has really fallen in love with the place, literally 2 minutes walk to the most beautiful beach we've ever seen, golden powdery sand, completely see through water and as el cotillo is a small not particularly touristy town there was never more than 50 people on the whole beach. Its only 5 mins walk to the "town centre". if you want a stunning apartment and loads of peace and quiet this is the place for sure! Whenever we've spoken with Alice she's been really helpful and lovely, totally give this stay 10 out of 10 and we're in the airport now on our way home trying to re book with Alice for next time.

We like to thank Olga for showing us around and greeted us when we arrived. We highly recommend this Property and the owners of this stunning Villa Ben and Lee were amazing and made us feel very welcome while we stayed at their apartment. We had the best experience with the heated pool and the hot tub was a special treat, we loved it. The panoramic Sea and Mountain View’s were simply breathtaking, the location peace and tranquility was beyond our expectations. The apartment is very modern and had everything we needed. We will be recommending this fabulous property to family and friends and can’t wait to return ourselves very soon. We wish Ben and Lee all the best in the future and thanks again for making this a memorable experience.x

Wir hatten einen fabelhaften Urlaub. Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage und ist modern eingerichtet. Auf der tollen Dachterrasse mit Jacuzzi kann man super entspannen. Den Pool der Anlage kann man mitbenutzen. Die Kommunikation war perfekt und wir haben einige Tipps für Restaurants bekommen. Die Gegend ist total abwechslungsreich: tolles Wandergebiet, super Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren durch die Natur (auch Rennrad & Mountainbike), sehr schöne Dörfer & Städte in der Umgebung. Lajares ist nur 10 Minuten entfernt, ein absolutes Juwel mit vielen tollen Restaurants. El Cotilla, ein schönes Fischerdorf, etwa 20 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Ein super Ort um von dort aus Fuerteventura zu entdecken. Ein Auto würden wir aber empfehlen. Vielen Dank an für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Selten so eine Unterkunft so sauber gesehen! Der Whirpool gibt noch ein paar Pluspunkte :-) Sehr nette Inhaber/in.

Natalia ha sido un encanto. Desde el primer momento que llegué al apartamento me sentí cómo en casa. Los detalles son de 10 y la ubicación también. Estoy segura que volveré.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt mit dem Whirlpool als Highlight. Ich habe versehentlich was verstellt am Pool und da die Vermieter direkt unten dran gewohnt haben war Frank sehr schnell erreichbar und hat uns gleich geholfen. Wir hatten immer sehr gute Privatsphäre. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Wir waren zu zweit und haben vorher darum gebeten beide Schlafzimmer zu beziehen und das war kein Problem. Lasst euch nicht verwirren mit der Suche zu der Wohnung, es ist etwas kompliziert. Fragt am besten nach Google maps Karten für den Parkplatz und verlasst euch nicht zu sehr auf das Navi. Das Meer ist nur einige Gehminuten entfernt. Frank war jederzeit erreichbar und immer sehr freundlich. Würden es weiter empfehlen es war sehr ruhig hier. Es gab auch ein Ankunfsgeschenk und genug Wasserflaschen.
