This sun filled house is not just a mere living space. The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.

We felt very comfortable in Julius's apartment. You can only be enthusiastic about the view. Everything you need for cooking and feeling good is available. You could quickly walk to the fantastic beach. There is a beach bar, as well as a small, idyllically located restaurant nearby. We are happy to spend our holidays again in this magical place 😍

From the first contact, the host was very kind and super helpful, ready to provide useful advice on what to see and do in the area. The house is simply a dream: a large terrace overlooking the sea, perfect for relaxing with an aperitif or enjoying a dinner with a view. The sound of waves that accompanies the night is something magical. The room, although small, is cozy. The house is equipped with all the services described in the listing. I'd go back right away, without a second thought!

Beautiful apartment, had everything that you could wish for. We loved sitting on the balcony having our breakfast in the morning with the stunning views of the beach (which was just a few steps away). The Costa Beach restaurant was very close and offered good food at a reasonable price with live music some evenings. Nightlife in Costa Calma is very low key though. My husband found the bed a little uncomfortable but I was absolutely fine with it, so just a personal preference thing I think. The pillows weren't the best but that is honestly the only negative, everything else more than exceeded our expectations.

We had a very enjoyable 11 nights stay at Grazyna’s house, which is very comfortably furnished and equipped to a very high standard. Communication with Grazyna, Adam & Alisa was excellent, with good suggestions & answers to our queries. We did however have no working WiFi during our stay. But given the good 4G signal & other features of the house, I have no hesitation in giving it a 5* review.

Anne's accommodation is very nice, spacious and clean. The exterior is perfect for relaxing. And even if not easy to access, Anne gave us the perfect instructions. It's in a great location, we'll be back!
