Beachfront holiday rentals in Playa de Sotavento de Jandía

This was the second time we booked the home for us, and we will definitely be back for a third time! Location of the house, surroundings and the house itself are a dream place to relax and let the children play too safely. The house is on the beach and you walk through a low gate to the beach. The communication with Amalia and Eduardo is great, want to help with everything and are easily accessible. Very nice host who understands why it's running during the holiday: relaxation and enjoyment! The combination of the Vila, location, and hosts make this a dream vacation every time.

We had a lovely stay at this apartment. The garden at the entrance is beautiful with a beautiful terrace that gives the impression of being in the house and with a beautiful ocean view. The accommodation is very focntional, there is nothing missing for a great stay. The place is very quiet, away from large hotels and very close to the beach. We recommend this apartment in a great location for sightseeing in the south of the island.

Valentino and Ervin were extremely personable and reacted very quickly and helpfully to any questions we posed. One of them was there to greet us and show us to the apartment on arrival.

We had a very good time at the accommodation, Corralejo's central location and very nice and efficient apartment

The host is super friendly and a really nice person… it felt like being welcomed into a family home - whilst, at the same time, plenty of privacy. Great views and lovely walk to the beach. It was a lovely stay.

Very friendly welcome by Aline in the beautiful house. Actually, you don't need to write much, because everything has already been written in the positive reviews. The tranquility is simply outstanding. Apart from the wind and a few birds, you can't hear anything. From the master bedroom, you can see the sea from the bed. Of the 3 in total, 2 have a sea view and one has a beautiful mountain backdrop. Approximately 8 minutes' walk to the beaches. A car is still a must to explore El Cotillio with its many restaurants and shopping and other beaches in 7 minutes. Overall, it was an unforgettably beautiful vacation with very nice hosts. I'm sure we'll be back soon.

Our experience with Pablo, Nina and our stay at Villa Minea was outstanding ! From the start Pablo was quick to reply, generous in sharing information and answering any questions we had, and flexible when we wanted to add two more guests to our booking. Pablo has put much time and care into collecting recommended places to visit including restaurants and beaches that can be added to your google maps easily with the click of a button, so we had a feel of the area and places we would like to visit before arriving. Villa Minea was a dream to stay at, spacious, peaceful, respectful, clean, well equipped, the closest beach minutes away on foot. We were so happy to have a visit from Nina on the day of my mother's birthday gifting her a bottle of fizz, and also offering to book us a table for dinner at the close of our holiday ! Such thoughtful touches. Everything flowed with ease, friendliness and professionalism from start to end, and we would be back in a heart beat, highly recommend !

We had a wonderful stay at José's apartment. The property itself and the location was perfect. You are right in the heart of the town but the apartment felt private and calm. The dawn views were spectacular from the seaview balcony. Easy access to the beaches was important to us but of course there is also plenty to see and do nearby. Or you can just sit on the balcony and watch the world go by. The pool area was also pristine and welcoming. Thank you for being a 5* host!

The apartment was everything we expected and more. It had great views and was very private. It was also extremely clean and had all of the facilities that were described. The location was good and I walking distance to the beach. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this to someone else and my wife and I definitely plan to return.

It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy living spaces. The privacy was perfect, allowing us to fully unwind and enjoy our time without interruption. A huge thank you to our amazing host, who was not only incredibly helpful but also impressively prompt in responding to all our messages — it really made the whole experience seamless and stress-free. If we ever return to Fuerteventura, there’s no doubt about it: we’ll definitely be staying here again! Highly recommended!

I spent 6 days in this accommodation and from the very first day it was perfect. It was exactly what I was expecting from the pictures and Maria from the get-go was super helpful. She gave us instructions on how to get there front the airport, information about the apartment and recommendations around the area. If I wasn’t sure of something I didn’t hesitate to ask and she was very quick and responsive making me feel at ease straight away. The apartment itself was perfect for what we were looking for. It was situated about 15 mins walk from a nice beach, shopping centre and even the main high street wasn’t too far. If you don’t enjoy walking electric scooters are available everywhere for hire. Although we enjoyed the beach too much to stay by the pool, we did look at it and it was in great condition and very quiet despite having quite a few neighbours. The neighbourhood was quiet and respectful. I loved every bit and Maria has been so kind and helpful to us. Thank you!

We had an amazing 3 week break, such a lovely apartment, with everything that was needed, fully equipped kitchen which we used a lot. The balcony was just as photographed! So nice and if you’re a sun lover as I am, you will love it! The beach and surrounding area are lovely. If we ever decide to come back to the island we most definitely will return to Paula’s apartment.

Just back from 2 weeks in this apartment. It was me & my husband & was perfect for us. The views from balcony were amazing and we had the sun on balcony all day. We were just a 30 second walk from beach. Some lovely beach bars. Also, about a minute walk from Main Street where there were more restaurants & bars. Apartment was exactly as described & was kept lovely. David couldn’t have been any nicer and was always on hand if we needed anything. Our apt was cleaned after first week, new bedding & towels & hand soap topped up & there was stuff provided for the beach, towels, chairs. The apt it’s self had all what you need, kettle, toaster, coffee machine etc. David provided water which was amazing. I can’t rate this apt highly enough. We had a fabulous holiday and would deffo return to this place in the future.

We had a fantastic stay from start to finish. Anabella and Gerald couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. Everything was thought of to make our stay fantastic. The kitchen was so well equipped with everything you could possibly need or want, even down to water left in the fridge for our arrival and there were herbs/ spices and general things that you usually have to buy just to use a little bit and then leave. The use of the pool was great and much appreciated.The outdoor area had everything you could possibly want for a relaxing holiday. I can’t praise enough this lovely home it was immaculately clean and everything was provided. Anabella also sent us some homemade cake which was delicious 😊 We will definitely be back 👍

This was the second time we have stayed at David’s place and it didn’t disappoint. The really large balcony has lovely views of the pool and the sea. Great pool and this year the restaurant has opened next to the pool which made our stay even better. Thanks again for a great stay

It's a paradise! It is located in one of the nicest areas of the island, a few meters from the beach. It is between residential homes and we loved that down the corridors to get to the apartment smell like homemade food. The apartment is very well conditioned with everything you may need in addition to being as shown in the photographs. The hosts are super attentive and very friendly. I would repeat it again a thousand times! Thank you so much for the welcome.

I'd love to give more than 5 stars! We didn't miss anything at all. The communication with Mauko was excellent, and the arrival and key exchange went smoothly. The apartment was very clean, lovingly and tastefully furnished. There was plenty of parking, and the facility is really nice. The surroundings are quiet, we felt completely comfortable. --- The adjustments ensure a smoother and more precise expression, while maintaining the positive and enthusiastic tone of your original text. 😊

This property exceeded our expectations! The spacious villa with its private pool and two terraces was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful Fuerteventura weather. The location is ideal - peaceful and private, yet just a 15-minute walk to the village with excellent restaurants and a well-stocked SPAR supermarket. We loved having easy access to quiet beaches nearby, and some of the island's most spectacular viewpoints were just a short drive away. Check-in was seamless, and the host was very responsive throughout our stay. The super-fast internet and smart TV with Netflix were great bonuses for downtime. The villa had everything we needed and more - would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and convenience in Fuerteventura!

The accommodation is beautiful, exactly as described. Almost directly on the sea. The landlords were very nice and the communication was very friendly and relaxed. We enjoyed the time very much, thank you🥰

This is a fabulous apartment, spacious modern and beautifully decorated. The location is absolutely perfect just a 2 minute walk to the beach and restaurants and supermarket. The apartment is in a very peaceful and safe area and Eli responds to any questions within minutes. I highly recommend and would love to return in the future
