Mountain House

House full sea view 200 meters from the beach The house is ideally located, very quiet and comfortable (renovated in 2022). There are stairs, 4 steps from the dining area to the lounge, and bedrooms/ bathrooms on the lower floor. Access between the parking lot and the house is a pedestrian path in good condition not suitable for a person with limited mobility (about 50 meters). You can't park outside the door, you have to go through these 50 meters to access the entrance door of the house.

Located close to the port, 5 minutes walk to the medical center, plaza de abastos, bus stop and taxi stop and close to the weekly flea market. Puerto de Mazarrón, apart from enjoying its beaches, has very nice areas for walking and mountain biking, from Calas de Bolnuebo, Cabo Tiñoso area; El Algarrobo; Peñas Blancas, Sierra la Moreras and countless ravines. If you like to enjoy mountain biking, I could point out many routes in these areas.
