Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Playa Chacmool

This is Top 5 Airbnbs I've stayed in! Pablo was there for check-in and did a walkthrough, which was very helpful! There are a *ton* of amenities so it was nice to be made aware of everything. They've really thought of everything from the renter's perspective and what could be needed, top tier! It's in a private location so I felt very safe and it was very peaceful, both inside and out. I stayed on the bottom floor and didn't hear a peep from the person staying on the top. I entered my Bad Back era a few years ago and dread sleeping in any bed but my own but this was beyond comfortable and supportive, I slept like a rock every night! Julius and Pablo are beyond hospitable, beyond accommodating and understanding, I highly highly recommend this space!

Super logement qui correspond exactement aux photos et à la description. Les hôtes se sont montrés disponibles et nous ont accommodés pour notre heure de départ. Communication facile. Je recommande ce logement qui est à quelques pas d'une superbe plage et qui offre la piscine à quelques mètres du logement.

Palapa house looked wonderful online and somehow exceeded expectations. Everything from the property to the hospitality was perfection. There were also plenty of Ubers available quickly to take us to and from everywhere we wanted to go. I’ve already recommended Palapa house to my friends so obviously the property has my endorsement.

Robin’s place was perfect for our multi-generation family holiday. The simple studio apartment on the ground floor was perfect for me and my little kids, and the more luxurious apartment upstairs was very comfortable for grandparents and aunt&uncle! The pool and backyard were tidied daily (the pool was so refreshing and a big hit with the kids), and the beach was just a quick walk over the road. We were perfectly situated for a relaxing and peaceful family trip. Robin organized a van and driver to drive us to and from the airport, and a chef took cook dinners for us — which was such a treat! Robin was super responsive and friendly and always very quick to reply. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to others!

This place was great. I was there with 12 of my best friends and everything worked out perfect staying at Daniel’s place; the house was a great size and the location was very convenient! We enjoyed being right on the beach, and the pool at the house was perfect for what we wanted. Highly recommend!

Excelente lugar, muy limpio, todos los servicios, cada cuarto tiene su aire acondicionado y un baño. Es perfecto tanto para una pareja o para una familia completa. Nos encantó que nos prestara sombrilla y sillas para la playa, eso te ahorra mucho dinero, la alberca también estaba muy bonita. Letty nos regaló unas frutitas y un bonito mensaje de bienvenida, y explicó claramente las reglas de la casa en una hoja informativa. La cocina está super equipada y suele haber cosas útiles que dejan los huéspedes anteriores. 100% recomendable.

Sylvia's home was just perfect for our sisters getaway. 3br/ 3bath and a great living area to gather. The decks overlooking the ocean were perfect for morning coffee and cocktails by pool (overlooking the ocean) were splendid. Local concierges and housekeepers Maribel and Jose couldn't be more responsive and helpful. It was a wonderful stay.

Este alojamiento es realmente bueno y merece 5 estrellas. El lugar está diseñado con muy buen gusto, con los acabados, muebles y pequeños detalles acordes a un departamento de lujo. El balcón está bárbaro, con un muy buen tamaño para poder estar hasta 4 personas cómodamente disfrutando de la excelente vista. La alberca es ESPECTACULAR! Mide 40 metros de largo y 1.50 de profundo! Ideal para gente que le gusta nadar distancia y la temperatura del agua estaba bastante bien. Por último, el proceso de llegada y salida fue súper sencillo, y al ser autónomo, es muy conveniente, sobre todo para personas que tengan que llegar o salir en altas horas de la noche o madrugada ya que siempre hay una persona en la recepción 24/7 lista para recibirte.

Wonderful stay in Puerto Cancún! Carla and Sebastián were amazing hosts — friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. The place was spotless, stylish, and perfectly located. Highly recommend!

It was a great find! Just take the buses to where you need and you will be fine. The airport was close too! Amazing views!

Muy buen lugar para venir en familia, frente al mar, el mar está hermoso desde esta vista. Lo recomiendo solo pensar en que todos estarían un poco apretados pero muy buen lugar

We enjoyed our stay here! We booked last minute and everything was ready and even was available for early check-in that day if needed. The location is very nice along the north part of the Hotel zone with easy access to restaurants along the strip or in the city. The grounds are beautiful, not too big and so the pool was very close, and the beach was just past it! The beach was as others describe- very calm, shallow for a long ways and perfect for little ones or relaxing in the water! There are designated swimming areas marked off. This is a two bedroom hotel room and, like others have mentioned, the entrance opens into the first room. The bathroom is between the two bedrooms and there are doors separating each space. There is a door separating these rooms to the unit next door, which you can hear very easily through. Everything was clean, no bugs, and water pressure was good. The shower is a rain shower head, which may be why some have noted lower water pressure.

Todo perfecto. Silencioso para dormir, bien ubicado, amplio, limpio y cómodo. Mejor de lo que se ve en las fotos y en la descripción. Volvería a ir y lo recomiendo

El lugar es muy tranquilo al ser una privada, muy seguro, puede uno ir caminando a la playa y al ferry qué sale a isla mujeres, considero que es una opción ideal para familias que desean pasar sus vacaciones con una estancia espectacular. Sin duda será una próxima opción de alojamiento. Tienes a estas metros tienda de conveniencia y farmacia. y a 10 minutos centros comerciales.

Great stay in Punta Sur. Loved the location, nice to come back to a quiet spot after beach club days or roaming Playa Norte. The house was perfect. Wonderful space for two couples. Plenty of space and privacy. Kitchen was well equipped and the washing machine came in very handy. We got good use of the infinity pool. Such beautiful views. And great restaurants close by. This place was really perfect and the property manager was so helpful and responsive. Highly recommend.

The view was stunning. Absolutely breathtaking, it was my favorite thing to wake up to in the morning. The airbnb was maybe about a 8-10 minute drive away from the main hotel zone area

This was a great stay good location for a day trip to isla mujeres, safe in the hotel zone and close to shopping and nightlife would definitely recommend. It is a bit noisy at night but it was manageable for me I would stay again.

Marina’s villa is just as described in the pictures: conveniently located on the beach, easy access, well equiped, quiet, comfortable, and very clean. The shopping center, restaurants and a supermarket are at a walking distance. Marina is very responsive. We would like to visit again.

Amazing stay in Cancun! The location is perfect—close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, with beautiful views and great security. Eric was super responsive and helpful, and check-in was easy with clear instructions. Private parking was a nice bonus. Best place I’ve stayed in the Hotel Zone—definitely coming back!

Claudia’s home was idyllic. The beach was private, calm, and perfect for kiddos. The home was clean, comfortable, and great for our family. All the amenities we could need and Claudia was so helpful and communicative. The Beachscapes staff were equally helpful and the facility as a whole was very nice.

I really enjoyed my 5 night stay at Marielas place. It was truly just steps from the ocean and the pool. I rented a chair at the beach club one day and the service was great. It was 900 pesos for the day and you but you get 600 pesos in credit for food and drinks. My stay was in mid May and the pool and the beach didn’t really fill up with people until late afternoon. Since the condo is right above the pool you could hear the beach club music inside but it wasn’t a problem for me. Mariela and Lucy were very communicative before the stay and I didn’t have any issues or questions for them but I feel like they would have responded right away if I needed something from them. The condo location was very walkable and felt like a safe area for me to walk around in alone. I would stay again for sure.
