This was my second time staying at Nancy’s place. I love that it’s clean and modern, Steps to pool/beach and groceries, and safe with security. Nancy is the best host - she arranged pickup and drop off to the airport for me. This is a hidden gem for anyone looking to enjoy Cancun - I’ll definitely be back a third time!

Robin’s place was perfect for our multi-generation family holiday. The simple studio apartment on the ground floor was perfect for me and my little kids, and the more luxurious apartment upstairs was very comfortable for grandparents and aunt&uncle! The pool and backyard were tidied daily (the pool was so refreshing and a big hit with the kids), and the beach was just a quick walk over the road. We were perfectly situated for a relaxing and peaceful family trip. Robin organized a van and driver to drive us to and from the airport, and a chef took cook dinners for us — which was such a treat! Robin was super responsive and friendly and always very quick to reply. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to others!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb just steps away from the beach! The location couldn't have been better. The host, Augustin, was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay. He made check-in smooth and answered any questions I had right away. You can tell he really cares about his guests’ experience. Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

Great Airbnb for a quick stopover. The unit was very clean, smelled good, pictured as described/shown and check in was easy. Host was very nice and responsive. The grounds have pools, a kids pool are and a ancient temple and it's right on the beach which was nice. Enjoyed the balcony views in the mornings. You do have the option to buy an all inclusive food/drink package at the front desk. This apt is right across the street from a luxury mall with lots of stores and restaurants, (expensive to eat at) but please be careful when crossing the street. No crosswalk and cars/buses won't stop. Area is walkable to a few shops but you'll need an uber to get further down the strip/hotel zone especially in the heat. Overall, great stay and would recommend if you're going to Cancun!

Above everything else, Angel is a excellent host who really communicates so well and cares about your time and experience you have at his home! The apartment is perfect for everything you need and location is close enough to most popular things in the hotel zone, even by walking through the former golf course as a short cut. Angel reached out to us to offer a solution beneficial to us both for the few days in-between two separate stays at his apartment with a discounted rate, which was really helpful! . Fantastic location just steps from the beach and close to all the popular clubs, with plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The place stays cool with strong AC, perfect for staying comfortable even on the hottest days. It’s an ideal spot for experiencing Cancunwithout paying resort prices especially great for longer stays.

My second week staying here, Jorge & his mom are the BEST hosts!!! Never any issue with communication (very fast!), always willing to answer questions. This place is GORGEOUS!!! If you are not familiar with this type of area, it will look like your renting a concrete box - do NOT let the exterior fool you! Behind those walls are beautiful landscapes, very quiet, very private and super safe! It's very safe to walk, very peaceful, you have conveniences nearby (Sam's club, Walmart, grocery, convenience market, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.). The place is as pictured, so much space inside and outside! We did not want to leave this beautiful paradise! Our taxi driver commented when pulling up, this is a very expensive and very nice neighborhood! Don't wait, book this place , you'll be glad you did!

Great home in a nice area of cancun. many shops within walking distance, and a short drive or Uber to the hotel district and beaches. we stayed in two houses on the street for a family reunion and we loved our time there.

I’ve stayed at Maria’s place three times already, and every time has been perfect. The apartment is very clean, bright, and exactly as described. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay — from kitchenware to all the little details that make a difference. Maria is a wonderful host: always available, attentive, and very kind. I especially appreciate the convenient and safe location — a quiet neighborhood with everything nearby: shops, cafes, and public transport. It truly feels like home. Highly recommended!

It was a wonderful three nights with our three girls (8, 5, 3). We enjoyed the pool, but mostly the convenient location to Playa Norte and all the surrounding shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent accommodation, the view is amazing. Of the amenities everything you need to make you feel at home, from the kitchen to the bathroom and so on. I would definitely be back!

If you want an amazing location in Cancun without all the party crowd, this is the place for you. Amazing view, private pool and beach are just down the steps (steep) from your balcony. And they're an on-site restraunt and bar at the pool. This place isn't fancy, but the view and pool make it well worth the price.

Everything was excellent!! The arrival instructions were clear and even allowed us to store our luggage in advance and we are very grateful. Few hosts currently allow it. They welcomed us and showed us the apartment's amenities. The truth is, we were delighted with the apartment, the pool, the very quiet area and if you don't have a car you can move around at all times on Route 1 or Uber, The host also made some recommendations. We felt at home, we didn't want to leave. The pool is huge, we rested very well and without a doubt you feel that they strive to keep everything good for their guest and I insist, it is appreciated. Do not hesitate to book it, believe me it will be worth it. As mentioned, right in front is the xailing pier to Isla Mujeres. Another thing, it also has a washing machine with clear instructions for its use. I confirm, I totally recommend the accommodation.

Amazing house, pool and views of the ocean. Detailed emails with links to car service (CARM) made getting from the airport to the ferry to island and back a breeze. The pool was amazing! Would highly recommend.

This villa was a perfect solution for our group. We were having some meetings for which the living room and TV was super practical. We hired the Toast Group Chefs as recommended by the host and they did a fantastic job keeping our team fuelled. Consider checking out their website for more details! The private pool and outdoor area was great. The only downside is the distance to the beach, which is doable by foot, but a bit more of a mission. Would book again. :)

We absolutely loved this spot and overall had the most enjoyable and memorable trip to Cancun Mexico ever. The unit was clean and just perfect space for two. The views were the best I have ever experienced in Mexico. The accompany hotel amenities were also nice (just please note that you will need to pay additional $95 daily fee per person to use any of the food amenities, including pool bar). The property staff were all super friendly and helpful as well. We will probably make this a destination stop when visiting Cancun moving forward.
