Great location. Puerto cancun shopping centre close with great restaurants.

This place is really good and deserves 5 stars. The place is tastefully designed, with finishes, furniture and small details according to a luxury apartment. The balcony is barbaric, with a very good size to be able to be up to 4 people comfortably enjoying the excellent view. The pool is SPECTACULAR! Measures 40 metres in length and 1.50 in depth! Ideal for people who like to swim distance and the water temperature was quite good. Finally, the check-in and check-out process was super simple, and being autonomous, it is very convenient, especially for people who have to arrive or leave late at night or early morning since there is always a person at the reception 24/7 ready to greet you.

The stay was excellent. Everything was clean, well equipped and as shown in the pictures. The hosts were quick and friendly. I would definitely stay here again!

The stay was very good, the location is good and Alejandrina is a very good host. In general terms a good stay!

The condo was gorgeous. We had some difficultly getting in at first. We had to circle back and go back to the front desk to help us navigate the entry requirements but the concierges were very helpful and kind. If you are parking you need $50 USD to get a parking pass, which is returned to you when you return the pass. There is an ATM at the gas station down the road, just fyi. The grounds are gorgeous. The pools were clean and varied in temperatures, something for everyone. The beach was amazing. Sunrises were gorgeous! The little market and Starbucks was a nice treat right on site. The restaurant is only open until 5pm so plan accordingly. They were also closed one day. Not a problem for us but something to plan for. We rented a car which we would 100% do again. Was nice to hit different restaurants and see some of the surrounding areas but certainly NOT a “must have”. We loved our stay and will be back!

This apartment was absolutely fantastic! The décor and furnishings were beautiful—stylish, comfortable, and thoughtfully chosen. Everything was spotless when we arrived, and the space was fully stocked with all the essentials we needed for a perfect stay. The view from the balcony was stunning, and we spent a lot of time just soaking it in. One of the highlights was the outdoor pool—although it was shared with the building, it was large, clean, and never crowded, so it still felt relaxing and private. The host was incredibly helpful and gave us a list of excellent restaurant recommendations. We tried every one of them, and they were all in great locations with surprisingly affordable prices. I would 100% stay here again on my next trip—highly recommend!

Great place, in a good location and quiet sector. The apartment is very spacious, neat and with all the amenities to be there. In addition, I highlight the good disposition, attentions and treatment of Pedro Pablo. Without a doubt, if we return to Cancun, it will be our place again. Very grateful and happy with our stay.

Okay: * Location, amenities and utensils in general * Very agile arrival and departure process. * Room size and habitability (even if the view is partial to the sea). * Communication with Diego and willingness to help very remarkable! * In general, the studio is nice and fulfills its function, the bed and pillows are very comfortable, you can rest beautifully! * I really appreciate that they are 100% pet friendly! Thank you for staying up to date and serving guests with this need and taste! To improve: * Air conditioning cannot be regulated * Hot water takes a long time to come out (a lot of water is wasted because of this) * Outside noise in general (for sensitive people, it can be difficult to sleep because cars can be heard on the avenue and some fans work 24 hours a day). It didn't affect me, but it's something to consider. * The dryer, blender, stove, refrigerator and a/c already require maintenance or renovation. * The insistence of salespeople * The cost of the day pass or breakfast pass is very expensive, I did not use it.

The apartment is very well located, just a few steps away from many restaurants, Oxxo, department stores, it is spacious and the guards are very friendly.

This place is beautiful. Everything’s perfect. The people are friendly. This is a safe space. Plenty of security. The pool is a party spot. Family friendly. I’ll be back soon!!

everything was great.. a good option to get to know Cancun if you want to save on accommodation, there are restaurants nearby, or if you are passing through it is 15 minutes from the airport by taxi, I would stay again. with dispensers for the shower in case you don't want to open suitcases like me.

We had a very quiet stay in the apartment, it was remodeled and very well cared for. It is in a quiet area, and has parking in case you rent a car to get around the city. We always had quick responses from the host when needed. We recommend it and we would definitely rent it again!

Honestly, it's one of the best places we've ever been. The apartment is beautiful, very fresh, very cozy, and it's very complete in terms of kitchen utensils and everything. The beds are super comfortable :) Whenever you enter, it has a peculiar smell but it is delicious, the rooms also have it. The decoration is super beautiful (you can see the effort they made and continue to make every day). Communication is super fast, at all times they are attentive to you and anything you need, they give you the instructions super well and everything is very pleasant. It's very close to everything, squares, super, and very close to the beach too. It's definitely a place we'll be back to very soon. Thank you for everything :))

The apartment was beautiful. The amenities were fantastic. The host was very responsive. The building was very clean and the security was great. It was in the central of the City so everything was really close by. I enjoyed the neighborhood, the locals, and all the available amenities - including shopping centers, malls, restaurants, and grocery store really close. The building had a great swimming pool, a fantastic gym to work out in, it was on the 12th floor with a beautiful view of the city & the lagoons nearby, and it was generally comfortable overall. My only concern was the hot water only seemed to work for a minute or two, then, I would have to shut off the shower, wait another minute to turn it back on & keep doing this until the end of the cycle of the water. It was very annoying. Also, there was re-modeling being done on the apartment above, so the construction noise was really loud in the daytime. The host was very sympathetic & tried to help, but could not do anything.

Very well located the house in a private and quiet area, as soon as we arrived everything clean and Eli left us the clear instructions for access. I stayed with my parents and they loved the place, they commented that the next time they come they want to stay right here again, there were convenience stores and places within walking distance, the use of the car was not necessary.

super attention, I highly recommend it a very quiet place to relax and in my case para concentrare in the home office, definitely one of the best in Cancun!

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Indie! Hosts were friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. We stayed as two couples and really enjoyed having our own private bedrooms and bathrooms. You can tell the care and detail they have put into their home. Would definitely recommend to others!
