The apartment is located at the Punta Cancun area (5-10 minutes walking distance from the party center, many restaurants and night life). The beach is huge, the waters are very shallow with very little waves. Excellent for families with kids and seniors. It is in a condo hotel so it has hotel services on demand (not included in the rent).

The condo is located in the heart of the Hotel Zone with direct access to Chac Mool beach. Within walking distance you'll find restaurants, nightlife, a major supermarket, tour booths, shopping and more, everything you'll need throughout your stay. Bus stop, car rental and taxi service are right outside the condo.
