The cottage was everything advertised and more! Jim and Caroline were extremely attentive and provided some lovely touches for our arrival. We ate at the hotel in the village ( 5 minute stroll) and went into London from Borough Green ( 3 minute drive) it was a perfect base for getting around the wonderful Kent countryside and it certainly lives up to it cosy cottage name. We will be back … 5 stars

We stayed at Ben and Bee’s place for a month int he winter as a family of four and had a lovely time. The cottage is quaint and authentic and has lots of character. The hosts organised a stair gate for us, which was hugely appreciated as we have a toddler. The cottage was clean and well furnished and had everything we needed. The bathroom was very clean and worked well. The kitchen was well kitted out and we had everything we needed. The washer dryer worked like a dream too. Located in an rural setting, a car is a must but it was well worth it for beautiful views of the Kent countryside. ben and Bee were kind, attentive and responsive hosts - we would happily come back!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. Not only the place is beautiful, warm, cosy but Sally’s welcoming and care during our entire stay made the experience an unforgettable time for us. Every detail is well thought in the house and our hosts were always caring for our comfort and well being even though everything was already perfect. The walks around the house and surroundings are stunning, our hosts’ recommendations very appreciated. To summarise, we’ll be back !
