I spent a few days at Agusti's place and the assessment was very positive. The house is located in a very quiet area and with the beach next to it. It also has a porch area and outdoor kitchen that have a lot of charm. As for the host, he was very kind and attentive from beginning to end. I would book this airbnb again and totally recommend it.

We have stayed at this place again because we love both the location and the outside of the house. The air works quite well and although the apartment is small, it has everything you need. It's ideal for two people to spend a few days.

Perfect space for 2, exactly as described. It has everything you might need for a few days plus a lovely pool and garden area. Andrew and Patricia are very friendly and incredibly helpful. Quiet and peaceful area, 1km from a beach and 1.5km from the marina which has many bars and restaurants. About 2km to Denia town which has hundreds of restaurants to choose from and a pretty Old Town area. Overall, easily worth 5*

Very good! They were attentive throughout the stay and even before arrival. And the house is great, very large and close to the beach and the center of Denia 😊
