Monthly Rentals in Platja de Formentor

The place is beautifully located. It is quiet and the view of the sea is simply great. However, a rental car is a must in this area. The apartment has everything we needed. Above all, the air conditioning is extremely quiet. Swimming in the sea is possible without problems, but only with good bathing shoes. What was somewhat irritating were the walkers who walked directly in front. Nevertheless, we liked it enormously and we would come again. Everything worked out wonderfully and Jose always wrote back quickly.

We stayed at the finca for just over 2 weeks and enjoyed the time very much! There is plenty of space for everyone, the kitchen offers solid basic amenities and the large terrace with pool leaves many opportunities to take advantage of the sun. We were for different outdoor activities in Mallorca, e.g. for biking and walking. For us, the finca was a great fit! The very nice location near Pollenca and Port de Pollenca is ideal, with the rental car other destinations can also be easily reached. For the necessary relaxation, the quiet atmosphere around the finca ensures. Overall, we can only recommend a visit in the low season, we felt very comfortable and had a good starting point to discover Mallorca!

We enjoyed every second of our stay in this beautiful apartment. It was immaculate, spacious, beautifully presented and in the perfect location, close to the beach, cafes, restaurants, port and lots more. We particularly enjoyed spending the evenings on the private balcony watching the world go by. Sebastia was brilliant with communication and check in/ check out was really easy and straight forward. We travelled with our eight-month old baby and Sebastia seamlessly provided a cot and high chair at no extra charge which saved us a lot of hassle needing to arrange / bring with us. Could not recommend this apartment more! We hope to return soon. Thanks for a great stay.

I rented the studio for a 7 week cycling holiday. The studio, the location, the closer and wider surroundings were absolutely ideal for me. The studio is located in the center of various dining restaurants, bistros and gelaterias. The beach is also a 5-minute walk away.
