You'll love my place because of its pools, proximity to the sea: 3 minutes walking, 250meters, the beautiful gardens, its luminosity, the breeze, the terrace, the picina illuminated by the evenings, padel, barbecue, parking, closed urbanization, the people, the ambiance. My accommodation is good for one or 2 people, up to 3 people , and especially COUPLES with a child.

Overlooking the pool with access straight on to the promenade and beach. Great location and space to spend time with family and friends. Everything is brand new and great quality. Like to go out? The beach is lined with bars, restaurants and cafes for all tastes and a night club! Like to eat in? Great sociable kitchen area, two major supermarkets on your doorstep. Apartment is on a drop off point for transfers from Alicante airport and the 'toy' train that tours the local area.

If you are looking for a cozy, bright and comfortable beachfront apartment in a beautiful natural area of beach and mountain with Mediterranean sea views, I highly recommend you staying at my place. Excellent for singles or couples. The apartment is directly on the beach (rocks), which is perfect for swimming and snorkeling. You can access all the beaches (sandy and rocks) of this natural area and the city centre of historical Denia through a lovely seaside walkway.

Villa Pakatoa - Tosalet tranquillity

A large, light and spacious villa surrounded by mature gardens and shrubs. The moment you enter the grounds you have the feeling of complete seclusion and privacy. One cannot fail to be enchanted with the large patio and kidney-shaped pool with its arched Andalucian-style walls adorned with bougainvilleas and other flowering shrubs.<br>The main living area has three of the bedrooms and two bathrooms, all on the same level as the patio and swimming pool.

Nap and games in the pine forest

Our house is great for relaxing in the heart of nature. Kids can play outdoors and on swings. Enjoy with your family/friends, exclusively the house, the pine forest and the pool without having to share common spaces. Take a nap on the hammock or read a good book under the Pine trees. Only the birds and the breeze are heard here. Just a 5 minute drive to the village with all amenities and 20 min to Les Deveses beach.

Villa in the center of the village, with very hospitable people at an altitude of 769 m, located in the heart of the Alicante mountains is perfect for listening to the silence, having peace and quiet for relaxation and at the same time in an hour you can be on the coast enjoying the beaches, tourism and hustle and bustle in places such as Benidorm, Altea, Denia or Calpe.
